We are die-hard Happy Teriyaki fans. We order take-out at least once a week. Always fresh, hot and prepared quickly. Wonderful service! Our go-to is the Happy Bowl with chicken. We also love their gyoza. When I don't get a Happy Bowl I will get the shrimp udon. Also delicious! A bigger portion so I generally have leftovers. The online ordering is easy and the quoted pick up time has always been accurate. Parking in the tight parking lot can be tough at noon, so I like to go before or after the lunch rush. read more

I love the food at Happy Teriyaki. I get food there at least once a month or more at various locations. This review is specifically for the location on Idaho Center and the extremely rude employee who ruined my birthday. She refused to honor the free chicken happy bowl that was offered on my app as a birthday reward, stating that "WE DON'T USE THAT" I pointed out that it was not only on the counter, but also on the wall and the window outside. Again she refused to honor it. I asked when a manager would be available, i was told the the employee didn't know, the manager was out of town and didnt tell anyone when they were coming back NOR would she give me any contact information. She then also informed me that if i didn't like that then I could stop shopping there ever again. If she didn't know how to ring it up and had said so, i would have understood that, but instead she was nasty and rude and ruined my birthday with her attitude. I ended up purchasing only a bubble tea for my son's gf because she was on the way to work and didnt have time to go elsewhere, but for the rest of us, I ended up driving several additional miles from my home to have my reward honored at the location on 10 Mile which has excellent customer service and food. They got the additional $35 that i normally spend. I attempted to contact the HQ through the app, but i got no response so I figured i would post my experience here. If this location that is closest to me doesn't want my business anymore, their loss. For a $6.99 discounted birthday gift they have lost over $1000 a year. Bad business choice. read more
