You know when Pho is good when you minimally add sauces after because what they serve you is already A++. The serving size, we only ordered a medium but it was so much, I was so happy! I could probably share this with a another person if I wanted to. The ambiance of the place was good, They also have call buttons to call your server. But one thing that I would say that they can improve on is their service, I pushed the button 3 different times (one to order appetizer cause we forgot to;, 2nd and 3rd time was to pay) and they didnt come to my 1st call which was ok since our main food had already came. But the 2nd time, they took long to come to come that I had to press it the 3rd time and even then it was still a wait.

Beef stew with noodles and large hot oolong teabwith honey

This is by far the best pho/Vietnamese restaurant in the treasure valley! I'm sick at home today and whenever I'm sick I want soup...but I can be picky and more often than not, just some canned Campbells chicken noodle isn't gonna cut it for me. I enjoy pho and normally from here I get the chicken pho which is very good, but I wanted to do something different from the norm. I almost got steak pho but after seeing the description I opted for their beef stew with noodles as it said the broth contained tomato paste, lemongrass, star anise and cinnamon which sounded heavenly to me and also included onions, cilantro, limes and large pieces of carrots. I got a sunny side up egg on the side which I put in my stew for some added protein, and a large oolong tea which I asked if they could add honey to for my sore irritated throat and they were kind enough to add that for me. I ordered delivery through my Yelp app and it took a little while to get to me, but when it did, it was just what I needed it to start feeling better! The stew was so rich and flavorful, the carrots were so soft, the beef was tender, egg cooked perfectly and the tea was soothing ! I had a baguette of that delicious cheesecake factory wheat bread that you can buy at the grocery store and I warmed it up and soaked up some of the broth with it too which I highly recommend if you have the bread at home to do it lol I've been struggling financially lately like so many people these days, and I almost didn't place my order because of that, but I'm glad i went ahead and charged it. I didn't have any soup at home, and as lousy as I've been feeling these last few days, I really needed this no matter how much the delivery would cost. Definitely go to pho 7/ding tea if you want some yummy soup and tea and/or if you're feeling crappy like me and NEED that pick me up !!

Water carafe

This place was pretty busy on a Friday night. Service was really good though. Easy order and good wait staff. I have been searching for the best Pho valley and this wasn't it. It's not bad and definitely will satisfy your hunger. I ordered the largest option. There wasn't a ton of noodles in there and it was mainly broth. The broth had a nice balance of saltiness and sweetness but it has that animal meat taste to it at the roof of your mouth and nose. It's similar to the Vietnamese pho house in Meridian. This is probably my 8th placed I've reviewed for pho and I still haven't found a great spot here in Idaho. I do like the presentation and the water they give you up front with the carafe. I'm not a huge fan of stainless steel bowls. I think they dissipate the heat more evenly and quickly losing the warmth of the broth. A few places I've seen have this and it just ain't great. There was ample seating in there where you could spread out.

It's My second time I'm here . The first time I have Bún Bò Huế. The second time I have Hủ tiếu bò kho. The food so good . Make me feel I'm eating the same good food at my home town Vũng Tàu Việt Nam . Good place to eat with family's and friends.

Grand DINGTEA GRAND OPENING- great food and drinks but the service . The staff needs a lot more training on their menu, organization and what they have or don't have available....we saw a handful of people sit and leave after not getting served. But once again, the food was GREAT....hence the 5 stars

I haven't been in Nampa in years. I was in the area for a doctor's appointment. I left Boise…read morereally early so it gave me a chance to find a bite to eat somewhere new. Little Saigon has been on my to go list for a while so today was a good day to try it out. The restaurant is located old Downtown Nampa. Such a cool vibe down here. I lived in Nampa a long time ago and never knew about this area. It was pretty cool to check out. It is different that this restaurant is surrounded by antique stores. I thought I was in the wrong building cause I all I saw were the small shops. But what a great way to work off your meal, go walk around the antique stores and check out their goods. The venue is small and intimate. There were a few guests eating and enjoying their food. I got sat at a bar table by the window. I wanted to try their pho here. It's almost mandatory to try pho at a Vietnamese joint. But I didn't want to be stuffed with rice noodles so I went with the tofu and mixed veggies. I was kinda surprised they didn't have a lunch menu but a dinner portion of tofu and veggies shouldn't be too filling. My tofu and veggies looked great! My veggies looked fresh. I got a few good sized chunks of tofu. I drizzled some Sriracha sauce and dug in. It was made super fresh! The brocolli was so hot when I took a bite of it. Stir fried cabbage will always be my favorite. The sauce was not too salty and had great flavor. My tofu was disappointing despite of how good everything else was. It was dry, hard and store bought. I have had similar tofu like this that I have purchased from the Asian market. As the main star of the dish, it was such a miss. Having fresh fried tofu would have made this dish amazing but overall it was still good. Service was decent. My food was dropped off and wasn't really checked up on till I was waiting for me bill. The veggies were fresh and you get a nice variety of them but the tofu could have been better. The venue is in a pretty cool location. There's a store that I really wanted to check out after lunch but they are only open Friday and Saturday. It's cool I got to check this joint out. Next time I'll have to check out the pho. But it was dope that I got to come in and support a local business today.

It was a little awkward coming in because it appears like a counter order and sit system but they actually seat you. We were guided to a table after they watched my friends and me wondering aimlessly trying to figure out the process. We ordered appetizers first, Crab Rangoons and gyoza. The rangoons were stuffed with cream cheese and crab, deep fried and crispy. Gyoza was heavily browned with hard edges and soft middles. All ingredients and sauces tasted fresh. We ordered as soon as our appetizers were delivered but our food came out almost immediately after. Kudos for quick service, but I was juggling appetizers and eating a meal which isn't my favorite thing to do. Not to mention, two people received their meals at the table, then mine came about 3 minutes after, then my last friend about 5 minutes after that. Pacing was uncomfortable as people were waiting on our friend to receive her meal to start eating. My husband had the teriyaki chicken. The broccoli was cut in larger florets but were perfectly steamed, ladled with a touch of teriyaki sauce. The chicken was fork tender and nicely seasoned. Though the rice amount was on the smaller side, the portions were incredibly generous for the price. My tonkotsu broth was not as flavorful as I'm used to but was a nice combo of flavors. The noodles were stuck together and the bok choi was in large pieces which made it difficult to eat without gnawing on a huge piece like a lady without manners. But I did it anyway. My friend loved the beef and broccoli. My other friend was not a fan of the orange chicken though I found it perfectly cooked...just without a crispy candied outside (which she prefers). Service was very slow after our food was delivered but those women were hustling to take care of a lot of orders, so I understood. When they finally came to give us the checks, they offered to box up my ramen...which was well done to keep it fresh. Very pleasant experience, though I would have loved a more flavorful broth.

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement of the year…read more I went in last night to scope the bakery offerings. I saw empty trays of butter croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. The prices compared to what is being offered in Boise was less expensive so it seemed like Paris Banh Mi sold out of these items. I gathered my daughter and my French mom the next morning to get to Paris Banh Mi at their opening to only find that those empty trays from the night before were still empty. I walked up to the young man at the cashier and asked where were all the croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. He tells me, matter of factly, that what they have is out on display. To be clear, what was out on display was two or three offerings of bakery goods that didn't look fresh or even appetizing. If you're going to be a French bakery and have trays with the words of Croissants, Palmiers, and others then stock it OR Remove them as it is false advertising. Matter of fact, take out the Eiffel Tower by the front door while you're at it. There's NOTHING FRENCH or PARIS related here. I will never come back. It was embarrassing experience.

Their broth accommodates those that has a mild spicy level. Beef is tender and the pho is amazing as well. I still think they could still switch the plastic bowls and spoons to reusable and sustainable bowls is all. We did get their spring rolls but it was 2.5/5 for us. Noticed they used iceberg lettuce and could use more traditional herbs such as mint and a different type of lettuce. Felt like there was more iceberg lettuce than the actual protein and noodles. The peanut sauce was a bit sweet and had a more jelly consistency. Drinks and pastry was delicious! Danish was still warm and drink was much needed for a sweet taste. Fast service and cute setting

We recently checked out Superb Thai Sushi in Nampa, and it ended up being a great experience…read more Our order included the Ultimate Sushi Roll, Kamikaze Roll, Crispy Chicken, and Beef Pho. Since the restaurant combines Thai and Japanese cuisine, we were curious to see how everything would come together--and it absolutely delivered. The sushi rolls were large, well-balanced, and full of flavor. The restaurant operates as counter-service, where you order and pay upfront, but there is seating available. We decided to dine in and were still impressed by how attentive and friendly the staff was. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the setup was convenient with fountain drinks, a refrigerator stocked with bottled beverages, and both hot and cold water available. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from traditional Thai favorites to specialty sushi and nigiri, which made choosing tough--in the best way. The crispy chicken stood out as flavorful but unexpected. It's fried and coated in a sweet, tangy sauce with a little kick, served over rice. Not what I imagined, but still very enjoyable. The beef pho was solid. While I personally would've liked a bit more broth, the portion size--especially the noodles--was extremely generous. The highlight, however, was definitely the sushi. If you're someone who loves sushi but has been underwhelmed by many spots in the Treasure Valley, this place is worth checking out. The Ultimate Roll is huge and could easily be shared by two or three people. Overall, Superb Thai Sushi offers great portions, friendly service, and a menu that hits both Thai and sushi cravings. We'll be back.
