The chef, Chase brought our food to the table himself and we told him how delicious the appetizers were. If you are in Nashville, it is worth the drive! We had the best fried green tomatoes ever! It gets me better deals and perks, too! I feel this location nearer my home has better carhops, and better food... I've only had one problem with a substandard meal, and I had done a survey on it. Surprisingly, not a half hour after completing that online survey, the manager called me... refunded my money after a huge apology AND offered a replacement meal. I told her that wasn't necessary, but she insisted. She would NOT let me off the hook without agreeing to accept it, and said to just come to the drive up, give my name, and say I was there for my freebie. A few days later I did and it was like night and day quality-wise. The manager actually delivered the meal herself! We had a great chat about employees (having been a manager of a convenience store that had a deli myself once), quality, and customer service. She followed through on all of them!
