Well, today is the day I took that first step to walk into this Kahoots. Surprise surprise!... it sells premium quality pet foods and fun pet stuff. WOW was the first thought that came to my mind when I first walked in. It's a gigantic candy store for pets IMHO! LOL I personally don't have pets at this time, but my parents had two German Shepherd Labradors who were family members many years ago. They both have passed away when they were 13 years old. I miss my Penny and Phoebe (I love you!)... they were my girls. Thanks for reading my story. I perused the entire store at first. Then I thought of my dear friend who has a dog and two cats. I said let's get something for Petunia, Fig, and Friday to celebrate their birthdays. Three toys, cake, and ice cream treats were chosen. Hope they will like their playful stuffies and sweet treats. Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. Service was good. Ambiance is just playful. Prices are a tad high, but hey, our pets deserve good things, too. They are our family. Buyer beware! They are selective about their return policy. I purchased a generator in Humboldt while camping, our generator gave up the ghost while out and I needed a replacement. I grabbed the only one they had from the closest store, which was 1 hour away from our camping site. After getting it all the way to our campsite, I find oil all over the unit and bed of my truck. The oil that came with it had broken open and covered everything. Not a huge deal, but there was no way I was driving another 2 hour round trip to get oil. So we just dealt with it. The unit was never used. I called customer service and explained what happened, and they said I could return it to any store, and that I did not have to drive back to the store I purchased it. Great right? Well not if you take it to the Hesperia store. I immediately get told we do not take back used generators. Explained it had not been used, it was in the condition it was purchased 3 days before. The person would not budge, even after I showed my receipt and a picture of the oil all over my truck and the condition of the unit when purchased. I asked him to show me where on their website it said "no returns on generator" and he got very combative and walked away. I called customer service at corporate, and they said they could not override the store and would escalate to the district manager. So now I sit here waiting for someone to make a decision, that according to their own website should not even require any thought at all. Your website says clearly I can return it and the item is not on their non return list. I am going to file a consumer complaint with the AG office and also file a consumer complaint with the BBB. Based upon all the negative reviews, I do not see this being resolved at the store level. I see no reason to purchase from a company whose corporate policy is to ignore its own written policies.

I decided I would just close my eyes and forget the hay was trashing my car. When I got here they seen I was in a car and I told them my truck is in the shop for the next 2 weeks. They were so kind to bag a few bags of hay for me and a few bags or grain. I was so excited to save my car from the mess and so happy they offered to go above and beyond.
