Twenty-three minutes after my appointment start time I was informed my crown had not yet been received by the dental office. By failing to ensure the crown was in possession and ready for the appointment Dignity Dental wasted my time that day. I rescheduled and asked for a discount on my bill as a gesture to make me whole for my missed time. After scheduling I got the confirmation email also reminding me about their $100 fee. I received no such discount on my bill. By their lack of ensuring my crown was ready and making no gesture to make up for my time has afforded them this two star review.
