I don't like my service, decays are repaired poorly so I have to revisit. Occulusion is bad that they removed too much of my good teeth.

Staff is friendly and the service is competent. Dignity Dental Care requires a minimum of 48 hours notice or charges a $100 USD. I understand this. There's an opportunity cost lost and they may not have anything booked for that time. This fee makes up for that loss. However there is no protection if the opposite is true. I had a root canal performed that required a crown. I attended my visit to have the crown placed. Twenty-three minutes after my appointment start time I was informed my crown had not yet been received by the dental office. By failing to ensure the crown was in possession and ready for the appointment Dignity Dental wasted my time that day. I rescheduled and asked for a discount on my bill as a gesture to make me whole for my missed time. After scheduling I got the confirmation email also reminding me about their $100 fee. I received no such discount on my bill. By their lack of ensuring my crown was ready and making no gesture to make up for my time has afforded them this two star review. read more

I had a horrible experience here. I came in for my 6 months cleaning. The dentist barely spoke to me, told me I had no cavities then had his receptionist come over and tell me I had 7 cavities, then told me only three were covered and the other four would be out of pocket costing upwards of $500. They also told me I would need my wisdom teeth extracted this year. While I was finishing up my appointment they turned off all the lights and began vacuuming. When I went to get a second opinion within two minutes of the dentist looking at my teeth and new x-rays he told me I have no cavities and would not need my wisdom teeth out for at least another 3-5 years. I would not recommend this dentists office to anyone. read more

Yeah the staff was friendly but there was definitely a lack priority. referred me to a specialist, didn't even let me know if they were open or not today. I don't think the front desk knows how to handle and schedule the patients here. I had bad experience here. Every 30mins there's a patient coming in. And they can only offer 30mins of work for your teeth per patient. If you have serious or major procedures for your teeth. Please avoid this place. New patient at Dignity Dental. It had been easily 6-7 years since my last dental appointment due to moving around the state and lacking insurance. Finally got coverage again and was very happy to see Dignity Dental Care open up only a 5 minute drive from my house! I went in last week for my first checkup exam and teeth cleaning session: from start to finish Dr. Carolina Rodriguez and her staff were warm, welcoming, professional and kind. I immediately felt right at home. During my exam Dr. Carolina determined that I had 8 small cavities (not bad considering how long it had been) and recommended having some fillings done - so we made an appointment for one week out. Today I went in and again was welcomed by friendly staff. The appointment started right on time, I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure, and was done in an hour! The hardest part of the whole experience was just keeping my own mouth open! Lol. Afterwards, Dr. Carolina explained what I should expect to feel over the next 3 days and encouraged me to reach out if there were any concerns. I've already scheduled my appointment for my next session and am greatly looking forward to visiting again! I had a really good experience with Dr. Carolina! When I walked inside, I immediately felt the ambiance of welcome in the room. I didn't have to wait too long. As soon as I sat in her chair, I immediately felt comfortable. She took her time to explain the procedures she was going to do. Plus she tried to really get to know me as a person. She reassured me that it's okay to tell her if I'm uncomfortable or in pain, she even protected my lashes with cool shades lol! My experience with this practice has been beyond amazing from beginning to end. The office staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. You're immediately greeted with kindness even if the staff are working with other customers or on the phone. You can tell they make their patients and customer service a priority. What completes the entire experience is that Dr. Rodriguez is an incredible dentist! She checks to make sure you are comfortable regularly during a cleaning or procedure. Best of all, she is great with kids! I took my toddler to see Dr. Rodriguez for her first dental visit and although my toddler was very nervous, Dr. Rodriguez made her feel more comfortable by 1) allowing me to sit with my toddler, 2) talking to my toddler in a calm and sweet manner when meeting her, 3) allowing my toddler to touch the dental tool before Dr. Rodriguez used it to check her and 4) being incredibly patient. Dr. Rodriguez also recommended that I talk to my toddler about her dental visit in advance of the appointment to prepare her. Although I was nervous my toddler was going to cry and not want to go through with the visit, I truly believe everything Dr. Rodriguez did made it a successful visit! No tears were shed and my toddler even gave Dr. Rodriguez a high-five at the end! We finally found a dental practice that is welcoming and family friendly. Dr.Carolina is so attentive to her patients and is one of the best dentist I have come across! I have got dental work done with her and I can honestly say I have always felt like she cares about me as a person.
