Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Most recently, we had a swarm of bees move into our attic through a gap in the corner of our house. I text Jeremy on Sunday, and he had Hunter out here Monday. We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. We also have Sonoran come out to do perimeter sprays to keep crickets, roaches, whatever else, out of our houses and their solution is very effective, and lasts. They are very affordable and well priced. We had a termite issue and they referred us to another company who did great work. King Air Duct Cleaning

So, I was getting a new dryer and decided it would be a good time to clean out my dryer lint vent…read more I ordered a kit with a round brush and some flexible rods that you attach to a drill and feed through the vent to clean out the lint. Sounds simple enough, right? So the flexible rods that screw together unfortunately separate while I'm using the drill and the brush and several of the rods are stuck inside the duct. I watch a YouTube video explaining how to remove it (it apparently happens frequently) by buying additional rods and attaching a "corkscrew" made from a wire hanger which you feed into the duct by hand to hopefully "grab" onto the brush and pull it out. You guessed it, that got stuck too. I called King Air Duct Cleaning and Lance (the owner) assured me that he understood the issue and he would be able to squeeze me in so I could start using my new dryer. Lance was here this morning and he was amazing. Within 20 minutes he had both of the pieces removed from the duct and all of the built-up lint cleared. Then he hooked up my new dryer, tested the airflow and assured me everything was good to go! And the cost was about 1/3 of what I thought it would be! Highly recommended!!!

I asked him to let me know when he was on his way so I could notify her. Not only did he do that, but he notified me again before he knocked on the door to make sure he wasn't waking her up! The cleaning was textbook; he cleared the lint the size of a ball from the vent, did NO upselling, charged exactly what I was quoted and was done quickly. And my clothes now dry on the first load! They've maintained our current unit well and have helped us to understand what it needs to keep going for many more years rather than treating it as disposable or pushing us to replace it. They did a big attic insulation project for us a few years ago that has completely changed our comfort in our 1950s home, 1000% worth it. They gave us lots of good advice and options for that project including correcting related/unrelated deficiencies from the prior installers. We've continued wth their plan for maintenance which has definitely been a good value for us. Matthew came out for our regular unit check this month and noted several issues that we didn't expect, but was able to address them same day very fairly, honestly, transparently. I appreciate his clear explanations of the deficiencies and the work done (with pictures!) so I don't have to get up on the roof too. It's a huge relief knowing our unit is now in good working order and not bound to fail on us in August.
