If I could give more than a "5 Star" rating, I definitely would. I am an employee at a Portland-area school and we have used Happy-Matic for several events over the years. Michelle and her staff are very personable, easy to work with, and are great with our high school-aged kids. In terms of the product, Happy-Matic provides color printouts for each and every photo, along with electronic copies on their website and Facebook page. The kids love to show these pictures off on their social networking accounts because they look great. Parents also love that they can download the photos and take part in the fun. Photos are always high-quality, and Happy-Matic personalizes them with whatever logo you choose. They provide a box full of fun props that make the kids want to get in line over and over again. In terms of service, Happy-Matic is very easy to work with and have a simple contract. They have always been on time to our events, and show up with a smile. I have had many students comment on how "cool" they are, and how much fun the process was made by the employees themselves. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Happy-Matic to anybody who is looking for a professional and high-quality photo booth service. We had a booth at our wedding reception and it was a huge hit! We got everyone through at least once and some people went through many times. Honestly was the best decision we made for our wedding. Booking was super simple, you just fill out a form with the options you want and email them to reserve a date. Payment was easy, they send you an invoice online. Everyone we talked to responded in a timely manner and was friendly and helpful. We opted for the custom design and they did an amazing job! I worked with Happymatic on an event I produced through work. They were incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout the booking process and even lent us a non-profit discount. We were able to choose our backdrop from a wide variety of options. They set-up on-site and provide an ample array of props! The Happymatic booth was one of the highlights of our wedding! Having unlimited prints gave our guests a chance to try out as many hilarious poses and props as they wanted.
