Prior to Christmas '09 I put a call out for photographers in the area that would be willing to assist my office ( a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization in service to the disability community) with photographing our clients and their care givers at our annual Christmas party. I can't say enough about what an incredible experience it was working with PDX Lounge! Shanti was very responsive and easily accessible to provide a photo booth option for our wedding and answers any questions we may have had. The photo booth at our wedding was a hit! Our guests loved all the costume props and group after group of our guests lined up for photos. The attendant went above and beyond making sure all our guests knew how to use the camera and stayed until all our guests got their photos taken. The guests could choose between emailing or printing their photos which is a great option. The default option was 2 prints do guests would get one copy and one would go in our guest book. During the fall of '09 I started searching for a photographer to help at a fundraising event for the children in a child care center that is of non-profit status. We had the Photo Lounge at my best friend's wedding in Portland last summer, and everyone had a blast taking pictures. We turned them into party favors and they were great memories of the event. The Photo Lounge is like a photo booth but with cool backdrops, props, etc. I have been to many weddings with a photo booth but this was different because it was like a mini studio with a photographer there for the whole party, and the pictures turned out much better.
