We saw her approaching but she stopped to interact with and pet a dog even though she was already late, leaving us waiting longer still. She did not make suggestions on adjustments to my glasses, meaning many of the pictures have my glasses either oddly placed on my face or obscuring my eyes. The images took longer to process than anticipated, delaying the printing of our wedding invitations. She refused to give us our images digitally, by email or download, and insisted on giving them to us on disk instead. We were required to pay shipping for her to send us the disk. We chose not to use her services for our wedding because we did not believe she was reliable enough for our needs.
