Mill Plain poor experience I called corporate 2X leaving VM for same guy twice (reception would not give me supervisor 2nd). He has not called back 11 days later. Made me realize that if one calls about damage etc. it appears we can't rely on this business. This location's drying time not sufficient so left with wet car AND nowhere to dry off as the few spots were taken (mid-morning weekday no line/wait). Andresen has two washes and over double spots. Both don't close mirrors unless ask and always some areas still dirty BUT I can live with these IF water pressure does not damage... and car dry (then would be 4*). read more

Drove up to the entrance and this middle aged guy told me not to break and then said "Neutral." I've never put my car in neutral before so I didn't know what that meant and I asked him what he meant and he just said "Neutral" again, so I again asked what he meant and he said "Neutral mean's neutral." This place isn't bad, but my car never gets really clean (especially with bird droppings). Also, as others have pointed out, it'll bend your license plate if it's not in a frame/holder. I've found my car gets a lot cleaner at other automated car washes. The staff is friendly tho, which is a plus. Also when everyone is lined up in the wash bumper to bumper, I'm never sure if I'm getting the premium wash I paid for or the same thing the guy in front of me is, given how close our cars are together. We have washed ALL our vehicles here for years. They a reliable job for an automatic carwash. You can't expect a hand detail. The employers have always been so friendly. They watch out for the safety of my vehicle especially when I have my hitch attached. I always remove my radio antenna. That's just common sense. This location is VERY busy. I went on one of the first sunny days of the year, apparently much like the rest of the population did. Despite there being a queue of cars backed all the way to the street from both entrances, and there being only one car wash building with one conveyor (other Kaady locations have two separate buildings), they still got all the cars through very quickly (by only leaving the minimal space between cars, which was a bit disconcerting). As with all other Kaady locations I've used, my car came out clean and dry. The only points off here were for a broken "drive now" light at the end of the car wash, and the reliance on a human to try to signal people when to drive off instead of shutting it down until it was repaired. read more

I went in today because the weather is awesome and my car may be covered in pollen and dirt.. hey we live in the PNW. Is about $8-10 depending on wash you prefer but to be honest, I don't see a difference. I appreciate the friendly customer service but I don't feel like their wash really cleans my car. I've come out of this place and still have dirt on bigger areas that I saw get washed. So i don't know if they need to replace something or add more soap. The wait wasn't too bad although they were busy considering the sun is out today. Immediate and friendly service; no long lines or grumpy, annoyed employees like Washman seems to have. On my first visit to this location, I just needed to use the vacuum and did not need my car washed. When I explained this to the attendant that helped me, he just let me through to the vacuum station for free! I'll definitely be coming here again anytime I need a car wash or to vacuum out my car. The vacuums say that you should limit your time to about 10 minutes of use but this is'n't enforced, at least from what I've seen. It may be different on really busy days, but I used the vacuum for about 20 minutes and was not approached by an employee to stop. read more

I never go to car washes, but wth, decided I would give this one a try. It was very busy, but we did not have to wait long. Paid for platnium, which was $10. They did pre-wash the car before we went through. I did pull up to the vacuum area, I did inspect my car, I did not notice any damage to my vehicle. Overall, I would come here again. So I was vacuuming my car out as well as several other people. I looked at the car wash people were still getting them washed. No line but individuals were being accepted so I thought I would be as well at 7:59 I headed towards a car being helped. Went here on a Saturday thinking that it would be busy... There was no one in line! I was able to get a car wash for $10 within a few minutes. Car washes don't usually get your car completely clean which is the same case with this car wash. You do get to vacuum your car afterwards which is included in the $10 car wash. read more

This car wash uses very strong rotating brushes that beat on your car. For my car, it bent the front license plate. Also the rotating brushes have trouble reaching some places that are in the shadows of various car parts (ex: side mirrors). This place only has 2 options of the wash, and unlike other places does not offer a wipe for inside surfaces. read more

Rarely is there any button pushed at the control panel for the extra service I paid for and never get a pre wash spray. The wash was decent but the vacuum situation is garbage. One of the vacuums is out of service and after waiting fifteen minutes for an open stall I get in one and that vacuum wasn't strong enough to pick up a feather. Was recommended by a friend but last couple times have been less than subpar. There's only one vacuum that actually sucks up the debris from your car. And even that one still leaves stuff behind. My brand new car was also scratched on the hood, side doors, and trunk so I asked if they had any policy for that. I went back so they could take pictures to show their manager (who was not available until a few days after) and took down my contact information so they could contact me when whoever is in charge is back. My car was damaged over a month ago while getting a car wash at Kaady Car Wash in Vancouver. They told me to get two estimates which I did and e-mailed them the estimates per their request. Both estimates were over $1,000 now they're refusing to pay the estimate stating that it's too much. They're also trying to get me to go to a cheap auto repair shop to save a few dollars at my expense, this auto repair shop has bad reviews online and I refuse to go there. Im in my mid fifties battling a serious illness which i almost died from twice, i dont have money for a attorney or small claims court. Received a gift certificate, so I gave it a try. Went through on Thursday and they didn't spray my back window with the prewash. Went in on Friday to get the rest of the bird poo off the back window. The attendant was almost rude to me and said spraying the back only happens when you request it, it is not policy. It's a car wash......shouldn't the policy be to provide a clean car?
