Time for an update... Since my last review, they have discontinued the buy 3, get 1 free car wash cards. What a bummer! Not completely sure why they stopped offering them, but this is a quality car wash so I still come here often. They still have the free vacuums with car wash offer, and it seems routine maintenance is happening on the vacuums as they work much better now. The only annoying part of this car wash is the over emphasis on directing cars from the moment you pull into the parking lot and drive up to the pay stations. Really? I think I know how to pull up to the pay station without being directed like I'm on an airplane runway...ugh! It's too much. I understand directing cars into the actual car wash, but anywhere else here is just condescending. Prices are reasonable and I've never had any issues with the wash quality. Great carwash. My new Kia Telluride enjoyed the experience. Came out shiny and clean. No issues with scratches, or pings, or leaky sunroof. No damage, just a nice, clean car. Friendly staff. The vacuums are plentiful. I found the suction not to be very strong, but good enough to pick up the crumbs and debris on my car mats. I suspect if there were pet hairs in the car, it would be hard to vacuum those up. But, no complaints as use of them are free. Beggars can't be choosers! I'd use this location again. read more

Do not go to this location or company. I had been using Kaady Car Wash for years but this location cracked my windshield. There was zero signs of any damages prior to the car wash and my entire windshield came out cracked. They are refusing to be responsible for any of the damages. Other reviews have had the same issue of damage happening to their car. I feel this location is liable. Disgusting company, never going here again. read more

This car wash blasted off a piece of my molding. The molding was scratched, but had been that way and in place for years. Customer service offered me nothing except some free car washes. I will not be returning to the place that damaged my vehicle and took four days to send me an email to go f--- myself. read more

Been to this location about four times. Reasonably priced service, and doesn't scratch paint like some other plastic car washes tend to do. Included self-vacuum area (remember to bring a towel!) was well used and appreciated. Smallish trash baskets emptied frequently too which was a nice touch. Plenty of staff to keep lines moving. read more

The lady taking money is very argumentative. She was arguing with the person in front of me and then had a problem with my antenna on my car. I've gone through here a hundred times and never had anyone say anything. Not only that but they let a Jeep or some off-road truck going front of me and they had mud kicked all over their truck which then scratched up the hood and fenders of my car. In general, I like the service and the people who work there, but only one of the 2 car washes is always open, which creates a huge queue, you have to stand and wait until I can wash my car. This place is super clean and the staff are super friendly. The prices are just right for the wash and the vacuum area is FREE! The hoses are long and the suction gets the job done. Don't expect to have your car looking brand new, but it will be looking fresh and ready for a good deep detail. read more

RUINED MY BRAND NEW $30,000 CAR!!! Pissed as hell (obviously). My car was dirty, I went through the carwash, paid for the more expensive wash, and wouldn't you know it...my car was completely RUINED from that. I have never regretted anything more in my life. I will never go to another carwash again because of what this place did to my vehicle. Ever since, my brand new car, has the harshest blue water spots etched so deeply into the paint, trim, windows, and EVERYWHERE on the exterior of the car. There isn't one square inch without them. You get what you get here. Staff is always super friendly. Giving 3/5 since the wash never fully cleans everything off my car. I do appreciate that you can vacuum for free, however depending which vacuum you pick, it may not be the best. Dick Hannah no longer washes vehicles so they give out free car wash vouchers here so this place stays busy from what I can tell. They really want you as close as possible to the car in front of you, and I'm not about that. read more

This is the second time they broke my rear windshield wiper on my Audi Q7. I replaced it earlier this year because they broke the first one and tried to deny responsibility. threatened to take them to court. Their practices of securing the rear wiper is sub par with just blue painters tape, which is known for low adhesion. They are too damn cheap to use the proper tape to avoid this issue. I can only guess how many claims they get per week about damaging vehicles due to their negligence. They figure it is cheaper to deny claims for one reason or another to avoid responsibility. I suspect a class action lawsuit is in their future. BEWARE of Kaady car wash!!! Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache and frustration. read more

Kaddy is very competent, affordable, and fast. Their personnel are clearly trained well on giving directions and hand signals to help guide you in. They did not retract my side mirrors or ask me to do so, and I'd honestly forgotten, but my car was no worse for the wear afterwards. You get free vacuuming with your wash at this location, and there are plenty of vacuum stalls into which you can pull to vacuum your car after it gets washed. The biggest plus about this location is that there are two separate automated car wash buildings, and each has a long straightaway so that you're pulling straight into the car wash instead of coming into it directly out of a turn. This alone makes it worth going to this location. read more

Busy day 2/27 @ 1:15 not that big of a deal the kid directing it was great at directing traffic so well that chick-fil-A might want to snatch him up. We get up for our turn and follow the girls instructions to take our foot off the break and put in neutral. She proceeds to start SLAMMING on my brand new 2021 Ford Explorer!! My husband rolls his window down so he could hear her. She tells him to take his foot off the break. He said he isn't holding it and it's in neutral. She says okay. (Still with his window down) she proceeds to start SLAMMING ON MY FREAKIN WINDOW AGAIN!!! Screaming to take his foot off the break.. he asks her to stop hitting the window as we can hear her and we have the new born and 7 year old with us.. tells her his foot is IN FACT OFF THE BREAK BUT THE CAR IS EQUIPPED WITH AUTO HOLD which could be the issue. She said okay and we start to go again and she once again BEGINS SLAMMING ON MY CAR WINDOW as I am trying to turn off the auto hold function I finally scream at her to stop pounding on my f'n window. We explained it had auto hold once again and it's been turned off. I'm not an angry person but I left there fuming ticked.. not very intelligent to have someone like that working with people's property and expensive vehicles. this place is a joke I went through this thing 3 times and it didn't get it clean the first time, so I asked them if they were sure it would get my car clean because the last time it didn't get clean it wasn't close to clean I went threw a second time. Constantly crappy service from the people who work there. They need to teach customer service 101. What's so hard about being nice and polite to your customers? Instead, it's like there are looking for problems. I drive a truck and I'm happy to remove the trailer hitch. Every time I go there they make it into a problem. They don't like you to remove it when paying. They get mad if you remove it further down the driveway before you get to pay. They get mad if you pull over to the vacuum area to remove it. Kaady car wash used to be a professionally run business many years ago. It has gone downhill over the past decade. The last two times I have gone in, the vacuum cleaners have no pull and drag on the ground. The personnel in the car wash itself don't do any touch up if you get a basic (called "Advanced") car wash. When I go in for a premium car wash that includes wax, the car doesn't get clean. It's a good idea to clean the car first, either at home or with an "Advanced" wash at Kaady, before you go back a few minutes later for "Premium." That's real money. read more

I purchased an ultimate car wash today from the Kaady Car Wash at 11701 SE Mill Plain Blvd in Vancouver WA after my trip to California. There were bugs on the car and windshield. Most of the bugs didn't come off. I would suggest that you spray with a high pressure hose the front of all cars before they go through the car wash, like other car wash places do (Washman). I showed the service guy the front of the car and he said, "this is an automatic car wash and it cleans what it cleans." We drove through a dust storm a few hours before arriving in Vancouver and our first stop the next morning was to Kaady Car Wash to get both our vehicles nice & clean again. Both vehicles came out squeaky clean & you get free use of their vacuums for 10 minutes after a wash. We did notice some of their vacuums are better than others so if you get one that doesn't have the suction power, try another spot. Plus, they have a deal where if you pre-pay for 3 car washes you get the 4th free.The staff were very nice & quite cheerful, too! read more

No closed signs. Manager stays in the office instead of coming out to let me know they are closed. Put up some signs to say your closed yeah? I mean you said you closed at 8. Why do you still have people vacuuming at 8:20? Obviously don't care but that's a reasonable indicator that you are open. And onto the next point.... why didn't I check the hours? Hmmmm..... nothing since COVID is properly updated. So sorry I'm not able to trust that information. I don't understand these peoples negative responses. It's 10 bucks for the basic wash and you're in and out in less than 5 minutes. Its the only drive through wash that's ever got my car thoroughly cleaned. You got one guy crying on here because he can't be bothered to remove his trailer hitch before he gets in line. Imagine that, your sitting in line and some dudes gotta hold the line up because he couldn't just remove before he was there knowing he'd have to remove it. People love to cry. read more

Paid $10 for Deluxe wash and did not notice that the front of my car was still dirty. I did notice that that the door handle area on both sides did not get very clean. Went to vacuum car and those barely had any suction- Went back next day to kindly ask for a re-wash and was promptly told that there policy was "same day" as original wash. I explained there ARE NO SIGNS stating this? I told them I PAID for a service already, I told them where the dirt still was-and you could totally tell that it was not cleaned on the first wash just by looking at it but they still refuse to re-wash my car for me. And a time or customer service is so very important and valuable to us as customers a simple act of saying no problem will re-wash your car immediately thank you so much for coming back would've been much easier and would've accomplished far more and probably would've kept me from writing this, but I just couldn't with good conscious let people know how they treat their customers. Well I go back probably because it's the only car wash around that can actually take a lot of the dirt off your tire rims and leave them actually pretty clean compared to other places but you can bet that I will be checking my car and going around and around and if I see one speck of dirt I'm gonna have them re-washing it all the time now since now I know that that's their policy. I've had 3 vehicles damaged while going thru the wash - 2 gas covers and a side panel damaged. Kaady took care of it but it was a hassle. And now the price of a wash is steadily creeping up, $12 and $9. Seems like every 9 months the prices discreetly change, and the response from the attendant - Oh..... it's been like that for awhile. The carwash damaged my car, I filled out a report and was assured that they would contact me in a couple of days. 3 weeks and never heard from them. It's okay, but watch out if any damage occurs because of their equipment. Customer service is zero. read more

Stopped by Kaady for a quick wash, which I've been doing for years. Attendant taped the rear wiper to the tailgate (not the window) of my Mercedes wagon. The wash left clear scratches on the tailgate, which I discovered when I got home and removed the tape. Due to Covid, I waited until I was in their neighborhood to show them the damage (a few weeks). Kaady acknowledged the obvious wiper paint damage and took a report. Later, Kaady responded that they couldn't find a video of my car entering their car wash and refused liability. It was more important to Kaady that they determine which employee mis-taped my vehicle than it was for them to take responsibility. The service is top notch and the price is fair. The car wash itself is terrible. I gave two stars because of the great staff. I am not from the area but have used this car wash three times vowing each time not to go back. There is not a spot free soft water rinse. It knocks the dirt off but leaves massive scales of hard water deposits. Each time I go home I have to try multiple hand window washes to get the spots out. They diminish with a lot of elbow grease but do not totally go away. Yesterday was my last time going there. read more
