We had a tight deadline because the home was going on the market and access to the window, especially in the rain, was really challenging. Meeting the deadline, and the safety of the installers, were non-negotiable. Danny came out the very next day to measure the Window From Hell and, not only did he give me the best price, but his company was the only one that had all the scaffolding equipment readily available at no extra charge. The window arrived sooner than expected, and installation was quickly scheduled to meet the deadline. Then we hit a snag: some epic rain made the cedar roof too slippery for safe conditions. Brent and his crew of expert (and very brave) installers rigged up a safe way to haul this brand-new Mother of ALL Windows up to the second floor and install it using very long ladders, secure scaffolding, and harnesses. I think we had 4 or 5 installers for this job. It took all day to get the old Window From Hell out and the new Mother of All Windows installed. But what a job! Perfect caulk lines, perfect cleaning of the glass, perfect clean-up of the job site, indoors and out. Job done ON TIME, SAFELY, and at an excellent price. If Signature can handle my Window From Hell, I am very confident they can install ordinary double-hung windows that exceed your expectations for quality, price, timeliness, and workmanship. Josh worked with me and I was able to schedule the fence out a bit. When the time came to order supplies, I wanted a stain that wasn't one that was readily available and that was no problem, Josh got what I needed. Build day came and Josh showed up to walk the property and check-in. Jesus and team showed up and got right to work; they had the fence down and removed the railroad ties with a quickness. The ground ended up being rockier than they had anticipated and ended up taking a bit longer for them to get the posts in. They were extremely friendly and didn't mind my dog who wanted to come out and supervise. Jesus made a point to ask me any time there was something that might be an issue and ensured the hose was wound up and put away when they were done. On day 2, they ran out of boards to complete the fence and had to get more of the stain to stain the additional boards. They were back on day 3, finished up, picked up some of the last bits, and answered questions. The clear communication throughout the project was great and I would 100% recommend and use Lionheart again.

The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future!
