We would highly recommend Haram tours & Travels for Umrah and ziyarats at Madinah and Makkah. They placed us in the best hotels, very close to Haram, wonderful coordination and a team consisting of professional and easy to work with staff. Prices are reasonable, although we never researched any further after the initial talk with brother Javad. He was efficient and quick! They made sure that we had a comfortable trip, listened to our requirements and arranged good internal travel with cordial cab drivers etc. We highly recommend them and InshaAllah, go with them again for our next Umrah tour.

Amazing place and a lot of people here beautiful site and a lot of places to explore and prayer over here

This is my experience booking the Hajj 2018 Affordable A1 Package! Flight from JFK-DBX-MED = good Staff met us at MED airport and transported us in AC buses = good 1st problem: the bus driver first took us to a run down hotel in Medina. After refusing to leave bus, we were able to get the driver to take us the the correct hotel which is Leader Mona Kereem Hotel. Mona Kareem Hotel (4/5 star) was nice with good buffets and very close to Prophet's Mosque. Transported by AC buses to Mecca. 2nd problem: we were quoted/told that we'd be at Makarem Al Shorofath Hotel (4 Star)-Across from Haram. But they put us at some 1 star hotel (Alayat Ajyad Hotel) which is a 15 min walk to the Haram. The food is horrible (had to pay out of pocket daily to eat out). The staff is horrible. The elevators are horrible. 3rd problem: no Haram Tours staff on site for any help. No Imam/scholar throughout trip so far as was promised. So I've had to rely on books, Google, and each other. 4th problem: Bus transport from Arafah to Muzdalifa didn't come till after 5 hr delay. Bus transport from Muzdalifa back to Mina never came (maybe 1 bus came) so, we all had to walk back to camp (~1hr walk). 5th problem: Package stated that we'd be provided hot/cold drinks 24 hrs availability at Manasik (Arafah,Mina). This is a lie. We've had to go around and take tea/coffee from other camps and often getting turned away like criminals. Javad Billoo who is the leader of this company is dishonest. Some members of our group took it upon themselves to file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah here in Mecca. The Ministry held him and ordered he pay each traveler back 4,000 Saudi Riyals ($1100 USD) for his trickery regarding the poor Mecca hotel fiasco. So sad when all we wanted was an honest company to perform the most important trip of our lives. Long story......don't use this company. Had we not used our power as US Citizens to demand justice through the Ministry, we would have been cheated. Having said all that, Alhamdulillah I'm still happy that I made this journey. I know this is not a tourist trip and I have been solely focused on using my time here in the Holy Land to better myself and gain Allah's many rewards and mercy. I just wish this company was honest. In the end, I'm content and will not let this deception ruin my intention and outcome of Hajj. It's supposed to not be easy. I just wanted to make others aware of this company and give them my 1st hand experience. If the reasons for this mix up turns out to be something out of the control of Haram Tours, then I will most definitely come back and update this review. I don't want to cause anyone any harm. Just the truth and facts.

We just came back from Umrah and I have to say my experience with Haram Tours has been a beautiful one. I worked with brother Javad Billoo from start to finish and whatever we agreed upon was delivered. He gave us a great deal for our umrah package and even a few of our friends thatjoined last minute were able to get a reasonable deal. The communication between their transportation company in Mecca and Medina was fantastic. I got a text message via Whats App the day before letting me know what time our group will be picked up and the name and phone number of the person that was picking us up. Thank tou brother Abdul Quadir for arranging that! You did an amazing job! Brother Johar Watania drove is from Medina to Mecca and he was Mashallah very personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable And made us feel like family. My friends and family performed 16 umrah Bedels. I am so thankful for meeting brother Waseem Danish who together with his friends performed all the umrah bedels and sent me pictures with names of the people which I was able to share with friends and family in the US and Bosnia. If you are looking to go with a company that cares and will deliver what they promise then travel with Haram Tours. I already recommended many friends and family members. I am planning to go every year with a small group InShaAllah. I am so thankful for meeting friends for life at Haram Tours and I look forward to many more umrahs and Hajj in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! May Allah always bless you and give you baraqa in all you do! Sister Elma and the St Louis USA group. Please see the link below to see how amazing our umrah experience was! I cannot wait to go again InShaAllah https://youtu.be/ADn3Lewuq9k

Assalam O Alekum. I went on 2019 Hajj with my parents through Haram travels. It was one of the best experiences of our life. We went from San Francisco and we were taken care really good from Medina all the way to Mecca and Jeddah. I would like to thank Mr javed billu for arranging such a great experience for us. There were some transportation issues but that was from the Saudi government. And we were given 5 star hotel in Medinah and 4 star hotel in Mecca. Our tents in mina were also very good. In the end I would like to recommend Haram tours to everyone. Jazaak Allah khair

Very Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I do not recommend Haram Tour to anyone. About a month ago, we booked an Umrah/Hajj tour with this company. From the beginning, we clearly explained that this was our first time performing Umrah and that we needed full guidance throughout the trip, including a tour guide, sheikh, or imam, because we were unfamiliar with the process and rituals. We were assured that guidance would be provided. However, just a few days before our departure, the company sent us information about the Nusuk app and asked us to book our own reservations. By that time, it was too late, and all appointments for visiting Rawdah were already fully booked. When we spoke with other groups in Saudi Arabia, they told us these reservations must be done months in advance, which clearly shows poor planning and guidance from this tour company. Upon arrival, we realized there was no tour guide with us at all. No one was there to guide us or help us, and we were completely on our own. After many stressful phone calls back and forth, the company tried to place us with another group. Even then, the tour guide of that group told us clearly that we were not part of his group, and we were treated like outsiders. We were not included the way other group members were. Instead of having a meaningful and spiritual journey, we experienced constant stress, confusion, and disappointment, which made it very difficult to focus on our Umrah. What makes this even worse is that we paid more than other groups who actually had proper tour guides and full support. Overall, this company was not honest about the services they promised and did not provide what we paid for. If you are a first-time Umrah traveler or looking for proper guidance, I strongly advise you to avoid this tour company. read more

Glad we used Haram Tours for our Umrah - just got back yesterday. Javad Billoo is a great advisor for Umrah and Hajj needs. but it's always a good idea to research hotels and flights beforehand so you can request your needs before finalizing the tour. ground transport provided by Abdul Qadir Transport in Medina and Mecca provided on time transport with very well informed guides and service! read more

Alhamdulillah I have used Haram Tours 3 times now for Ummrah, and they are simply the best mashallah. Affordable, Reliable, always reachable. Mashallah there are always going to be few bumps along the way for any ummrah or hajj experience, but these brothers are always willing to help, and make the experience first class. They have always put me at ease, and allowed me to focus my energy and attention on what matters most: making ibadah and truly living in the moment. I would not recommend Haraam Tours to my worst enemies. They do not care about their customers as much as they care about their bank account and how much they could extort from the customer even at the detriment of the customer's comfort and well being. I booked my Umrah trip with these people 2 months ahead of Ramadan. The package price was 5.5K, not negotiable. The salesman, Javeed, was so aggressive, he did not even ask my flight preferences nor did he care about knowing whether I agreed with the cheap itinerary he picked for me to suit his pocket. He wanted the money to be paid right away, that's all he cared about. In addition, he had plenty of time to apply for a Umrah visa, but he did not. He waited until the last minute to get me a tourist visa, which I could have had for myself online. The worst part, there is no follow up with the customer. I had to bug the guy to send me a copy of my flight ticket and the visa on the eve of my departure day. To my surprise, the itinerary was a long and exhausting 34 hours trip with 2 insane layovers, one 8 hour layover in Chicago, the second was 9 hours in Amman, Jordan. When I told Javeed that the itinerary was not fair, he unscrupulously replied that my budget did not allow a better flight and that I needed to give him an extra $800 to get me a better flight. I literally unnecessarily wasted 2 days just between airports. When I arrived in Madina, I was so exhausted, I could not do much in terms of worship. The sightseeing that was included in the package was not worth calling it a sightseeing because the van driver simply pointed to the sights and named them from within the bus while driving by. The bus driver who took us from Madina to Makkah did not care stopping for us to break our fast, we ended up doing it inside the bus, what's more, he threw a tantrum once in Makkah because some kid onboard might have spilt a soft drink on one of the seatbelts ... the guy just went crazy and kept yelling and crying for a while. This is something to sort out with Haraam Tours not the passengers and it was not a big deal because, normally, the bus should be cleaned up after each trip. I found out from other people who also used this agency, they paid less than 5.5K for their package and had a better and more direct flight. Oh! I forgot to say the Jordan Airlines did not have enough food for all their passengers. So, after having waited 8 hours in Chicago, I was hungry, the flight was a little over 11 hours, so I had to wait to get myself some decent food at the Amman airport since I had a layover of 9 hours. I could keep going on and on about Haraam Tours, but I think the picture is clear about how cheap and crappy they and their services are. Never again with these thieves. May they burn in Hell!!!! read more

I don't write many reviews AT ALL, but their service and their help throughout the entire process was AMAZING to say the least. Even when things became stressful with the airlines and COVID and really out of their hands, they were there to figure everything out on my behalf and smooth some things out with the airlines. The driver services and hotel accommodations were so nice. Going to use them again and again. LOVE!! read more

Excellent planning by Haram tours team. I did not have any issues with booking travel with them. While I was in Saudia, everything was very well organized and I got the exact hotels that I was told. Mr. Naved was very pleasant to deal with and Mr. Qadir in Saudia was meticulous with ground transportation. Keep up the good work. read more

Alhamdolilah. This was my first ever trip to Masjid Al-Haram. The agency was quick to give me a seat on Saudia Airlines and book a hotel room for me at a reasonable price. The Travel Coordinator, Br.AbdulQadir, went 150% above and beyond to make sure that I was up to date on how to register for the local apps and have the drivers ready to and from Makkah. He was kind, caring and had excellent response time. He also answered extraneous questions. Only minor point was keeping tabs on the brothers at the main office for my visa/hotel and facilitation contacts. read more

Asalaam alakium! There is much to be said about the journey but not required. As a Muslim who went to Hajj, I definitely understood the meaning of Hajj and the challenges with it. However, to pay a premium price for a package: 1) The biggest issue for me was no imams were present to guide the group. 2) For a Hajji to spend 3+ days at the different Ministry offices is harram. This took away couple opportunities for extra ummrahs. 3) Hotel accommodation in Mecca enabled the Hajjis to get sick before Hajj even started. I can go with a longer list, but I will stop here. I ask Allah to guide us all. I would not do Hajj trip with this organization again because they need to take some time and think about how they can plan better and not make people feel they are being cheated. read more

This is rating the entire package, Hajj 2018 A1 Package! AIR TRANSPORT: The air transport wasn't very bad, I traveled from San Francisco to Dubai to Madina. We did have air conditioned bus and really didn't have a hard time getting through the airport. Paid $400 extra for coming from SFO but was as expected. We were at the Madina airport for roughly 1 hour, as compared to the Jeddah airport which could take up to 10 hours! AL MADINA AL MUNAWARRA: We spent 2 nights in the Leader Mona Kareem -Across from Haram, we were promised 3 nights but it was randomly cut short for unknown reasons. Anyway, it was a really nice hotel and was so close to the masjid, shops, and Breakfast & Dinner Buffet was provided and was surprisingly good. We took a small tours around Janata al Baqi, however, its important to note that once you arrive to Madina you are pretty much on you're own, no scholar as promised! On the way from Al Madina to Makkah we took 3 air conditioned buses to al Mikat; at no point did we have a scholar or tour guide as was promised. Luckily, we had fellow bus mates who have done hajj and ummrah to help guide us, we still don't know if we did everything correctly. Study before you go, as they will just tell you to do what you need to do at the Mikat and they'll wait for you at the bus. MAKKAH ACCOMMODATION: Was the worst experince. Last minute, Javed Billo, the Haram Tours administrator, changed hotels on us. We were promised 07 Nights In Makkah at Makarem Al Shorofath Hotel but instead last minute "upgraded" into a super low quality hotel called Aleyat Ajyad Hotel, Breakfast & Dinner Buffet was supposed to be provided. Its important to note that hotels for Hajj are booked at least 6 months in advance, if he did this on purpose, only Allah knows. As for food, all we were provided was watered down soup and sliced bread. At one point the kitchen staff opened a can of condensed milk with an old rusty screw driver. We also noticed that all the hotels provided buses that take hajjes to and from Al Haram but we were not provided. We took Haram tours to the Hajj Minister and after days of back and forth the Hajj Minster sent a person to our hotel and noted the health hazards and promises made to us and ruled in our favor. We will be getting $4,000 Saudi Rial back. During lunch the kitchen staff sleep in the cafeteria and at one point i walked in on hotel staff changing clothes in the empty cafeteria after a possible bird-bath ie. Sink shower! HAJJ MANASIK: Really bad, a lot of us did major things wrong and had to pay for animal sacrafice ($475 Rial Saudi), to cover our shortcomings. Again not scholar or imam to guide us. Every tour group had an active imam except us. GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Land Transportation in Air Conditioned Buses as promised EXTRA SERVICES: We were provided sightseeing In Madinah Munawarra however, we were promised to be apart of a group Accompanied by Imams Speaking Various Languages(Urdu, English,Arabic & Bengali), however if it were not for the veteran hajjes we wouldn't have known the full rituals of hajj. As soon as you come to Mekkah you are completely on your own. Haram tours provided ihram, shoe bags and the person that sponsored our visas, the Matowif, provided us with sleeping mats and pillows for Muzdellifa. I wouldn't book with this agency again. The Mekkah hotel had air conditioning that didn't work, 115 degree weather, dirty yellow pillows, 5 beds shoved into a bedroom that can only fit 2 beds. Some rooms had a non stop heater working. We told Javed about our problems and vanished until we took him to the Hajj Ministry. At minimum it would have been nice to at least have an imam to show us the rituals. Side note: Use a different agency and when you get to Saudi Arabia do your shopping in Madina Extra side note: An indian employee from Haram Tours repeatedly tried to force himself on one of our convert sisters, he constantly shows up in her room while her room-mates are away and I've also noticed he watches her while she eats. Also, at least 15 people were taken to the hospital due to food poisoning from the food provided by Haram tours. If you pay for the executive package you'll eventually be grouped with the affordable package. The only thing the executive package give you is a bus seat before anyone else. read more

Please do not buy any package for Haram Tours and travels as they are just fraud. I am saying this based on my recent personal experience. My mother bought the Umrah package from Mr. Javeed and she told him many many times that she was going there for the first time and would need help. Mr. Javeed assured her that she will be assisted and guided throughout her trip. Upon asking about groups he said that their groups go every day. As she was traveling for the first time to a totally new country, she purchased the package at whatever price he offered her, zero negotiation. However, she did not realize that she was being played until she got to Saudi Arabia. She made a phone call from San Francisco international airport and asked the company, Haram and Haram tour about her group or group leader. She was told that she will be joining the group at Jeddah airport. When she got to Jeddah airport she did not find any group, instead only a driver who was not aware of where to take us. Before leaving the US Mr. Javeed assured us that the driver will take us to buy the required dress for Umrah (Ahram) for me. But the driver refused to take us as he was not instructed to do this. He asked us to pay out of our packet a big amount. At that time we did not have any cell phone service and there was no way to contact either the family back home or Mr. Javeed. It took us an extra three hours to get the matter settled down. (thanks to the driver who gave us his phone to use). The driver took us to a place (Meeqat) which was around two hours away from Jeddah airport. While Mr. Javeed told my mother that it would only take fifteen minutes to buy the dress. This was another lie. We also needed and required to have local numbers. Mr. Javeed told us that we can get the local sims from Jeddah airport and it will take only five minutes and around 20 to 30 Saudi Riyal. There was a long line at the airport which could have taken us at least two hours and around 180 to 230 Saudi Riyal. The driver asked Mr. Qadir about the local sim and he said we did not need it. Mr. Qadir misguided the driver but the driver knew that we could not perform rituals without the specified apps which can only be used under local numbers. Thanks to the driver who took us to a local agency which took one hour and charged us 100 SR for each local sim. I still do not understand why Mr. Qadir did not want us to have local numbers, even though we were required by Saudi new rules. After very long and tiring and continuous travel, we reached the hotel around 10:25 am and found out there was no reservation under our name. We were so exhausted as we had been traveling for the last 24 hours. The hotel management asked us to wait in the hallway. We sat there, hungry, tired and depressed. I felt sorry for my children who were suffering through all that. Despite paying a lot of money we still did not get any comfort from anywhere. We again connected Mr. Javeed and told him the situation. Finally after almost two hours the hotel management got the reservation information and it was not under any of our names, instead someone else ( ). But it was only for two adults, while my mother paid for three adults. The hotel management did not get any third reservation at all and offered us an extra mattress. We were so tired so we decided to take the room and get some rest. My mother again contacted Mr. Javeed and then he fixed the problem after many hours. By the time the day was almost gone and we could not perform our Umrah as we planned. I am still wondering why the reservation was not under my name while I paid a lot of money and why Mr. Javeed did not give us correct information. One more thing I would like to share is about my luggage. We did not find our luggage at arrival. We made a complaint to airline and notify both, Mr. Abdul Qadir, (who claimed as a coordinator) about this. Both of them kept lying continuously and said that they were sending a person every day to check our luggage. They said that the luggage was completely lost and no one knows where it had gone. They also claimed that their guys connected the airport baggage people but there was no sign of our luggage. The worst thing was we did not have any clothes to wear at all as all the bags were missing. Mr. Abdul Qadir advised me to buy new clothes, we did so as we did not have any other options. This was a very frustrating and disturbing situation. We could not perform Umrah at arrival due to this. Finally someone advised my mother to go to Jeddah airport to check out the status of our bags. She called Mr. Abdul Qadir arranged a ride from Makkah to Jeddah but he said he can't do it unless we pay out of pocket. Mr. Javeed told my mother that there was no point to go to Jeddah airport as the luggage was not there. My mother arranged a taxi by herself and went to Jeddah airport. Where she met Mr. Muhammad Muaz, (Qatar airline emply baggage claim department) who told her that the luggage was there for last four read more

He refuses to accept responsibility. Spent $13k and were deceived. Do not book with this agency!!! Javad is being investigated by the ministry of haj and umrah. Assalamo Alaikum; I just came back from Umrah trip on 5/2017 and Alhamdolillah, it was such a wonderful experience that I would recommend Br. Naved and Haram Tours&Travels . This was the first time I booked through them and I was little nervous as I wanted to travel for Umrah in April 2017 directly from Egypt since I already have previous travel arrangement from Chicago to Egypt and I wanted leave and return back to Egypt and wanted to make sure I wouldn't run into any issues. Br. Naved quoted me a very good price for a single room in both Mecca and Madinah and assured me everything would be smooth-sailing and Alhamdulillah it was the minute I arrived and arranging for meet-up at the airport and hotels and transfers. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I was very happy with the whole experience. Also Br. Naved was extremely responsive and would always return my phone call when I contacted him after the first payment to answer any questions and accommodated my frequent hotel changes. Definitely I will use Haram Tour in the future for Umrah and also recommend them to my friends and family who are looking to go for Umrah and / or Hajj. FYI: I went for Umrah with Haram Tours not in a group but as a single travelers. One more thing I would like to add, Due to Saudi Hajj&Umrah regulation, the Saudi consulate has changed the visa validity from 30 to 15 days only without any prior notification! This led to had 2 Umrah visa, one would expire before my Umrah date and Br. Naved got me another Visa valid until my arrival date to Saudi Arabia. read more

Mashallah this company is legit! I took my family which included my wife, 2 kids, elderly parents and my aunt for Umrah in April of 2019. From the minute we landed to the minute we left everything was perfect and delivered as promised. This was the best trip I have ever taken in my life period. We had no hardships and everything that our package included was delivered. Very organized team on the ground. We had someone waiting for us at the arrival door when we landed at 2am and were contacted by different team members for tours and transportation from Medina to Mecca and to the airport. Hotels were truly the best we could ask for. May Allah bless brother Javad Billoo for booking out trip. Best trip ever period! read more

This is the worst travel agency that I have ever encountered. After booking they ask for the money right away and made false promises. The agent took way too much money for our Umrah trip and lied about the transportation. The bus we got was old, seats broken, DIRTY, filthy, and smelled like cigarettes. The hotel in Medinah was disgusting 1 rate would be a slap doesn't he face. Staff at the hotel was the only best part where they made us feel welcomed but the hotel bathroom was so disgusting and filthy. I was begging God to just bring us home. This agency took way too much money for us to feel like beggars living in a tent. Shame on these Muslims for lying NEVER AGAIN. read more

I am such a person who wants deal in every single thing I purchase, from clothing to any kind of luxury expense. I do my research, were I find best deal I go for it but think 1000 times! :D Haram tours was the company my mother in law referred. I searched reviews, was not very pleased at first but my mother in law travelled through them and she was extremely satisfied even though she is not an easy person to tackle so for sure there must be something good about that company Lol. I called, and Naveed was the guy whom I got my quote. He was very nice gentleman. Naveed got us such amazing deal and believe me, I checked Expedia. And hands down! I got the best deal available on the internet. Trip went more than what I expected and Alhamdullilah it was a life changing experience, I am very thankful to this company and specially brother Javad and Naveed. read more

I used Haram Tours for Hajj in 2019. My experience was very bad with this company . This was my first time to do Hajj and I needed someone to help and guide me through different stages of Hajj. I was under the impression that a guide was going to be with us all the time , but unfortunately that was not true. I did not get any help from anybody and we were basically alone. Haram Tours booked the flight and provided transportation to different places and that was it. I definitely will never use them again especially for Hajj and umra and I will never recommend them for anybody else . read more

I never write reviews but I was just compelled to write about my experiences with Haram Tours. I just reserved my 3rd Umrah journey this week with Javad, he and his team have been exemplary in their communications and updates, I have traveled a handful of times to Hajj & Umrah but I really enjoy the freedom provided by Haram Tours of not being constrained to a large group, I love the flexibility of customizable Itinerary with the same accommodations and Amenities of any overpriced group. I would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a value added service. read more

Alhamdulillah, overall we are satisfied with haram tours. Because I and my wife were able to go hajj from US with visa F1&F2 even though we don't have green cards, while some other travels would not allow us to go. Second, with an affordable price for economy packages 1A, we have a flexibility to pay in installments. Third, alhamdulillah we got a hotel in makkah that is closer to masjidil haram (1.3 km) than the one that they listed on the web at the beginning (azizia district, 5km). All the tents in Mina and Arafah were also air conditioned. The things that need to be evaluated by the haram tour are the early communication during registration process was not quite smooth for us because that was our first time go for hajj, but someone didn't tell us clearly about what we need to do or prepare before the hajj. That made us little bit uncomfortable. About the schedule during hajj, yes there was some issue about the timing, and communication but I think that was normal during peak hajj season. For us it's impossible to get perfect packages without any issues. The main thing for us was to keep our intention pure and always focus on our hajj. We are very grateful that Allah granted us a chance to go hajj while many people are still waiting for it. May Allah accept all of our hajj and reward our good deeds. Jazakallahu khairan katsira for Haram tours for all of your help and efforts. read more

If there was "0" rating that is what they deserve. My wife and I paid 14,750.00 USD for a Hajj Package during 8/8 thru 8/29 2018. Trip was a nightmare, I do not know if there are enough spaces to write all the disasters, They promised 4 star hotel and dumped us on a questionable 1 star hotel where we could not even get hot water or towels. Breakfast was a joke. They quit serving 2 course cheap dinner days before our stay ended. No one in front desk spoke nor understood English. We had to pay the housekeepers to remove the trash from our rooms. last three days they actually shut off the lights. I highly recommend all who want to go and do their Hajj stay away from these clowns, all they are interested is Money, they do not care about anything else. Saudi Hajj ministry fined them in August 2018 in the tune of $50,000 . They do not deserve your business. Y.Sivar Jacksonville FL read more

0/5 stars if I could, save yourself the trouble and don't book with them. I recently bought a package from this company, however it was a fraud. We were told that we would be going in a group, however when we called before we left he told us that the group leader would not meet us at the SFo airport but at Jeddah airport. However, once we landed at the Jeddah airport we were greeted by a driver who informed us there was no group, nor a group leader who was knowledgeable about Umrah. Next, we were told that the driver would get us the Ehram, however the driver was not notified of that and was charging us extra. After 1-2 hours of waiting finally it was cleared up that yes he was supposed to take us, he was not informed of this either. Afterwards, when we got to the hotel, there was no reservation for us, again we had to contact this company to ask them to clear up the confusion. This process took another hour, finally it was cleared up but the reservation was only for 2 beds, even though we paid for 3 beds. When we told the hotel this, instead of giving us a room with 3 beds they added another mattress, that is not what we paid for. Again, this company was contacted because clearly they booked us for 2 adults not for 3 adults. We paid so much money yet we were not given what was promised. After we got our room, the next step was to find out where our luggage went. We contacted the person we bought the package from and his contact in Saudi Arabia but they did not put in any effort to find our luggage. We contacted the airline, we made a complaint, we called this company many times but they did not try at all. We had to do Umrah but we did not have any clothes to do it in, meaning more time and money was wasted to get clothes. We told Javed time and time again that this was our first time going, we did not know the language, the rules, and he promised us that he would help us 100% along the way. He didn't help at all, instead withheld information so we would pay more money using his services. When we bought the package we were told that we would get door to door service, meaning wherever we wanted to go the driver would take us at NO extra charge. But when we got there, we were told that any other places we wanted to go to, for example the Jeddah airport, we would have to pay. On top of that, the prices he was telling us were double, sometimes triple the amount the local drivers were asking for. Lastly, we did not know that there was a certain part to Umrah we had to do or else we would be fined, when we told him we wanted to do the Dahm, he told us his price which was WAY more than how much we got it done in. Time after time whenever we needed help we were faced with their overcharges and extremely rude behavior. We were relying on them to help us, but instead they caused us more problems and headaches. I was in a completely new environment with my children, we had no guide and assistance. Anytime we contacted them, they replied much later even though they were on whatsapp at the time. This was not fair, it is fraud, it caused us more problems than it was helpful. Even if they gave us this package for free, we still wouldnt go with it. read more

Assalam o Alikum. First of all thanks to almighty Allah who give us opportunity to perform Hajj in Year 2017 with my family (wife and two Kids 6 Years, 4Years). I am from Saint Louis, MO. Allah connect me to the Haram travel, and I don't know about this company no one recommend me . I just Google and got 2/3 travelers information. I call them but they refuse to take us along with the kids. Then I call Haram and luckily Mr. Naveed Mirza talk to me. He is very nice humble man I ever talk. Allah helps me to confirm my Hajj trip with Haram Travels. I tell him to plan my Hajj trip and returning via Pakistan and he manage my trip as per my requirements. I believe there is around TWO MILLION Muslim pilgrims from all over the world It's a huge event so It is not possible to everything goes smoothly and under control. Yes we also face some problems during Hajj but Allah Help us and I directly call to Brother Naveed (some time using Whatsapp) and He response me If he missed my call he call back to me and resolve my issues. I am not saying that brother Javed and his team not help the people their but something must be beyond their hands. I am satisfied Haram travel give us all necessary facilities in very reasonable price. Here I must say the Food was too good , the person who handled the food is very friendly with my kids. Makkah and Madina's both hotels are good but personally I like Madina one it is very close to Masjid e nabwi. Finally It was such a great experience. I already referred Haram Tours to my friends and relatives. I would like to again thank almighty Allah and Naved Bhai and your staff back in Madinah and Makka for making my trip so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend to use HARAM TRAVEL's for Hajj. My Suggestion for future Muslim pilgrims "Patience is your best friend" Having in mind that there are over 2 million people that have come to perform Hajj and everyone is different, you should be patient and tolerant, especially when things don't go as you wanted them to. Remember that Allah SWT is the best of planners and you are a guest in this house. It is all part of the journey. read more

This is my experience booking the Hajj 2018 Affordable A1 Package! Alhamdu Lillah, We had the opportunity to go Hajj this year under Harm Tours. Before putting my review, I read other peoples review who went to Hajj this year under Haram Tours. I saw people used their word liar, dishonest after coming from Hajj. Our prophet said it is enough for someone to be a liar what he hears, start spreading to others without verifying. We must be very sincere and cautious before using such comment. I saw many people were upset with the start from a very small group. It took some time to find for me what caused this issue during that time. I did not know who Javed Billo, the Haram Tours administrator until last few days before we left Saudi Arabia. To me he is a good man. Many people like me had no clear picture in their mind why The Ministry held him and ordered him (Javed Billo), to pay each traveler back 4,000 Saudi Riyals ($1100 USD). Later on I heard from an authentic source, it was group of people whose intention was to shutdown Haram Tours in a political way as they considered their opponent. I do not know anyone actually honestly questioned himself why we are getting money, how far can we justify this money is good. My wife's brother is under severe kidney disease. I gave both of our money $2200 to my wife's brother. I am witnessed that opposition group did not let Javed Billo an open opportunity to speak. So story came from one side and they won politically. I honestly do not see he cheated us, lied or showed dishonesty. We are very weak Muslim when comes to money issues. After receiving $1100, one person was saying I did not receive the right amount, I should receive more. If I go Hajj again, I will not hesitate to choose Harm Tours Hajj Group Other complain that I see here People are complaining bathroom, bedrooms, buses and many other issues. We want to pay lowest price and expect five star hotel services which will not happen in reality. Overall I did see any major noticeable issue to complain against this company. Highly recommended! Superb experience I was extremely satisfied with Haram Tours and Travels. Mr. Javad, the administrator, has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best. This year it was my 2nd time for Hajj with this company. Two years ago I went on Hajj with my parents and this year with my wife. It was her first time in life, she was extremely happy and excited with the trip. The best part was the guide and educators. This year one of my favorite Mufti Hisham Dawood from Chicago was leading our Hajj Group. He has immense knowlegde on every step of Hajj. It makes so much easier having such brothers in the group that can answer every question you have. I am surprised reading the reviews here. It makes me feel sad how people make up things. Me and my family found the accomodation great. I believe everyone has different perspective and experiences. My family had a great time while some people with exact same things provided were not satisfied with anything. Going for Hajj is not like going to Paris. Today we are provided with so many luxurious things like we fly to Makkah in no time unlike old days where people used to go on animals for months. We should be thankful to our God for giving an opportunity to perform this beautiful experiance of our lives. I would highly recommend Haram Tours to everyone planning to go for Hajj or Umrah, Mr. Javad will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience. Thumbs up!!! read more

This was our first time travelling to Saudia for Umrah and we found Haram Tours through internet advertisement. I had spoken to several travel agencies claiming expertise in hajj and Umrah. However, we clicked immediately with Javed from Haram tours. He explained the entire packages in great detail and was more than willing to help us customize the package according to our needs. We were able to book hotels we wanted and were given variety of transportation options. From start to finish everything was flawless. The flights were booked and confirmed within 10 minutes of our purchase. Likewise the entire itinerary including hotel reservations was sent to us immediately. Visa processing was made very simple and easy. The pick and drop from airports, and ziayrats in both Makkah and Madina were pre-arranged and everything delivered to us was as promised and on time. Haram Tours even was able to get us a free upgrade to a junior suite in Makkah in Fairmont on arrival, which was a really nice surprise. From start to finish, Haram Tours was professional, curteous and extremely responsive. They stayed in touch with use throughout our trip as well as before and after to make sure we have everything we needed. Thanks so much for your great service. We will Inshallah look forward to doing hajj with your company in near future as well. read more

My name is Imad. Me and my wife were planning to perform Hajj this year for the first time in our lives. Our top priority was having the accommodation near Haram. The only problem was our tight budget. We did our research and found out that all the companies were offering Aziziah Hotel for 6000 USD which is an hour drive to Haram. I came across Haram Tours. They were providing Al Eyat Ajyad in Makkah for the same price which was 15min to Haram and in Madina they were offering Leader Muna kareem that was amazingly 2min walk to Al Haram. We bought the package. Brother Javad and sister Tasneem were extremely helpful through out the process. They answered all our questions and concerns. Alhamdullilah the trip went great. We spent our entire time in Haram and completed all the rituals of Hajj. It was one of the best experience of my life. I am very thankful to Allah who gave me an opportunity to perform Hajj while being young and in good health. Ill give this company 5 stars because they provided what they promised and we were very satisfied with the service. Ill recommend all my brother and sisters to go with Haram Tours and Travels. May Allah give them more barakat in their aemal Ameen read more

Reading through these reviews, I'm surprised as to how people are showing dissatisfaction with Haram Tours when I traveled with them recently for Hajj. The only thing I could say is that I had a phenomenal experience with this group. They made sure to educate me about hajj by conducting hajj e-seminar. All their staff were very helpful throughout my journey. I got sick couple of times and needed to go to hospital. Their team was extremely proactive to assist me with all the local norms and guidance. Although food wasn't the best in first couple days of my stay; however, they changed the catering provider and got better. Ground transportation was convenient. I had guidance throughout my trip regarding Hajj Rituals from professional Scholars. Usually the Manasik from what I heard is the toughest element however with them I found it smooth going. Something they can improve in near future would be quality food from the beginning, also to offer 5 star Mina Camps. Overall I had a good trip with Haram Tours and will definitely recommend to my friends and family and those who will be reading my review. read more

The guidance throughout the way, including aziziah, Madinah, the mina and Arafat camp arrangements were great. Your team was friendly. I want to thank you for being our guide for hajj. Also, thank you for having the group dua at Arafat and for doing Qurbani on our behalf. Everything you and your team were helpful. Thank you for bringing us to your group and for guiding us to complete the hajj pilgrimage. May Allah bring success, and happy life to you and your team. Jazak Allah Khair." I've done Hajj this year with Haram Tours. They have exceptionally good group leaders who were always there for any questions or concerns not to forget their Imam were very knowledgable. A few glitches happened which I understand as that is what called Hajj but their team members were very helpful and did their best to maintain great service. Their ground transportation was very well organized by their staff members. From the very beginning since we booked the Hajj package with them called them couple of times and found them very helpful with all questions and concerns. All the way from flight to hotels to Mina Camp to Arafat everything was managed quite well. I will recommend who ever wants to go for Hajj go with them you will have a great tour insha Allah and yes if I had chance in the future will be definitely traveling with my whole family the next time. read more

Salam everyone I just wanted to write a review about my experience we had with the company while we were on Umrah. From the day one when I decided to go with them they were very prompt on phone calls, WhatsApp calls and emails replies for all my inquires. Traveling with two kids one being an infant they made all the arrangements in a way that me and my family didn't had any problems and all of us were very comfortable throughout the stay. The process was easy and quick, hotels and ground transportation were awesome and the same was communicated to us before the trip. Shahzad is one of the best professional I have dealt with in this field he is very professional, honest, very helpful and guided us with the right direction before and during the trip. My family had only good words to say. I highly recommend Haram Tours for Umrah and Hajj packages. read more

I trust Haram tours and travels for their outstanding service they provided me and my family for hajj 2018. I went for Hajj in the past as well but this was my best so far with them. Professional team and group leaders were extremely helpful at all times. The team was present at our arrival at the airport. Hotels were as per expectation decent and reasonable and their team members were present at the hotels throughout for any concerns and questions. At one point when my mom couldn't walk to the Haram as she was having back pain but she insisted to go to Haram they send us a team member with the wheel chair which was very kind of them. Transportation was well organized and were fully air conditioned. Over all had a great memorable trip.I will recommend every one who wants to travel with their family Haram tours is the one to go with. read more

Excellent tour with excellent services. I wanted to perform Umrah after Ramzan to avoid peak season as I wanted to take my 8 months old baby with me. While all other travel agents informed there were no Visas after Ramzan and refused from taking my applications, it was only the Haram Tours which replied me positively and Alhumdulillah arranged for my Visas, Hotels and transportations at very affordable prices. To my utmost surprise, I dint even had to wait for a single minute upon arrival to Madinah Airport as the ground transportation cab person was already waiting for me at the airport. Just wanted to share, my parents met with a 25+ year old friend this past week and they talked about the Hajj trip the husband and wife went on 2-3 Hajj ago. He had so much positive things to say about the agency, their organization skills, scheduling, meeting the needs for the Hajji's, and he strongly recommended them to my father, the agency is: Billoo Travel, from California, run by Javad Billoo and team! He said Javad Billoo was with them as the agent during Hajj and took care of everything. Someone had recommended you to them, and he has been recommending you to everyone. My father was laughing and said that's the same agency we have been using for years. My dad's friend, from GA (Atlanta) was laughing too, small world. read more
