If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This travel agency is a complete scam! The owner is nothing but a liar and her team is just as bad. rude, unprofessional, and full of attitude. There is absolutely no sense of customer service here. The owner openly talks badly about her clients right in front of other customers which is beyond disrespectful and makes you think what she says behind your back after leaving her office. When trying to book a trip she forces her unwanted opinions on you, judging and criticizing your choices without being asked. It felt like I was being lectured instead of helped. To make matters worse, she gave me wrong information about my booking and when I confronted her about it she flat out denied ever saying it. Total gaslighting. She also tried to scam me by asking me to Zelle her extra money for "rescheduling fees" that were WAY higher than what the airline actually charges when i wanted to move up my flight. This one star is simply and solely for the level of unprofessionalism of this travel agency , and specifically towards Ines, who I believe is the owner of the business. I'm giving it a one star due to the disrespectful approach she had towards me as a first -time customer. I mean- in case you're unaware, you are not the only travel agency- so your approach to your customer will have an in impact of your reoccurring business. I walked in, got barely a warm hello. She is good at booking in the beginning, but once you booked it forget about getting any help with anything!!! Or any replies! I called and booked a travel package with Ines to Puerto Vallarta. She gave me a good price and I booked right away. But I told her couple of times to make sure to give me a ticket so I could choose seats. She said sure, after booking you can do it. As soon as we booked I wanted to choose the seats and I discovered it's American Airlines through Alaska Airlines and I CAN'T CHOOSE SEATS AT ALL! I was traveling with 3 kids, upon reaching to the airport I was told luggage isn't paid. I tried to choose the seats, the plane was booked so we ended up seating all the way back on the plane. First of all I was always booking my tickets to Yerevan , Armenia through Ines travel and the prices were always low and affordable. Then me and my family planned to travel to another destination and decided to trust Ines. She gave an advice to go to Europe and pointed to all the places that she had been before. She picked up for us a very nice route through Western Europe to Italy. Not only she booked the best hotels in the desired cities , she also told us in every little detail where to go , which tours and tourist attractions to take. We wanted to give this agency a try for our upcoming trip but it turned out to be the worst decision we have made. This was our 9th time going to Hawaii and we always stayed at the same hotel and always enjoyed when using our regular agency but not this time around when we used Ines. We landed and were suppose to be greeted by the inclusive transportation service, no one was there looking for us but luckily since we knew our way around the airport we were able to navigate and get to luggage section and after getting our stuff we had to approach and ask tour people everywhere to find out which group was our shuttle. Finally found them and was taken to our hotel. Upon checking in, we were told the room we were going to get had 2 beds? We told them we had booked 1 bed (with Ines agent) and they insisted upon checking the reservation over and over that we were booked with 2 beds. We told them we'd like to get 1 bed instead and were told they only had 1 room left with 1 bed and we were charged (a big difference) on the spot for it. On our last day, we were suppose to be picked up at 12pm by the shuttle to get back to the airport. We got to the hotel's assigned shuttle pickup area at 11:45am and waited.. no bus showed up. At 12:10pm we called to find out where the bus is and were told to wait patiently as there's some traffic...so we waited until 12:25, called again and were told the shuttle is almost there. 12:35pm yup no shuttle! Called again and were told that the shuttle was there to pick us up and we weren't there? Excuse us? Say what? Needless to say we had a plain to catch up to and at that point were fuming but had no choice and called an uber and went to the airport barely making to our flight! When we got back we called them and told them about the pickup situation and shuttle not showing up, she told us we'll get a refund if we provide the uber receipt. It was sent to them and after a few days now they're claiming that the bus was there and we weren't in other words the travel agency is backing up the lie by the transport company just so they won't refund for what they promised? Just AMAZING! 8 times of prior trips went flawlessly for us but as soon as we tried this company on the 9th trip it turned out to be a nightmare. Please do yourselves a huge favor and stay away from this unethical disaster of a service! F- wish I could give them 0 stars! read more

If I can leave a negative review I would. We booked a flight with Ines and had to get an extension and she quoted us $950 PER PERSON to extend our flight by 2 days. I called the airline directly and extended our flight for $35 PER PERSON. absolutely ridiculous. They are very rude when you call, are no help at all and are only good at ripping people off. This is probably the worst travel agency I have been to.... no sense of being professional from Ines herself or the lady who picks up the phone. Any time I have ever called she has a bitchy attitude and seems like she does not want to even speak. I disregarded the phone calls and decided to go in person... big mistake lol. Upon walking in again the girl who sits at the front had a horrendous attitude but I decided to shrug it off since she wasn't the one who was going to help me. Ines herself is the least professional person I have ever met in my life. I was interested in tickets to Armenia and she gave me one option and that is all. No explanation of different airlines, different days, amenities there is to offer, pros and cons of each airline. She gave me one option with the worst airline that has constant cancellations, which I was not aware of until I spoke to another travel agency, and didn't even bother to look at the prices for the other airlines. She also did not make me aware that the airline she was trying to sell off hasn't flown one plane since Covid started and there was a huge risk in buying tickets with them. Anyways as soon as I walked out of there I called multiple other places and decided to never do business with her. The hotels were out of range and the whole trip was run around where language was not English. Spend over 15k on this trip for total nightmare. We purchased a full package and when we got to the hotel, got informed that Ines only paid for one of our hotel rooms and we ended up paying for the second one out of pocket. BEWARE OF UNPROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Biggest Mistake!!! This travel agency is a complete joke. No professionalism and you can't even get a hold of them. We decided to book our honeymoon through INES in June after a friend told us she was affordable. We didn't know that came with an added huge headache. Due to COVID-19 the European Union imposed a travel ban to Croatia that ended on July 1st, after our honeymoon would end. When we contacted Ines for a refund she stated that the airlines require a $82 cancellation fee and she could only take it via Zelle. Don't believe her, that is a fee she made up to gouge money from people. Although most of our hotels and airlines were later refunded, we still have almost $2000 left to get back. Because the agency uses a third party to book its flights/hotels then the travel agency was supposed to cancel the associated hotels/flights. After contacting the third party they said that the travel agent forgot to cancel the arrangement. After repeated attempts of contacting her and being on hold for 30 mins only to be disconnected. Don't think all the phone calls she gets in her office are people trying to book trips. Contacted a attorney to see how strong of a case I have. Sad that people are taking advantage of this pandemic.
