So one thing I love about this place is that they are open late. Parking lot is easy and safe. They have a lot of seats and tables avaliable. Decor is really nice and cozy. Me and my cousin visited this place while I was in town last week and it didn't disappoint. For our drinks, I ordered the lavender matcha and my cousin got the pistachio matcha. I would like my drink to have a little bit more matcha, I think the lavender was too subtle for my liking but the drink is still pretty good. My cousin definitely enjoyed her drink. Friday night. 2 tables of customers inside. And one of them is a single computer jockey nursing his coffee while he endeavors to conquer the world through the Haraz free wi-fi. I bought 6 creamy pastries. There's a slection of about 12 to choose. No prices in the display case. So I was shocked that the 6 I selected came to $48! A couple of them were baklava that are the size of my thumb. There's some bagged coffee at the counter. I put them up to my nose to get a whiff of aroma. I squeezed the bag near to breather hole. Absolutely no coffee aroma at all. What this place uniquely offers is late hours of operation. Open to 11pm Monday - Thursday. Friday - Sunday open to midnight. I just sampled 3 of the desserts. Creamy pistachio bombe, coffee bombe, and a cannolo. All are satisfying sweet and luxurious. Will I return for more? At $8+ per piece that's debatable. read more

I went in to try the Turkish coffee the first time. It was scolding hot so I had to pour our half so it would cool down. The second time I tried the chai tea latte. They don't have soy which I get at Starbucks so I just ordered the chai. I also asked about the croissant and was told it contained strawberry. When I got outside it was chocolate. I've been here a couple of times and I think I'm good for now and won't super recommend this place. I'm not usually in the area but I wanted to give it a go. Each visit with a different barista, they weren't very friendly and it felt extremely awkward. Both times I got a matcha and the second time also got a coffee for my sister and the drinks were disappointing. The matcha both times was very grainy and it didn't matter how much I stirred it myself it just didn't dissolve. My sister said her coffee wasn't great either. This is a review of the mango fruit pastry. 0/5 stars. I was excited to try this place after seeing a few tik toks raising about how delicious the viral fruit pastries were. The videos noted that they do require that you order by phone in advance. So I called and asked if they had any of the pastries, or if I had to order. They informed me that they had plenty left so I can just come in a pick up. When I arrived I looked at what they had and ultimately decided on the mango one since it was hot and I thought it would be refreshing. The single pastry along with a water bottle came out to $16! Which was steep in my opinion. I've had these viral cakes/pastries before at nicer establishments that charged only $6-$9. When I bit into the pastry I was immediately disappointed. The flavor didn't taste like mango and it had a strong perfume taste. The cream was curdled and grainy which was so off putting. The outer shell was soggy and had no crunch. Which was funny since the one viral video I seen of this place, had asmr clips of 6 pastries and they all had a crunch. Here is what I believe went wrong: They had a second fridge FILLED with endless trays of the pastries to refill their normal stock. I had already looked at the menu beforehand and decided on the pistachio latte.It was much busier than I expected for a weekday morning, but fortunately, they have a convenient self-checkout kiosk where I ordered right away. The seating is super comfortable, so I sat down to wait. It took a little bit of time for the drink to be ready, but the staff called my name out and handed it over. The pistachio latte has a strong, bold espresso flavor, which was perfect for me since I prefer strong coffee. They handed me a buzzer for my drink and I thought, "Alright cool, I'll have time to explore the place." I barely made it to my seat, did a quick recon scan of the room, and buzz... mission ready. Efficiency level: elite. I ordered the iced Mufawar, which leans a little sweeter than the normal blend. If you're a coffee purist you might want to play with the sweetness level, but for me it was perfect. Smooth, refreshing, and flavorful -- the kind of iced drink that makes you take that first sip and go, "Oh yeah... that's the good stuff." The restrooms were clean and fresh (a detail that deserves respect in the café world), and parking around the area is plentiful so getting in and out is easy. Overall this place is a great addition to the Roseville coffee scene and a solid stop on my ongoing coffee adventure. Honestly, my whole experience here was horrible. The coffee I ordered was not good, but the biggest issue was the ordering system. Ordering on the iPad was confusing because some of the menu items were in a language I didn't understand. I had to ask for help, and instead of actually explaining it, the employee talked to me like I was stupid. He pointed to where the hot dog option was, but it was clearly labeled in another language, and once you clicked it, it brought up a bunch of pastries too. How was I supposed to know that section meant pastries? On top of that, the line was extremely long and it seemed like multiple people were struggling with the iPad ordering system too. We went here on Sunday and loved it so much that we are trying out their Folsom location... they stores are so cute it transports you to another place... we had desserts... When the drinks were ready, I found that mine did have a cold foam on top that was made with half n half. I did ask them to remake my drink without the foam because I couldn't have half n half and they quickly remade it and let me keep the initial drink with another family member drank. This morning my husband and I visited the newest coffee shop in Roseville- it was amazing!! The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We ordered the Rose milk cake, pistachio croissant, pistachio latte and Haraz Latte. The Pistachio Croissant was Flaky, buttery, and filled with a generous amount of pistachio cream, the Rose milk cake was perfect- pink, milky, slight rose flavor. The coffees were presented beautifully as they brought our drinks and treats out to our table outside where we enjoyed the coffee and morning breeze. There is plenty of inside and a few tables outside. Inside had a pretty good crowd but it wasn't loud like a Starbucks. Overall, the presentation was spot on - I hope it stays that way. Plenty of parking too. We ordered a couple drinks (iced pistachio matcha and a hot maleki) the matcha was ok. Kind of tasted like cereal milk so I wouldn't get it again. The other drink was super powerful with the ginger (you def smell it before you drink it), but it's good, just not for me. The highlight for us was definitely the food! The pistachio chocolate roll and the pistachio tres leches are both AMAZING! Great taste, good size, and wish I had some right now. Would def go back for the pastries alone and would def try another drink. Nice atmosphere, but can get loud with groups that come in. The staff member who helped me was very friendly, and I was glad they had their popular pistachio cake in stock. Needs improvement: I ordered the cake to go, but the packaging job was pretty poor. It was placed carelessly on its side and a corner was broken off when he handed it to me. If employees want premium pay, they need to provide premium execution. The Food & Value: The cake is decent, but at nearly $8 for a small slice, the value isn't quite there. The moisture comes mostly from the milk, and the sweetness comes from the sugar/whip, leaving the actual pistachio flavor very subtle. Good vibe, but the execution on the premium-priced pastry fell short. I'll only return if they offer a promo. There are better spots. read more

I tried my son's triangle pistachio brownie it was absolutely delicious.. I think all Matcha comes iced unless you ask for it hot so that's a good thing to know. The employees were very kind and helpful. The ambience was definitely a place where I could go and read a book or do some work if needed although the number system does beep.
