Outside food and drinks are allowed, plenty of covered seating areas. I was surprised to see peacocks, pheasants(in aviary) and rabbits (in the straw 3 Little Pigs house). Bathrooms are clean. There were a couple of carnival type games in the back, which used to give out cheap prizes, but I guess they don't do that anymore. Outside of that, there is nothing to do, and the kids wanted to leave. We went into the tent and it was disorganized and overcrowded. Their balloon drop was a cluster of balloons balled up in a small area of the tent which everyone tried to cram up underneath, but only about 2 dozen kids could fit under it. There was no live band on the stage, even though they happily charged extra to rent out the igloos, where I guess you can sit and look at an empty stage. You have to walk through the mud to get to the igloos, or to use the bathrooms. So for $100 we listened to "baby shark" playing in the tent, watched about a hundred balloons drop at noon, and walked around. Everything is an additional charge, and I didn't see much value in the $20/person that we spent. I felt bad watching a larger group that was coming in as we were leaving, and felt like warning them. Disappointing after this property was overhyped years ago during construction, and just seems like it was never fully completed. Not sure who this venue is marketed to, but I didn't see many adults or kids having a good time. I don't see us coming back here again.

The staff provided all of the amenities (mask, helmet, car, safety, etc.) and were very knowledgeable. The cars went quite fast and took turns very well. The laps/duration felt perfectly-timed and the process for waiting for your turn was seamless. They recorded the races via helmet cam and at the end they give you a QR code/email in which you can see the race results. To note: there is NO BUMPING and they can control how fast your car goes. If there is ever an 'incident' they can slow all of the cars down to prevent any injuries. All in all it was a lovely time. I would highly recommend. However, it can be very pricey. They allow you to pay the difference of your admission ticket. I went to three windows at guest services and I still was unable to purchase the season passes. Needless to say, me and my family will not be returning. Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience everything and my children were looking forward to it. But, with the customer service experience, they gave us no future options

I had a very disappointing experience at Clementon Splash Park…read more I purchased four tickets through Groupon and drove to the park expecting to enjoy the water attractions. When we arrived, we found that a large portion of the water park was closed due to what staff said was cleaning because a situation occured. Only the kids' splash area and a small pool were open, which meant we couldn't use the attractions we paid to enjoy. I asked the park for a refund, but they told me to contact Groupon because that's where I purchased the tickets. When I contacted Groupon, they told me they had called the park, and the park claimed everything was open and operating normally. That was simply not true based on what we experienced. My question is: why tell Groupon that nothing happened and that the park was fully open when a significant part of the water park was closed? If the park couldn't provide the experience customers paid for, it should have been honest with Groupon and helped process refunds instead of sending customers back and forth. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a fair resolution. Being caught between the park and Groupon, with each pointing to the other, was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the park takes responsibility and is more transparent with both its guests and its partners in the future.
