Had such a great experience! Every person we encountered were hospitable, kind, and gracious. Jim and Phil were specifically exceptional and made us feel like family! So many fun activities for kids and adults. Will definitely be back!

I had a fun experience with my friends! the entry was a little more than I thought for apple picking. we went in october and all the apples variations we picked tasted sweet to me.

I believe this would be the first and last time we visit this orchard. We were charged $29 per person to get in regardless if we wanted to buy apples and how many bags of apples. They had a "less expensive option" of $24, but it did not include the corn maze. Our family spent about $150 to get 5 small bags that fit less than 10 apples each along with all other experience in there. Other experience includes live music, hayride, a toss game and a small playground. My youngest boy wanted to do pony ride, but we had to pay separately for that. Pony ride cost $10 for 1 round, $15 for 2 rounds and $20 for 3 rounds. It is a very small area for pony ride and it took probably less than 1 minute for a round. They also had candle making, tie dyed shirts, tattoos around, but ALL of these were not included in the admissions. The pumpkin patch only had very limited amount of pumpkins and they were scattered around on muddy ground. Kids were not excited to go find their pumpkins at all. The corn maze was a joke & disappointing and I would not suggest to pay the extra $5 admission to do it here. This corn maze was really small and most people can finish walking through it in less than 10 minutes. And more important, regardless which direction (left or right) you turn at intersections, you would get to the same spot in a few steps. The only thing we enjoyed was apple picking due to the variety of apple we could choose from. They also had sticks for people to use to pick the apples up on the top of the trees. They did not open up all areas, so some trees in the front were already empty and we had to walk toward the end to find trees with more apples to be picked. There were plenty of staff there to answer questions and they seemed friendly. The actual hayride time was short, but it was a wait to get on either way. Wish they had an option to just walk from the apple trees to the main location. Lines everywhere, for bathroom, buy foods, wines, etc. Lots of traffic to get into the orchard, farms, etc. on Sound Avenue, so be prepared for the traffic if you are going mid-day on weekends.

Our family goes to Harbes Orchard ever single year to pick apples...it's always been our favorite. There's plenty to do for younger kids and the cider donuts are delicious (we always stock up). Removing a star simply for an occurrence this year that just rubbed us the wrong way. My father had walked in with an outside cup...nobody had said anything to him upon approaching the counter to pay for entry. Upon entering the property a man (I assume management or some sort of owner) YELLED from a distance for him to throw away the cup as it's not allowed. Embarassing? Extremely. That's surely not the way to address a situation.

I will NEVER recommend coming to this place to anyone. I thought because it's a pretty hoppin place to be (as seen online) it would be best to check it out. WELL NOT IF YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These people have got to be joking. You hit the parking lot and its crowded with people, ok.. that's not a bad thing, fine. But you walk into the "entrance" area, and theres a line to pay for either Apple Picking, Maze or BOTH. So we're like, well - we don't want either, we're just checking it out. Try to walk by the line and "SECURITY" guy at the end asks us to show our wrist band. Doesn't matter if you're not doing either, you're paying. So, needless to say I turned right around. I'm not done yet... Let me get to the "admission" prices of this stupid place. $17 for apples (3lbs) . $21 to apple pick and do the maze. $25 for a maze and 12lb bag for apples. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? You must be crazy. For people who come with their grandkids, EVERYONES buying apples, no matter if you pick them up or not. That's an insane price just to come here. Let me tell you - NOT worth it. So lets calculate this, you come with a party of 3 people, that's $51, for apples rotting because you'll never eat them. They must be crazy. I've been to other picking orchards out east with free games and music, that were JUST as good, if not better. There are so many other orchards/pumpkin places around that will give it to you in half of that price. Also, Stop and Shop sells them cheap too, you're welcome for the tip. Make a U-turn if you see this place.

This is as good as it gets when it comes to apple picking on Long Island. Granted, the perfect October weather didn't hurt, but this place had it all. Spacious grounds, food counter options, live music, and, of course, ample selection for apple picking. They even had some small shopping stands and other attractions (mazes, rides) that I didn't even use. It was also very well run with great service (which seems weird to say when describing an orchard). Can't go wrong with a visit here.

Came here with my friends for the first time and had an unexpectedly good time. The weather was on our side and beautiful day. I enjoyed the layout of the Orchard and accessibility all around. Staff was great and knowledgeable. We paid $14 and received the 3lb apple bag. i thought it was fair pricing and we had access to walk around the pumpkin patch and still listen to the live music and sit in the picnic area. Excited to eat my apples soon :)

My young children were excited to pick strawberries, but the extreme heat made it difficult for them to continue. Since they were unable to finish filling their individual baskets, we combined what they had picked and politely asked if we could exchange it for one of the many pre-filled baskets available at the front counter. We had already paid and were simply trying to accommodate our children's comfort and safety. The older blonde woman working at the front was incredibly rude. Rather than listening to our request, she raised her voice and spoke harshly to both me and my child. There was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational, especially when dealing with a family and a child who was clearly uncomfortable from the heat. Customer service and kindness go a long way, and unfortunately neither was shown during our visit. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend Patty's Bunches and Berries to other families.

This is the farm that used to do the "all you can carry" but things have obviously changed in 2020 and dogs are also no longer allowed. Now that we're all upset; we know why it's a 3 star review. The plot is huge and goes on forever. Even through covid; family's flocked to the farm to pick up their pumpkins & hay stacks. We walked through with masks even outside and at a 6ft distance. The disappointment this year was the crop. It took forever (even though we hit the farm first week of October) to find a pumpkin that wasn't already rotting. Something is either in the water; like they drowned or animals ate them or too much hand sanitizer! I have no idea but as we turned them over they had holes & dings, cuts and sad spots all over. We accumulated a bunch of pumpkins all different colors which was nice that they have an assortment of gourds and textures. Damaged or not we picked what we could. Some rotted within a week from too much damage but the pics were fun to take and my mom actually enjoyed trying to find one that wasn't gashed. Lol. The little things in life actually just made me feed back that 4th star.
