I walked in to check in and she was carrying on a phone conversation with a friend about her weekend while she glared at me as if I was inconveniencing her by standing at her desk to check in. Once she did finally get off the phone she was short and very agitated. I have never experienced anything quite like that in my life, but I would not recommend using this office. If your spending you own hard earned money on something as important as dentistry work, find someone who at least acts like they want your business.

I contacted Whitney Orthodontics and although I had to wait a couple of months for my first appointment (due to the holidays), it was 100% worth the wait. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized and efficient. I was provided cost estimates upfront which were accurate and a huge help to be able to plan financially. They were able to take imaging of my teeth and send the images to a lab to have my retainers made. Two weeks later, I was back in the office to receive them, along with a mold of my teeth to keep should I need retainers made again. I also inquired about Invisalign during my follow up visit to fix one tooth that is beginning to rotate. Within 2 hours, the team had a treatment plan and cost estimate put together for me to review and decide if I'd like to move forward. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

One of the staff members took panoramic X-rays and photos. I was really surprised when the Dr said that my bite was very good and that I didn't need treatment. I was amazed that this orthodontist would not recommend braces and treatment and turn down the money that they could collect. The orthodontic assistants were either new and inexperienced or experienced and rude. The length of treatment was greatly extended due to lack available appointments. The doctor would say 4 weeks, but no appointments available for 6/7 weeks. When that happened every time, treatment got extended by over a year. We regret not going to a smaller practice.
