They could care less. Now, I'm paying extra $6k to get tooth fixed & new crown- elsewhere. They acknowledged they did the damage but still expected me to pay them more to fix it. SMH. Also- they never filled with both my insurances. Sticking me with even more expense. There's more to it but that's the gigst. Get second opinion on any big project! At one point I was told that my bill was settled then I started receiving bills again out of nowhere. It's starting to feel like harassment. My next course of action is to contact the State, and any and all governing institutions about their business practices and to seek their assistance. I'm only trying to make sure they are appropriately paid for their services and their billing department is trying to ignore the issue. This is very sad.

Throughout it all, they've consistently made us feel welcome and well cared for. One of the things that has always set this office apart is their respect for patients' time. Unlike many places where you can arrive promptly only to wait 30 minutes or more, I've rarely waited more than five minutes here. That reliability means a lot. Today's visit, however, was bittersweet. I came in expecting to see my longtime hygienist, Kelly, only to learn she is no longer with the practice. While the new hygienist was pleasant and professional, I truly missed seeing Kelly. She's been a part of our dental care journey for years, and that kind of connection is rare. In my opinion, businesses should do everything they can to retain the people who help make them great--whether through better compensation, flexibility, or simply recognition. That said, I'll continue coming to Princeton Dental because the overall experience remains the best in the area. And wherever Kelly is, I sincerely hope she's doing well.

Their dental staff is actually nice and the office is lovely, but their front desk and scheduling folks are terrible to work with and completely unsupportive and honestly, they're pricing is very high even with my insurance covering the majority of services. As they simply are too busy to schedule patients for months at a time, I highly recommend that they no longer accept new patients until their staffing is improved. This frustration and the way it was handled also caused me to withdraw myself and my husband from their care, so now they are down three patients, maybe now they'll have some availability for other folks -

He also added composite material to a tooth that had too large of a gap between the teeth so that food doesn't keep getting stuck between those teeth. He and his assistant are true professionals, and they made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be. I am in my mid 60's and my jaw locks up if I have to keep my mouth open too long. Dr. French made sure I was able to rest my jaw every five minutes or whenever he felt I needed a break. I highly recommend Dr. French for any dental issue you may have as he has a great personality and bedside manner, and he is very gentle too.

Dr. Kapur gave explanations and discussed options without pressure. Bottom line: Needed work is done with more durable options at half the cost. Plus excellent staff and pain management. Now, I have a health care Partner, not a Pusher.

If I've ever broken or lost a retainer through the years (which I have done multiple times), Dr. Cardenas and his team have gone out of their way to squeeze me in for an appointment and get me taken care of quickly. However, my son needs braces and unless they adjust their hours of operation, I will not use them for his braces.
