Came here to watch Toy Story 5. Theater was clean, the popcorn was freshly popped and the service was nice. It was a pretty quiet vibe overall which I found to be nice. Not overcrowded, no long lines and was able to get in and out with ease.

Randomly stopped in to escape the cold when visiting Baltimore - what a great theater! It felt like walking into a fancy hotel and the staff were super welcoming and just seemed genuinely happy. The theater had reclining seats that were in great shape and had a heating option! All in all terrific movie watching experience.

I continue to have a great time at Harbor East Cinemas! I recently came to watch Hoppers on a busy Saturday night and the service was so fast for the long concessions line! It was impressive! The cleaning crew does a great job of making sure everything is spotless after each show.

I saw Hamilton the other night at Harbor East Cinemas. The ticket prices were very cheap for a movie and in comparison to other local theaters in the area! The movie theater was very clean and classy! I walked but I know there are garages nearby and the cinema validates parking. It was not crowded at all, so it was quick to get popcorn, drinks and snacks. You can scan your ticket using a self-serve kiosk. I missed the previews but the movie started a few minutes after the expected showtime (which is not bad)! The overall experience was fun and good and reinforced my love for the movie theaters. However, the sound was a little off. I was in theater 2 and it almost sounded like someone was talking too close to the microphone. This made it get extremely loud. Otherwise, the whole night and movie was perfect! Can't wait to attend and watch more movies here again!

I have been to Harbor East Cinemas quite a few times and I really like it! The chairs are comfy, food and drinks are easy to get and reasonably priced, and there are always great movies playing. I also love that they have comped parking! Park at the garage on Aliceanna around the corner and when you come inside you can enter your license plate in the parking kiosk before heading into the theatre. It covers you for 3 hours! I recently came here for a premiere for Wicked For Good and it was so nicely done and fun! I will absolutely return!

2024-I was so excited to see they were hosting a Wicked advanced screening event that although I already purchased tickets at another theater, I couldn't help but grab two seats to attend. My niece was more than happy to accompany me and we enjoyed all the festivities to be had. Cutest pair there! They provided all kinds of sweets and a small popcorn combo was included with our ticket purchase. About 80% of movie goers were dressed accordingly. 2025-This year was nothing less! They even had two ladies dressed as Glinda and Elphaba there ready for photo ops and mingling with the crowd. Traffic was a little crazy so I rushed to find my seat with the help from one of the bartenders who was so sweet! I asked for a drink carrier from the concession stand after realizing I couldn't carry two drinks, popcorn and the snacks being offered but was told the carriers were at the bar. I went to the bar and was informed they didn't have anymore/didn't offer anymore. No worries though, a young gentleman was more than willing to help me carry whatever I needed to my seat. He stopped at each table with goodies to inquire if I wanted something from them. I felt so cared for and valued as a patron. I was by myself and with his help didn't need to feel as if I couldn't partake in the full event although I am glad I didn't bring my broom to this event . . . . imagine that lol Big thanks to that young man! Back to the theater: I love they offer validation for parking in the attached garage and no need to walk outside to reach the theater either. You simply enter your license plate number into the kiosk at the entry when you arrive to the theater and receive 3 hours of free parking. Like last time, they offered popcorn and drink along with a table full of goodies. There was a vendor who gave out cake pops and a dessert cup adorned with a black with hat or cute crown. I was somewhat disheartened that they only offered tons of sweets to grab. The bar offered two drinks to choose from which was right on theme (See pictures): Elphaba's Cold Brew or an Emerald City as well as Glinda's Pink Potion or Flying Monkey. I went with the Emerald City but subbed tequila for the gin and it hit the spot. The popcorn offered was enough for me since I had downed multiple servings already earlier in the week. I will come back for more of their events. I love how they had so much dedication with their decorations and themes.

The entrance ambiance was very nice. Super clean and everyone was friendly! My only complaint is the greasy movie seats. There was old oil on the head rest and soggy butter under table tray. Other than that everything was perfect !!

What a beauty of a theater. You walk in and it's decorated with lights and movie props. Pictures worthy. There is a full service bar as well. I believe the concessions is currently only popcorn and drinks but apparently food options are coming soon. Once you get your ticket you will go down some stairs and you will then see the different locations that are playing which movie. There were Mean girls posing walk since the movie came out I believe a week ago, so I am sure a Mean girls fans took advantage of that. The leather seats were nice but a bit challenging at first to get them to move. You can heat your seat or cool it down then recline it. The distance away per seat was nice as well. The theater seemed well cleaned. I even witness April cleaning the lobby since someone had slipped popcorn in a few places. The bathrooms were very clean as well. Josiah & April get a big shout out!! Let's start with how wonderful Josiah was from my initial meeting of him at the ticket counter. I was awaiting a friend but she was a little turned around as she isn't from here, so he was willing to go outside and assist with giving directions to help. He didn't hesitate just went right into action! That is truly going above and beyond and it was truly appreciated. April was such a sweet soul that at the end was able to give us the validated vouchers and pointed us to the direction to get back inside of the garage we parked in. Both wonderful people and employees. Make sure to ask for a validated ticket prior to leaving if you parked in the exter street garage. all in all it's a great theater. I can't wait for them to add some decent food to the menu so you can get a full experience.

I love this theater so much - I've been coming here since it reopened (not as much as I would like) but every time I come it's a great experience. I went most recently to watch "American Fiction" on member night - movies on Tuesdays are $9. I'm lucky bc I live close by so I can walk to the theater otherwise parking can be a challenge. There is garage and on a weekday you can find street parking. The theater does a great job decorating for block busters. They also have a bar and offer themed drinks. When I came for Barbie this past summer they had themed drinks and fun props and a photo area. This time it was set up for Mean Girls the musical. The seats recline and are heated. It's such luxury! I will say their rewards program is challenging - you get a card but there's no number you can input when buying tickets online so you have to ask guest services to add to your account. Points do rack up - I've gotten some concessions discounts. You do pay a $2 per ticket service fee online which you avoid if you buy in person - so if you come in a slow day or for an older movie you can risk it. Very grateful for a movie theater in the city!

The theater was clean and comfortable, but the customer service was lacking. When we arrived for the movie, nobody was scanning tickets, so we walked right in and found our theater. Once we got comfortable, I went out to get popcorn and a cocktail. There was nobody working behind the bar. Another employee was sitting at the bar eating and let me know the bartender was on break for at least the next 15 minutes. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if this is normal for a weekend afternoon, but it was odd to me.

My partner and I love to come to this theater, we have been here probably 6 times since we moved to Baltimore in January. It's clean, modern and upscale, including an indoor bar as well as concessions. It's somewhat minimal, but you can get pretzel bites, flatbreads popcorn candy and a lot of the usual concessions. Every time we have come here, service is great, staff and friendly and the theater has been clean. We love this theater and have made it our go to spot, plus you can easily make a night out with the surrounding area. Would recommend!

Visit Date: 12.26.24 Value: well worth the money! Thought it would cost more based on the layout as you walk in Quality: Top notch Cleanliness: Very clean Customer service: Outstanding Review: I would absolutely recommend this movie theatre. In fact, I would pass a few other theatres just to go to this one. The value exceeds the cost of our tickets. I really appreciate the designers attention for an esthetically pleasing look and feel. You walk in feeling like you've stepped into a lounge. A full bar for those adults who prefer a little more than a fountain soda. Snacks were very reasonable. My daughter and I had a large popcorn combo. It came with a freshly popped tub of popcorn, a large drink and candy for $17!! You can't beat that price. There's two butter dispensers if you want more popcorn and two fountain drink stations. Ample seating area as you wait for your movie to start. Clean restrooms and multiple photo opps with your group downstairs. There's even an elevator if someone has trouble with the stairs. You also get a discount for parking when you park in the garage. Plush & Comfortable seating with a HEATED SEAT button I would absolutely recommend this theatre for you and your family or a date night!

Harbor East Cinemas is a nice movie theater. They have a full bar, but basic movie bites, such as nachos, popcorn, and candy. The seats recline and the theater itself is spacious. My only gripe is the lean food options--only nachos and popcorn? I think I've been spoiled with theaters such as iPic (Rockville, MD) and Cinepolis (Gaithersburg, MD) where their food options are expansive. All-in-all, I would visit again.

    How is parking?

There are tons of pay parking structure and pay street parking. It'll cost you anywhere from $2-$6 an hour. Street parking is great if you'll only be there for a few hours

I went to the 2 pm screening of Captain Marvel and was the only person in the theater. I gotta tell you, it's pretty cool to have any theater where you are the only person, but in an IMAX, it's incredible. The sound was amazing, the image quality was amazing and the seats are comfortable too. The concessions was open, but they didn't have any popcorn so I got a bottle of soda and some dots ice cream. For $13.95 with no tax, the experience is a steal and I highly recommend to see whatever Hollywood movie they are playing.

We recently watched "Avengers:Endgame" here and here's what I think: PROS: 1) Ticket price is way cheaper than Imax tickets at AMC, or comparable formats at Cinemark, Landmark, etc. 2) It boasts of having the largest screen, and it really is. Very impressive. 3) It's at Inner Harbor, so there are lots of things to see and do before and after screening. 4) We went on a Sunday, and there was a concession stand with popcorn and drinks and other stuff, not much, but at least. CONS: 1) I wasn't impressed by the sound. They said it was surround, but it wasn't. Plus, you can hear other people's laughter more than the movie audio, very distracting. 2) There is no Wi-Fi at the Maryland Science Center where this is located. Which is surprisingly disappointing for an educational site. 3) There are no reserved seating so if you want to get the best seats, be prepared to line up early. For us, since it was the Avengers opening weekend, we lined up an hour before. The place was full. 4) The seats don't recline, they don't even swing back, they are fixed. 5) Others may find parking a problem if you don't come in early. So, to sum up, would I go again to this place? Yes, I might. It depends on what's showing. For me, the best movie experience is still the Dolby theaters at AMC with the clear visuals and moving audio: the screen is not that big but you get recliner seats and reserved seating. It just costs a lot more.

I decided to try a cocktail, and it was reasonably priced. Very similar to what you would get in a restaurant, and it was pretty strong too! They also have an entire wall of draft beers which seemed really cool, I will definitely try this when I come back. They have a ton of food options too, you can get a full meal here if you want. The theater itself is pretty small, and the seats are super comfortable. They are leather and recline, and also have the option to be heated, which is perfect for a chilly theater. The day I came here to watch Backrooms there were a ton of teens, and everybody was talking over the movie which kinda sucked. At some points I couldn't hear the movie over the audience. We wanted a cool dark midday refuge in hot weather (Jun 2026), and we like this theater at Arundel Mills Mall southwest of Baltimore for the many movies and movie times, the comfy seats, and the plentiful parking. With the app purchase, we skipped the lobby ticket kiosk and the (short) ticket-window lines, straight in to get our QR code scanned. Easy peasy. The app seemed to say we could have gotten our food and drinks delivered to our seats! But we just walked through and quickly chose hotdogs, among the various sandwiches and pizza. We shared some candy. The popcorn smelled fresh, and the beverages are huge, but we kept it down to $10 per person. The seats in our theater were cushy and leather-like, and they reclined using a button on the right arm! Each had a little tray-table attached. This is the life! Of course, there were at least 15min of previews. We had center seats, close to the front to feel immersed. I'll admit that the film we chose was kind of silly, which is what comes of choosing whatever started closest to our arrival time :-) Cinemark Egyptian is a nice clean theater with a fun décor. I received a free gourmet popcorn and my AMC rewards account for being a stubs member so I decided to take advantage of that especially since I have never tried their gourmet popcorn before. I asked questions about the gourmet popcorn since I typically order a large unsalted popcorn and was curious how I could determine how salty this would be. I was informed that it already comes seasoned and they just warm it up so there wasn't a way for me to request it unsalted. Oh well. It's about a size of a small popcorn but it was tasty. Definitely something you need to wipe your hands off after eating, or lick your fingers lol There are quite a few people there when I arrived and I was highly surprised because normally it's completely dead. Maybe because I also got there a little bit later than I typically do for my movies; arriving about 20 minutes prior to start time when I typically am there an hour prior. I glanced over at the bar and asked the cashier if someone was at the bar so I can order a drink. Can you believe I was informed the manager was not there!? I couldn't believe my ears! That's the only reason why I chose this theater. How am I not going to have my nice little cocktail as I'm eating my popcorn and enjoying my movie? What are this appointment.
