My most recent experience was buying, yes, a new Weber grill from Jim Carmalt. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of their stock and how best to use it. Service: we were on the rooftop area and sat close to the bar. Our waiter was great. Food: I only had the drinks but my friends said their food was good. This is a huge bar with 3 levels. I still have not heard back, which confirms that they really don't care about whether their customers are satisfied or not. They are a big company, the biggest in the area other than Home Depot from what I hear. So, they are going to have customers regardless, which affects whether or not they care to respond to peoples concerns. I will go out of my way not to use them again and would frankly rather go to Home Depot even though I generally like to go somewhere that is locally or regionally owned.
