First off i really like the convince of not having to drive far for tools Inexpensive probably not the best but they do the job Secondly they do not anywhere online or in their ads do they say we dont carry everything in stock That being said i ordered a tool cabinet a tool chest and a side cabinet 1200.00 worth of tool chest Just as good as craftsman but not as expensive After paying for it they said it will be ready in 2 weeks and they will email you when its ready WTF?! 2 weeks is unreal Waited 2 weeks and heard nothing Went into the atore to check on it and they inform me they cant check on its delivery time. Why the hell not? The proceed to tell me it takes more like 4 weeks to get these items Today i get an email saying its ready, 3 weeks after they already have my money and are earning interest i it while i waited Go in with the email in hand and they tell me they are u understaffed and cant get to it today. WTF!!! Now im pissed off and tell them ive waited 3 weeks for this tool chest combo After hearing that they say we can try in 30 mins but not guaranteed to be able to pull it JC what kind of business is this Have no problem taking our money but its an inconvenience right now to pull it i wasnt waiting 30 mins to hear another excuse so i will try tomorrow Such BULLSHIT to treat customers like this I know the corporation wont respond to this but for the public know going in that if you what a big ticket item and dont want to wait please go somewhere else read more

Went in and purchased a $20 item and during my purchase I was asked if I had a account which I did not have one, I advised the rep and she stated that's ok and rang me out and I told her I don't need a paper receipt ..... like every other company on the planet that keeps a record in store I found out less the 12 hours later when I came back to make a return due to me not knowing I had it already at home I was advised by the "manager" that "sorry our return policy is black and white I can't return this since you don't have a account or receipt" I advised her of what happened and I request to speak with a manager when she said "well I'm the manager of the store sooo" that when I advised her that her team member never advised me of the policy and that I don't have a account because I don't buy stuff from the store. I told her the time it happened and said it just happened within 12 hours, she then said "I can pull up the cameras to find out then?" Which I agreed to and to my suprise the "manager of the store" calls for a manager to "assist a customer up at the front" and man..... when I tell you I don't know what's worse his abilities or the fact that the girl straight lied to me he let me know again "sorry can't return it and there is no record we can check camera to confirm the purchase but it's super tedious work and takes a long time i just got a shipment in so I have to work on that first" I asked if he would like to take my information down and he said "nahhh come back in like a day or 2 I'll be free" I ooked him in the face and was in shook that he never even asked for my information and was attempting to decline it I got a piece of paper from him since I was asking and asking put my information name and # handed it to him just so he can say "thank you" put the info on the front register for all the customers to see and RAN away not like speed walk straight ran away...... I called the corporate line and was given a receipt and record of my purchase within 5 minutes - the lady on the phone who wasn't even in person had more of a human interaction then the store "managers" because to be honest who knows if that second guy was the manager probably a warehouse guy just old enough to pass as one and running back so he can finish his job First time going into buy something and I can't believe you could hear any good things about Good cleaning team I guess floors are shinny but the "higher staff needs some work" If I could it would be a 0.5 star out of 5 and that .5 goes to the girl on the phone read more

I went there with a flat wheel barrow tire to buy a new on. I walked in the door and the person at he cashier was very rude when I asked for help with the tire. She said there on isle 28, I asked again that I was unsure of what I was doing and needed help. She called for help and the gentleman came and just stood there looking at me. I had to ask him if he was going to help me, he did and tried to sell me the wrong tire. The tire was smaller and he didn't care. Clean , most of the staff is helpful and friendly enough. I make it a point to go to this location,*Pet peeve warning*: This is the second time I've gone in a made a purchase unaware of the free giveaway w any purchase, and the employee did not tell me me I was eligible for a free bucket :( Every other store lets you know...., Yes! Even when the customer is not aware of the free giveaway. It's like this person is paying for the "free" buckets out of his paycheck *cough* and maybe feels like the bucket isn't deserved. Tough sh*t man its HF's promo not yours! I know it's no biggie to most people but it's these little things that makes you smh. Obviously the person working behind the register knows about whatever deals going on with and w/o memberships! Sheesh I get home and read my text messages and I was bummed because I did not get my bucket. :( Dude w/ the tattoos who rang me up: Make sure you tell the customers they're appreciated by offering what is supposed to be offered to them !
