It turned out to be true. Jeanine greeted me with a huge smile. I told her my story and she asked Dale if he could help. I looked around for maybe 90 seconds and he already put the key on. It was really amazing. I wanted to make a purchase but really couldn't find anything I needed. It didn't matter. They were just happy to help. I highly recommend Richard's for those hard to find things the big box stores don't carry. I told a couple of my neighbors about this store and one said he comes here at least once a month and also raved about the customer service

Also, you don't have to order enough to supply an army- if you need a small quantity, DK hardware will sell it to you. The item arrived quickly, and was packaged well.
