They have the parts needed for nearly any "fix" needed for a house built by Hylton, or any of the other builders in Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, or Manassas. We were in a time bind…read moreand McLean Hardware CAME TO THE RESCUE!: we had MIELE dishwasher delivered and when being installed they said our plumber put in the wrong size valve ( although presite inspection did not specify valve size)- McLean hardware was closing in 10 minutes and dishwasher installers wanted to leave- they didn't have an adapter for the valve and were tired. For the installers to return would be $200 additional charge-ugh. McLean Hardware quickly had 2 people assist my husband and for only $24 we got the adapter for the expensive Miele dishwasher to be installed and working! THANK YOU MCLEAN HARDWARE- you are THE BEST!!

One time 2 employees came over and helped me load 20 bags of topsoil and river rocks onto my cart and did it with a smile on their face. Today we bought a pressure washer and the young man who helped us had clearly been raised right and trained right on customer service. We were very impressed for his professionalism despite his young age, as it's rare these days to find a young person with such work ethic. All in all, we've e never had a bad experience at this store.
