Even tho they have just opened, the owner said they are waiting for a ton of new products that hadn't arrived in time for the opening. I picked up a couple things and told him I'd be back soon to see what other products they get in. They carry everything from quality pressure washers, high quality microfiber towels, cleaning products in spray bottles or gallon jugs for a bunch. I sometimes come here just to browse what kind of tools I may be missing. Rockler has everything from tiny dowels to thousands-of-dollar heavy equipment. What I usually come here for is to get hardwood and baltic ply. The hardwood selection here is great and it's reasonably priced. Most of them are S4S or S3S so in the worst case, I can use my table saw to rip the unfinished side. You only pay for what you need so you can have them cut a longer piece and not pay for the reminder! That's amazing. Note that they only cut longer wood to fit in your car. Rockler currently does not offer planing or joining services. The guy over there said they are looking into supporting such services soon but as of today, that's not an option. Rockler also has wood-turning and other general woodworking classes. There's a small classroom inside the store itself. If you need anything woodworking, Rockler is it!

I went just a few days ago for the first time in quite a while and after having had a bit of a bad day. But when I came out, I was smiling and had forgotten what was on my mind, because the staff knew both exactly what I needed in terms of paint, and treated me with kindness and care. And, b/c I am a returning customer and work through a contractor usually, they also made sure to apply every legitimate discount they could, making the purchase extremely reasonable. I used Reico to purchase a replacement dishwasher for my kitchen. My old dishwasher was covered…read morewith a wood panel to coordinate with my kitchen cabinets, so replacing it was a bit tricky. I was told by one dealer that I wouldn't be able to re-use my wood panel, to just throw it out. Reico helped me to find a dishwasher that would work with my panel, and then sent a contractor to install the appliance and panel. My kitchen looks exactly the same as it did, which I'm delighted with! This was done during COVID, so everything was done virtually. Mary, Michael and Danny were all wonderful to work with. They emailed me with every new development, every step of the way.
