I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

I immediately opened my phone to Amazon and saw they would deliver PH Down and shock to my house in 3 hours for free. And it was $8 a bag. So I payed less for 2 bags getting delivered than buying one on the shelf. Also shock is $29 for a 6 pack on Amazon. I don't like supporting Amazon usually and try to shop local, but wth is that you guys?? Everyone is broke and these are crazy up charges! He helped determine which threads were screwed up, what size bolt, and find a suitable tappet. I got my steering pump fixed so it could be installed on the ford. First time I felt hope in this project is after I talked with him. I spilt power steering fluid on his table . he said Don't worry about it.
