I really like this hardware store…read more First of all, it's the only place where you can pop in and grab a soda and a substantial little snack in all of downtown. So it's handy. They also have a rack of free maps of the area, which are great to have, especially if you're new in town. And then there's the actual merchandise. Not being a hardware store connoisseur, I wouldn't know how their prices compare to other stores, but I do know they've always had whatever I was looking for (plus some neat gadgets and accessories) at prices I was willing to pay. And the store layout is easy enough to peruse. The customer service I get here is always helpful, and the employees are all very sweet and friendly. They're never pushy, but they always offer assistance (which I did sometimes need, and they seemed more than happy to help me out). All in all, I give it five stars because it's a useful, respectable place, and I can't think of a single thing I have ever been disappointed with about this store.
