I explained this to the 2 folks I dealt with at pickup and their response was, this is 'what the computer tells me the price is'. I'm new to the store, so it left me with a bad taste. Not only was the work done well and in a short time span (for the season) but a few simple things I had not paid attention to were done and the price was I felt quite reasonable. I have received top notch service whether it is a job to be done or recommendations; they are quite thorough. I highly recommend this store and shop, my 19 year old tractor runs as well as it did in 2004.

The customer looked at me with disbelief and walked off. Then my turn was next. I had just purchased an item days earlier that was hundreds of dollars and didn't work right out of the box. I had my receipt with me. He would not exchange it or refund me. He said they had to ship my brand new item out for repair. I don't think I have ever seen such a rude and angry person allowed to deal with the public anywhere. I thought he was joking at first it was so bad.
