    They have everything you need for cheap. It's not professional tools but much better then what you find at Walmart

I can share with you it filled up withing 12 minutes! Unfortunately no aprons and this was our first time. They supplied hammers. Our kit was easy to figure out. Great directions. The difference between Lowe's build and Home Depot: - Home Depot uses paint, Lowe's uses stickers - Home Depot supplies a table, Lowe's supplies ground space - Home Depot staggers out how many kids at a time, Lowe's does not - We had a friend who was supposed to attend and was sick, they gave us the kit for them. Immediately after the incident, I reported the damage, provided photographs, the date it occurred, and a detailed explanation of what happened. One important detail I did not initially include was that the delivery crew used a refrigerator dolly to move my stove into my home, even though one was not necessary. My stove sits between two countertops, and during delivery, my flooring was damaged. The company denied my claim, stating that the damage appeared to be "fresh." Frankly, that explanation is both unreasonable and insulting. The tear is located in the middle of the floor where the stove sits. If I had somehow damaged the floor myself while moving the stove, the damage would logically be along the sides where the appliance would make contact--not directly in the middle. Instead of taking responsibility, the delivery company essentially accused me of causing the damage myself to obtain payment. That is unacceptable and not how customers should be treated. Lowe's, you should carefully vet the third-party companies you hire to deliver merchandise into customers' homes. Your customers trust that the people representing your brand will handle their property with care and stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. This entire situation has left me very disappointed in both the delivery company and Lowe's. Based on how this claim was handled, I will seriously consider shopping elsewhere in the future. Customer service doesn't end when the purchase is made--it includes taking responsibility when damage occurs.

The first delivery, the item was damaged. After returning it, I was scheduled for the next delivery date which was 5 days after the original date. When the next delivery date came around, the delivery guys argued with my elderly mother that the item was "too heavy" to bring up the stairs, following he is not going to "break his back" doing so. The best I was offered was another delivery date, with a different team, 10 days later! I had to fight a hard fight to get next day delivery at a special time because I had no one to receive the furniture for me and I had to be at work. I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up! After the 2 1/2 hour mark, I got a call stating the delivery team is outside of my house, but I had already left. I was 2 hours late for work waiting for them to show up and all they had to say was they were delayed. Understanding, delays happen, however, that should have been communicated to me so we can plan accordingly. They shouldn't have just showed up 2 1/2 hours late, especially after the experience I had the pervious day. I've never had an experience as horrible as this over furniture. After going back and forth with delivery team and store associates, dealing with 2 managers and a supervisor, spending three hours on the phone about the delivery driver arguing with my mom while I was at work, then the next day, the furniture showing up 2 1/2 hours late, making me 2 hours late to work... I ended up canceling my order. All that for nothing. And the associates at store level... there's nothing they can do.

    I ordered a split king bed online and paid for their "white glove" delivery with set up. I selected…read moremy delivery date and time and received a confirmation in my email that my order had been processed and my delivery was scheduled. The morning of my delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me that I owed an additional $42 and that my order was "on hold" until payment was processed. When I asked how this could have happened, because I ordered it online and they were the ones who calculated the total, so the issue was with their system, I was told "yeah, online ordering can be glitchy" I then asked the customer service rep why no one notified me that my order was on hold, especially since they had charged my credit card and sent me an email confirmation that was order was set and I was told that no one monitors that system so there would be no way to notify me unless I called in. What a stupid process and dumb answer to receive. I then had to call back and speak with someone from sales to pay the additional amount and they were able to schedule my pickup for the following Tuesday (they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday for some reason) I then went to read the online reviews and became so concerned because so many people have had problems with this company and everyone had a story of a delivery gone wrong or some other issue. Luckily, I received the bed, with all the parts, and the delivery folks set it up quickly and got on their way. I don't imagine that I'll ever shop here again, the whole experience was frustrating and it's evident that they don't care about their customers.
