In the past I bought large, full healthy plants. This year they were small and not as robust. Very disappointing. The owner is great and accommodating and theit selection is quite good however. Cute shops. It is a tough set up. First year I went I had broken my hip and walking with difficulty and a cane and the guy in the floral shop was not willing to accommodate me at all. I want to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to Omar and Martin. Omar noticed I was struggling to load my cart with bagged mulch (I am a petite woman with a bad back - had back surgery a few years ago) He quickly came over to me to let me know he could make it much easier to get what I needed. He told me to check out for the mulch, drive out to the back and he would load it into my vehicle. I was so relieved! I did just that and Omar and Martin were there to load the mulch into my car - super friendly and helpful! I tried giving them a cash tip but they refused it. So I want to "tip them" by praising them through this review - they really made me feel like a valued customer - and saved my back - and I am extremely grateful!

I went inside twice asking where the person was to help me and the cashier said "I just sent someone out to help you"-they didn't. Finally, for the third time of me going inside and asking for someone to help me the cashier came and helped me. We were two women trying to move stacks of picnic tables to get to the only nice one. Once we finally got to the nicest one we couldn't figure out a way to get it out. A guy finally came out to help and he was out there for maybe 5 minutes. I was left to secure it MYSELF because according to the workers they "couldn't help me secure it". Im 5'2 HOW am I supposed to do that??? I am anything but pleased from this experience and I will not be returning.

He went above and beyond to service me and get my doorknob customized to fit my existing key (so rather than having to add an additional key to my keychain, he was able to custom fit the door knob...himself personally...to my exact house key!). This was a level of service. I did not even know it was possible at Home Depot. I truly appreciate the time he took and how he treated me essentially like a VIP. For only $60 I left with two extra keys, the door knob I came in for, and a cute little keychain. In this economy, those are fantastic! Based on this experience, I will absolutely be returning exclusively to this Home Depot location as long as he is the manager.
