Omar noticed I was struggling to load my cart with bagged mulch (I am a petite woman with a bad back - had back surgery a few years ago) He quickly came over to me to let me know he could make it much easier to get what I needed. He told me to check out for the mulch, drive out to the back and he would load it into my vehicle. I was so relieved! I did just that and Omar and Martin were there to load the mulch into my car - super friendly and helpful! I tried giving them a cash tip but they refused it. So I want to "tip them" by praising them through this review - they really made me feel like a valued customer - and saved my back - and I am extremely grateful!

I was left to secure it MYSELF because according to the workers they "couldn't help me secure it". Im 5'2 HOW am I supposed to do that??? For example, when I purchased a gas grill from them, it was assembled and delivered on the same day of my order. They delivered it to my deck, ready to go. I needed to match a ten-year-old outdoor trim paint for my deck and didn't know what color was used. Not only did they scan it for a perfect match, but they also provided a free paint sample can (see photo) so I could test it. They provide one free paint sample per month if you're in their customer loyalty program. You can't get everything here, but you can get most things, and find them faster and easier than the giant box store alternatives. It looks like they are only located in Massachusetts, with 11 locations. I will return.
