In less than 24 hours, the issue was resolved and resolved far greater than my expectation. Customer service went above and beyond and those words, sadly, are rarely used these days. I've been going to this store, regularly, for decades. I am guessing that most items are less expensive elsewhere but I'm paying for stellar customer service and that's worth it. They are also a hub for UPS packages, which is really nice if you miss your package or are worried about packages getting stolen off of your porch. They also do RENTALS! You can take in your chainsaw, your lawnmower, whatever, and they will either fix it for you or tell you where you can take it if for whatever reason they cannot do it there.
