I find I get the best value ..their pricing is fair and all the products I got have been quality. There were, however, at least three instances where venders made very sexist, condescending remarks, such as "you should find a boyfriend who can teach you engineering," or "this isn't the place for a nice girl like you, with all these electronics!" Usually I could forgive this, and in all cases I informed them that I was in fact an engineer despite being a woman (a radical concept, I know), but in all cases, when I asked the prices of different components they gave me ones that were significantly higher than usual. I decided to do an experiment; I had my friend (a guy) go to one of the same venders and ask the price of the same component and the vender's price for him was lower (only by like two dollars, but still).

Every visit is very pleasant. They have consistent chill atmoshpere, and friendly budteners. I meet a new, knowledgable, budtender every time. This last time it was Tahnaree. I made a request to find me a product in my small price range, without buying a pre-roll. I was offered am 1/8 in my budget. What solid budtending Tahnaree! I like it so much, I applied to budtend, myself. The key: do what you know. I know how to provide this level of customer service based on further education. So Hire me please. lol oh yeah, the products are great, they aren't big tobacca or big pharma. It a "Grass" root movement, to provide excellent flower, with out pretension and extra packaging. They need more Recognition because working at a dispensary is very hard when all there clients are mostly entitled ignorant ass mofo nd always feel like there right, which there not!!! This place is a total rip-off. I used to love this place, but the bait and switch BS isn't going to work for me anymore. Garden Remedies is my go to place now, and I would highly recomend to anyone who still goes to Harbor House Collectives you can do FAR BETTER elswhere. Even chelsea bud who is only recreational and very nearby, does better by its customers. Harbor House should be ashamed of their business and for ripping people off on a regular ,, I would NEVER step foot in there again. read more

I was never made aware of the high taxes on purchases, the round-up system, or the fact that I wouldn't receive my change. Originally, my purchase was supposed to be $24, but when I got home and checked my spending, I saw I was charged $33. When I contacted management to request a breakdown of the $9 increase, I was finally informed about all the additional fees. I also brought up that I never received my change after the purchase. The manager even acknowledged that the security camera footage showed I was telling the truth--yet she hung up on me mid-conversation and never called back. Neither the issue nor the confusion was ever resolved. I feel like I was lied to and stolen from. The Heritage Club has to improve its professionalism and transparency if it wants to survive as a dispensary. I hope they do--but I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this place to absolutely anyone in my community.
