I love that the rooms are just for your group because while trying it with strangers can be fun, it's def hit or miss depending on how those people vibe. We had the Batman room and only got as far as the jail cell/second room before we had to leave to make a dinner reservation. What the hell were we supposed to do with those chains !? I spent the rest of the day googling it hoping someone would spill the beans but no luck haha. I must've missed the rating while booking because apparently the difficulty was 8.5/10. I'd try it again for sure.

A few of my colleagues and I thought it would be fun to do during some down time after our conference was done, so we decided to check it out. Admission to the Wheel is $18 + tax. We came during our lunch break on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded at all. The ride itself lasts about 15 minutes, and makes 4 to 5 complete revolutions. The cars are fully modernized - they're air conditioned, equipped with emergency buttons should you need them, and can hold up to 8 people. Views were great - you can fully see National Harbor, and in the distance you can spot parts of DC. Overall, The Capital Wheel is a fun time - it definitely adds to the overall aesthetic of National Harbor and worth a ride if you're in the area.

The farm has a visitor center, stable, and chicken feeding at 10 am daily. Rangers provide an overview of the farm. The farm is free of charge and parking is free as well. Kids should definitely check out the Jr. Ranger program at this location. It is not super hard and they have a great version for toddlers to do! Overall it is a beautiful farm that you should check out!

This was one of the Jr Ranger stations on the map, so while we were closer to the city, we choose to come here as they open fairly early compared to the others. We were the only people there other than the rangers. It is quiet the walk from the parking lot, but scenic with farm animals on the way to the station. The inside area was amazing, with facts, books, coloring station, a map of local stations and examples of badges from there (super cool), interactive cow milking station (with water), a play farm stand, etc. We got to learn about the site, and had an opportunity to learn about the five different animals they keep, see the feed for each of them and helped feed the chickens. Was a great experience for all of us. Thank you!

From being welcomed at the…read moredesk (I am so sorry I can't remember his name!), to our awesome guides Justin and Jasmine, to Scott who helped at the swing and doing the belay to get us down - we truly enjoyed the whole experience (despite the unbearable heat this weekend). Justin and Jasmine made sure we stayed hydrated, and regularly brought us into the air conditioning to avoid overheating. They ensured our safety every moment we were there. The rope course was insanely fun, the giant swing and zip line were a blast and our favorite part was honestly the rock climbing! Justin and Jasmine were fantastic - we will definitely come back (preferably not during a heat wave haha) and hope they will be our guides again - every single person today made it memorable for my family! this park doubles as an overpass of the woodrow wilson bridge....from an aerial view, it's actually…read morequite pretty since you can see the intricate landscaping of this landmark. i didn't spend too much time here, as i was just "passing by" on the way to the woodrow wilson bridge trail during my morning run from national harbor, md to alexandria, va via the wilson bridge. the climb to get here was mildly challenging, but short, and i had just a few minutes to admire this park before i ascended onto the bridge. there aren't any restrooms or water fountains here, but one could take time to sit on one of the many benches and just admire the panoramic views of the potomac river and national harbor. this park is suitable for walkers, runners, rollerbladers and cyclists, but is not open to cars - vehicles have their own ramp up to the bridge.

We parked on the waterfront and walked through each park. The first one we encountered was the Waterfront Park. The park is well maintained , has many views, and things to do with lots of benches to sit . It had a statue of "The Shipbuilder". There are public bathrooms nearby by the art building. The paid parking lot beside the Waterfront Park is very affordable and not so stressful to park at despite the tight parking spaces. We paid only $15 - for the whole day (unlimited hours). It was very easy to find, and we had no trouble parking.
