Top of the line apple mac pcs, fully equipped gymn, place to play pool, hold meetings, and did i tell you showers where you can clean up after your workout and an area to put the kids while you do?and its free. Their pool is beautiful, the only thing i can compare it to is a mini amazument park pool. My kids will love this place in the summer i cant wait. Our leasing agent was mrs barbara. She was amazing, treated us so well and we felt right at home. She asked us what we wanted, showes us the apartment, the hallways smelt amazing, not sure what they use but it smells amazing! The apartment itself was everything we dreamed off, wall to wall carpet, wooden floors in some areas, marble countertops, stainless steel appliancea, garden tubs, lights everywhere in the house. This place took our breathe away. You can tell management put their time into getting this place together. Their maintenance comes out before 24 hrs if you have an emergency, there is front door trash pickup 2x a week. We were soo happy we applied the same day and signed our lease within a week. We have kids and it was very important for us to feel at home before going anywhere so they definetely met our expectations. I am someone who is very particular abt everywhere we go. I check reviews and give honest feedback to help others do the same for theirs. The day we moved in, omgg... they had treats and notes all over the apartment for us, snack treats in the fridge, papertowel, soap and a sponge with a note by the kitchen sink, samples in the bathroom, a duckie and a towel near the shower in the master, even a sample laundry detergent in the laundry room. This place is georgeous, the only thing i didnt like was i didnt have a balcony, but the fact that we had everything else we could possible have , made it worth over looking to me. So far this was a great decision. We moved in and are excited about our stay here. They worked with us by offering signup deals, it is extremely amazing how far they were willing to go to make us stay, and i cant believe the price.. Im surprised this place isnt full yet. Not on top of this they are supposed to be open 6 days a week they close early everyday and aren't open on Saturdays and even if you go on the times they are open no one is found. As of our lease is up we you need 30 days notice we have them 90 days. Have contacted them 5 times via email phone in person manager said she would take care of it I go in on Wednesday he just I'm from how much out prorated rate is for next month as we leave. Oh we don't have the paper work you didn't submit yes ma am we did not once twice but 5 times as we go. I have her an email of copy sent her the email as she was in front of me telling me she got the email and would be taken care of that day. Never got email or call nothing. So I go in today there were words going on off and both sides she said I told you I would take care of it it's in your portal? Okay check portal nothing as she sits down plays in the computer and says I'll resend and nothing. We are supposed to move out in 2 1/2 weeks the funny thing is we have seen 3 times the same complaint and complaint about the manager so not recommend if I could give negatives stars negative 5 this place is terrible is all aspects do not move here! Also on top of that we have mold and when we moved in they didn't clean the place that I air filter was so bad it couldn't started a fire and in our air vents there was trash food mold drinks you name it was in these vents! I seriously considered breaking my lease but after while I no longer seen the roaches. ( my neighbors moved out who always had sooo much trash outside of her door which from my understanding was unexceptable) The rest of my time at the commons was okay.. I only had minor maintenance issues and they were always addressed. (The only reason I'm not giving them 1 star) The last 60 days I discovered I had mice! OMG... luckily I had put in my 60 day move out request ( as it's required to put in 60 day notice) those last 60 were the worst days of my life.. the exterminator came out and laid a couple traps.. after a couple days a mouse was caught in the trap (I lost my mind walking into my kitchen to see a dead mouse) I had maintenance come out get the dead mouse. So at this point I'm thinking maybe it was just a one time deal.. NOPE I was wrong... a few nights later I seen another mouse. At this point I'm completely grossed out and I could not stay in my apartment where I lived by myself. I went to stay at a hotel for a few nights while the exterminator came back out.. when I asked the office & the corporate office of westminister could I be reimbursed I was rejected and told to put in a claim with my renters insurance. (Mind you claims like those are NOT handled thru retners insurance) I ended up going back to my mice infested townhouse where I only had a couple weeks left before my move out date (sep 15, 2015). Upon my arrival back home I kept smelling something foul.. I thinking my mind was just playing tricks on me and I was paranoid... NOPE later i found a dead mouse in my coat closet. Praying that was the last of the mice... once again I was wrong.. I later seen another mouse. All I could do was count down the days till I moved out (imagine trying to pack and hoping your not packing any mice with you and hoping the mice don't get into your packed boxes... absolute nightmare ) Prior to moving in I read all the horrible reviews and asked the leasing office about the claims people were making about rodents. .. of course she assured me that the unit I was moving into had never had any issues.. well they do now! I kept my townhouse damn near spotless and I work 7 days a week with no I children so no one was hardly ever even home. (Bellanca Ct) Since my move out date was I'm the middle of the month.. my rent was pro rated as expected. What was not expected was the eviction letter I received saying I had not paid my September's rent in its entirety... smh that was definitely the icing on the cake! I was new to the baltimore area and the commons was close to my job and the price wasn't bad so I went for it. It served it's purpose as being a temporary location until I got accustomed to the area and was able to look around for a better quality apartment.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with The Arbors and the way they handle tenant…read moreconcerns and charges After moving out 07/2024 I was unjustly charged for repainting walls painted egg shell white and told a cost that should be covered as part of routine maintenance between tenants This is on top of numerous issues faced during my tenancy including the theft of my car from the supposedly secure garage The building management has repeatedly failed to live up to their promises including misleading claims about onsite security Car are stolen at a rate of one per month but the building fails to alert tenants out of fear of their reaction to hearing that the garage is not safe and to be more careful My car was stolen and I was out of town and a note placed on my door no call or email however if a food truck is coming by they will be sure to alert you I did not find out until I return a week later and the fact I did not have time to put in a report ended losing the car with no chance of returning My overall experience has been stressful and frustrating with little regard for tenant satisfaction or fair treatment I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider choosing The Arbors The management lack of transparency and fairness has left a lasting negative impression and I regret my decision to live here Thank you! The plumber then had his snake break off in the drain and wanted thousands to fix the drain. They charged me $300 and left me hanging. Other plumbers just ghosted me when I explained the situation or hinted at tearing up my whole yard without knowing at what point the snake hung up. Tully's plumbers took everything in stride and fixed the problem in half a day without ever complaining. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Problem was in crawl space not my yard!
