In what seemed like 10 minutes, they fixed a light bulb, checked all my smoke detectors, followed up on a breaker I was having problems with, fixed that, made adjustments in my laundry room to make life easier, all while Angel flexed his Pokémon collection and poof they were gone. For the price residents pay to live at this property, I would expect a higher level of overall upkeep and management. While there are some positives, there are also several areas that could use improvement. The buildings and grounds are not always maintained as well as they could be. In some areas there are buckets or broken plastic pieces left around the yards, which can make the property look a bit neglected. Certain balcony areas could also benefit from repainting, as the paint appears worn and peeling in places. Package delivery has been another challenge. Because the building numbers can be confusing for delivery drivers, packages are sometimes delivered to the wrong building. Unfortunately, when this happens they are often not recovered. A secure package drop-off area would likely help prevent this issue. Inside the apartments, the paint work could also be improved. When I moved in, it looked like some walls were simply painted over without properly repairing nail holes or uneven patches beforehand. The grounds and parking areas could also use more consistent maintenance. Dirt tends to accumulate in some parking areas, which turns muddy and slippery when it rains. The pool and jacuzzi area have also looked questionable at times and not very inviting to use. Communication from management could be improved as well. There have been instances where important updates were sent after changes had already taken place, such as gate code updates, or situations where residents were given very little notice before water shut-offs. One positive worth mentioning is the maintenance team. They are friendly, professional, and typically respond quickly when issues are reported. read more

This place has gone severely downhill over the past few years. It's a shame. Poor management is the head of the snake. Sloppy landscaping, poor care for pools and streams, and messy common areas have become the norm. All costs continue to rise and quality of living is on the steady decline. Not to mention motorcycle theft, broken gates that are left open as a temp solution when it's supposed to be a gated community. 2 bikes stolen like a week ago. read more

We had a 4:30pm appointment and no instructions were giving prior to instruct on were to park. A lady by the name of I think Tierra called about 30 minutes prior and asked are we still coming. I said in route now. So upon arrival she asked what were we looking for we told her and she walked us straight to the unit without telling us about the property on the way. So My daughter asked her about amenities and where are they. She said pool is over tgere (she pointed) so my adult daughter walked over there to try and see. So we looked at the unit and asked are there anymore you can show us ? She said yes can we see she said she can't but it's the same lay out and she pointed and said it's directly across from here. So now we are headed back to leasing. My daughter said can we see the gym , she said we have a very small gym, ok can we see it? She did showed us it which was near Leasing Office. If we didn't asked she wasn't going to show us anything but unit. While in office we asked about utilities, she said you pay every . I also said on the website they had another unit listed that I wanted to see, she said no there isn't she said their just letting you know what's here at this property. I said why is there a price, which I showed her she still was trying to say it's not available. I said it says now. So she checked the apartment website and seen it she said its not ready. Can we just see the location? She I am not walking way back there . I said we will walk back there . So we asked her can she show us on map how to get there. I can admit it is some walking from leasing office (but im am sure if you lived here it would be closer way to get to your unit) but its a gorgeous property..I'm happy we walked back there because we never got a chance to see the property . Update: I have had and continue to have so so many issues with the property management to maintenance workers calling me after hours unwarranted to just recently the maintenance manager comes into my unit because our water heater was out and the whole time he had his iPad down on his side recording our conversation, which is completely illegal as California is a two party consent state. Sure thing I confront him about it and Luis (maintenance manager) says yes Im recording our conversation and I haven't been hiding it!!!! What!!!! I would not recommend this community to anyone. waste of time & money! did not inform me that I had to make 2 1/2 times the rent I was informed AFTER I already applied and paid..asked for a refund and they took literally weeks to get back to me with no refund in mind just excuses, I had to call corporate and they mailed me my money back. Spiders everywhere, in the tub, corners, ground by door, on the rails to walk upstairs.. you can tell they really gave up on this place. read more

Service was prompt and perfect, Luis was kind and understanding when we communicated with him, always solved our maintenance situations at the apartment in a short amount of time. Strange Experience- I booked a 12:30 self-guided tour. I was running late, stuck in traffic, and called, leaving a voicemail requesting a return call to my cell phone if they needed to reschedule. I left my cell phone number. When I arrived, I was 15 minutes late, took another 3-5 minutes to park, and attempted to figure out how to gain access to the community. Eventually, the staff came out to go to their lunch and greeted me, informing me that there was no appointment scheduled for 12:30. Strange, I had received a detailed confirmation via email two hours before. They then told me they had clocked out, and I would have to reschedule. When I pressed the issue, they told me they had called me 3 times, strange, as they had told me previously that there was no appointment scheduled for 12:30. They claimed to have called my home phone, but I had come from my home and explained my phone had not rung. I asked twice if they had left a message, and they stated they had, but when I checked, no messages were left. I wish I could tell you about the apartment and the complex, but I never saw it. Not sure what all that was about, perhaps lunch is more important than a potential tenant? Not sure why I could not have just continued with my self-guided tour while they went to lunch. Oh well, there seems to be plenty of other available apartment complexes out there that still consider money green. read more

No stars really but yelp made me!!! Got excited to get a place paid for the application frees and another 150 to hold the unit $220 in total to then be told I didn't make enough. By Cierra she said I needed 2 1/2 times the rent. Had her and her boss I think her name is Britney said that in the first place we would have never applied. Then gave me the run around to get my money back. I had to make a formal complaint to corporate and these idiots still charged me $70 for the application fee even though the apps were never processed looked at or considered because we didn't make enough!!! Super annoying unprofessional and a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and find another apartment complex. read more

Brittney Gonzales has threatened to call the cops on us, yesterday accused me of lying when I told her our unit has a history of plumbing problems that end in our unit.  Harassment from Managment; Brittney Gonzalez (worst). She has threatened to call the cops on is after Harborview gave us a key to another unit. No bedroom due to sewage, mold, and other hazardous materials in carpet. Husband has COPD, had to get Dept of Public Health. We have mold in all be 3 bedrooms and hallway We've been living here 7 years. We have seen change of owners, and management, and ALL workers. have pictures and videos of all. All complaints to Greystar (Management) has fallen to deaf ears. read more

My fiancé and I lived at Harborview for a year and a half. It started out to be a great experience, with the major perks being in unit laundry and A/C. Our experience, however, took a big turn when we got a new neighbor in the unit underneath us. He was beyond rude, loud, and broke bylaws in the community lease agreement. He would blare his music at any and all hours of the day and night, sometimes starting at 3 am. The music and other noises, sometimes bouts of screaming and rage, would be so loud or floors would vibrate. He would leave empty beer bottles and cans and cigarettes all over the ground of his patio, which was right at the bottom of our stairs. I contacted management REGULARLY, which ended up being completely pointless. I made numerous phone calls, sent countless emails, even sent photos (they requested) when the filth and broken glass became a real problem and eye sore. Management would do little to nothing, and the issues and disturbances of our downstairs neighbor never got resolved. We paid very good money to live there and it was clear that management, Brittany, specifically did not care about residents concerns. Once we gave Harborview our move out date, they ignored any of our complaints and concerns entirely. There were times I never received an email back. With that being said, their pictures on the internet are very deceiving. The units themselves are nice and in good shape, thanks to the great maintenance team on the property, but that's about it. There was constant dog poop left on the sidewalks and walking areas and was just never picked up. Although I am long winded, please make sure you do your due diligence before signing a lease here, to avoid any disappointment that may come your way. It's important to feel valued and appreciated in the community you live in, rather than just a check the company receives every month for rent. read more

We have lived at Harborview Apartments for over three years. Our one bedroom, one bathroom apartment was modern looking and clean when we were looking at the apartment complex. The tiny creeks and waterfalls throughout the complex gave a relaxing sound while the large trees helped shade our balconies. My experience with staff and maintenance was that they were always friendly and helpful! Additional benefits of living here was the parking structure was great for keeping our cars cool, the pool and jacuzzi, having a washer and dryer inside your apartment, and a gym! read more

Sherieka was on her way to lunch while we were at the gate and very kindly offered to show us several units, bypassing her break. Very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely kind.
