Harbour Pointe is an awesome course, especially considering the options we have around Seattle. It's semi-Challenging, which makes it enjoyable for golfers of all levels. The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They listened to the complaints to feedback regarding the carts condition and recently replaced the old carts with new modern carts. I believe they are also working on improving the range balls next. management is very responsive to feedbacks and always maintain a positive attitude. Keep up the good work read more

The course is in worse shape than several municipal courses. Tee boxes were a mess, cart paths not maintained, cart electronics very annoying, greens inconsistent with irrigation, approach shot fairways chewed up with pivots, and ball marks all over the greens. This course is tough, but fair. I've played here several times thanks to my Oki membership and I've yet to conquer this beast. The course seems longer than 6200 yards from the white tees. Each hole is different, so there's a different challenge each time. Hole 11 is their signature hole, so make sure to take a picture there. It's about 180 yards before a huge drop off to the green. I played here recently in the winter. Even though it hadn't rained for 4 days, there were still some muddy spots along the fairway, but not too bad. When the ball doesn't travel through the thick winter air, it makes it harder, especially for me. When I normally need a mid to short iron to the green, the winter will force me to hit a hybrid or even my 5 wood. Even though the fairway wasn't optimal, the greens were nice for the winter. It was definitely nice putting on it. Kudos to the greenskeepers for their maintenance. If I didn't have an Oki card, I probably wouldn't play here and go to Walter Hall instead, since it's cheaper. At $90 per round, it's steep, but luckily, an Oki card will make it financially better. I'll definitely be back, because I still need to shoot a good round here. read more

The balls at the driving range are consistently Laughable. Many of them are chewed up with tears in them and when we told them, they said, "we get new ones in the spring". It's almost mid-May, so I'm not sure what they mean by spring. We feel that they were lying to us, as we have complained a few times. Another example of businesses gouging hard working people who are increasingly unable to afford recreation. I have witnessed people taking their own balls and using them after they paid for a bucket. I have not played the course at Harbour Pointe Golf Club, but I have practiced at its facilities several times, so take my review with a grain of salt. From a practice facility perspective, I really like Harbour Pointe. It's nice to step up to a driving range and have it not be an overly crowded, tiered-deck situation. Instead it's a about a dozen stalls, plus another half-dozen or so that are under covers, which just provides a nice open-air experience. There is a large, natural grass putting green plus another two smaller chipping greens to the left of the driving range and another, smaller, chipping (and putting?) green to the right. It gives you a nice mixture of different lies, chipping positions and approaches, slopes on the green, etc. that you'll encounter on the course. In my recent experience, a lot of courses lack the number of chipping/putting areas that Harbour Pointe has or you go to driving ranges and their chipping/putting areas are artificial grass and they lack the real feel. Aside from the facilities, the staff is very friendly and seem to always have a smile on their face. It's a great facility to practice at. read more

A nice course in great shape during the dry mid-July weather. Plays long and challenging or more mellow from the whites if you aren't in the mood for a challenge. I will say this course is absolutely hostile to lefties because of the constant presence of condos on the left off of the tee on most holes. Righties who fade the ball can relax here but if you're a lefty and you occasionally lose one to the left you'll be worried about listening for screams and glass breaking for the majority of your round. I realize we're the vast minority of golfers but this course is no fun if you're left-handed. I might not have the same sentiment if I had my consistency where it used to be after not playing for 8 years but I won't be back until I'm in much better form if at all. read more

Played my first round ever yesterday at Harbour Pointe Golf Club North of Seattle, WA. While I would say I had an enjoyable day, and would possibly consider playing there again, there were a number of negatives that unfortunately made me rate it only 2 stars...which is a shame, because it should be much higher. First, I have an issue when an advertised rate online is dramatically lower than what I end of paying. And $65 to $105 is a large jump. Also, I feel there are tiers for courses that come with expectations, and to my first point, Harbour is not a $100 course. The front nine especially had multiple unplayable areas, and the course conditions were definitely not up to that standard. The back 9 was in better shape, but I've found this at several Oki Golf courses like Washington National. I get that we're in the Seattle area, but that's really not an excuse. Drive 3 hours South to Portland, and you'd play World Class golf for less money. I will say, the Greens were fantastic. That's where the conditions shined. My final comment has to do with their golf carts. My electric cart was in terrible condition, and died on #15. And the steering on the cart they gave me to replace it was actually dangerous. Again, if you're getting $100 per person or more for each round, $400 every 10 minutes, $2400 every hour not including all the other stuff at the club they charge for...there's no excuse for your accessories to be embarrassingly cheap and dysfunctional. And again, I paid A LOT for that cart. The truth is, there's just too much great golf in the NW for a course to operate this way and charge that much. I can't recommend Harbour Pointe unless you're close by and don't want to drive elsewhere. To some it up...Do Better Oki Golf. read more

VERY VERY OLD driving range balls! They charge $12 for a large bucket and about half of my bucket were severely worn range balls with barely any dimples on it! I spoke to the General Manager Shawn after my range session and ask him to please take these old range balls out of circulation. His response was the course spent $13k on new range balls this year and members keep stealing them. He also said they are having difficulty purchasing more range balls due to supply chain issues. My response to his statements was to take the bad balls out of circulation and pick the range more often so customers don't get stuck with crappy range balls that cost them $12! I was traveling through the Everett, WA area on business and wanted to get in a nice round of golf. After posting on a few message boards, this course came up quite frequently. It was close enough to where I was staying so, I decided to give it a try. I called the Pro shop the night before I left Los Angeles and asked if they had any tee times first thing in the AM. They told me that they had some tee times after 8:00AM but was wide open between 7:00-8:00AM. I said, "Perfect!" I had some business later on that afternoon and told myself that I would be the first one out. What was surprising to me was they have a discounted rate of $39.00 if you tee off before 8:00AM. Normally, this course costs about $80.00 to play a round. No argument from me as I was destined to be the first one there. The Pro shop was very knowledgeable as I asked them what the greens were running and they told me a 10 on the stimp. They were planning to punch the greens in late October and that the fairways were in good to great condition. I was definitely the first one there and immediately checked in. The started hadn't even turned the computers on but gave me a small basket to warm up with. I met 2-locals there on the range and asked them if they wanted to join me. We tee'd off at about 7:15AM with a wide open course. This course is in great condition. Tee boxes were nice and level with plenty of nice grass. Farways were in great condition with some minor divots but, filled with sand. Greens were true rolling. Some are multi-tiered. Some have undulation. Overall, they were nice and fast. DIstance and speed control a must. Water comes into play on the front 9. Signature hole #12 was the best view so far in my entire golfing career. Pace of play was great. A complete round in under 4.5 hours with me taking pictures at a few holes. Only a few things I would recommend. Bring a GPS or rangefinder. Their carts do not have either. Bring extra balls. Some of the holes play shorter than what is listed on the card. Maybe it was the air? They could do better with yardage markers on the fairway. I would definitely come back here again. read more

This review is for the restaurant located at here. I brought some clients here for lunch. There were three of us and one recommended the Classic Caesar salad with salmon. Me thinking I'm in Seattle how can they do fish wrong... My client was totally correct, the salad was delish and they put a nice piece of grilled salmon on top of my salad which was super fresh and flavorful. Ice tea here was also tasty. Food was good and reasonable also. I'd return here again maybe to play a round of golf with my clients. read more

I booked a foursome for a Saturday via their online booking system which requires a credit card. Life happens, I need to cancel said tee time. I call the pro shop Friday, cancel time. The following week I see on my credit card statement that they charged me a $20 plus tax "no-show" fee. WTF? I had cancelled the tee time. I send an email to corporate Oki, advised of the situation, gave them my Oki # so they can see I literally spend a couple thousand at their courses every year. I don't even get the courtesy of a response. If this is how they treat their best and most loyal customers then why would you want to play there? In regards to this course specifically, it's a goat ranch. Several awkward/gimmick holes, HORRIBLE drainage (do not play here after any measurable amount of rain), and the "sand" traps have more rocks in them than actual sand. I've played parking lots that were softer. Bottom line, Oki courses are built around tournament season - that's where they make their money. They don't give two shits about you or I, the guys coming to drop our $100 to play golf on a Saturday. They provide ZERO customer service to even their longtime loyal customers. *Pro Tip - if you do decide to play golf at an Oki course, DO NOT use their online booking system which requires a credit card. Just call the pro shop, which does not require a credit card, that way if you do need to cancel you won't get bent over like I did. Oki just chose $20 over the thousands I bring to them every year (5 Platinum cards and 1 players card this year, let alone all the other rounds we play at Newcastle and Washington National). I will gladly spend my money elsewhere in 2018. read more

Our company has had an annual employee event here for the past 5-6 years. Not sure why I haven't written sooner. Not only is this a beautiful course with great views l, The staff here is professional and friendly. This year we provided our employees with bagged lunches in addition to the bbq after the tournament. Everything always goes smoothly and there is always someone there to answer questions or assist us when needing just about anything. Look forward to next year. read more

Do not golf here unless you are a professional or hit it straight every time. Every fairway and tee shot has a good chance hit a home and break a window. My friend who I played a round with broke a window on a house off his tee shot- the house was 100 yds on the left - the owner was waiting on the fairway to take his information. He said it happened 3 times at his house already and the window would cost $800..Really? They don't have an association fund for this? Needless to say, we won't be returning there and will spread the word. We couldn't even complete the round as we were too spooked at every tee- seeing all of the houses along the fairway- Save your money $100 for 18 holes of mediocre course. read more

Disappointed, used to be better. No masks being warn by any staff we saw. No ball washers, no water, nothing normal except charging FULL rates and $ 34 for a single cart....are you kidding? If they want people to come out, this is not the way to do it. Course is in poor shape, nothing trimmed, cart paths so rooty & bumpy, worse than a public course ! What can you say, I shot well especially for a course with a higher slope rating. Good golf game makes for good experience. I understand the pace problem and if you are older and have a foursome you could slow the pace. I'm older and in great shape but I prefer to ride and save my game, I'm there to golf, not the walk in the park. I would have given them 5 stars but they had CNN blaring in the bar. I should have been smarter about where to spend my cash. OLD range balls, OLD range mats, crappy golf carts, and no on course Marshall. $94.00 to play Wednesday morning? No senior rates (unless you buy the OKI card). 4 3/4 hours to play 18 holes? Crazy, just idiotic to play there. Greens were fine, that is the only positive thing I can say. This course was nice a long time ago. Today I played it and it is pretty much gone. Most tee boxes are completely uneven, cannot find a flat lie. 8 greens had poana and weeds. I missed 6 putts because the ball was jumping and bumping ! Almost half the fairways had large patches of just dirt, no grass at all. I played here many years ago and it is a really great layout. But unfortunately it has been ignored and I cannot find a nice thing to say about it now. Cart paths all chunked up bumpy. Restaurant closed. A huge disappointment and I sadly advise anyone thinking of playing here to rethink. read more

Had a relaxing evening here. Had a couple glasses of their wine (the house Merlot and house Chardonnay) and the Washington Apple Salad. All of it was delicious! The view is great too. It opens up the driving range, which is very green, healthy, and surrounded by grown trees. read more

While the business listing is "pro shop" I assume they meant the course. Proshop is fine, normal and pricey. Not the cheapest course in the NW but yet another of my "must hit" courses for the summer. $48 W/Cart Winter WEEKDAY Rates $54 With cart weekend. Website has other rates for twilight, kids, seniors etc. This is a challenging and semi-hilly 18 hole layout with plenty of bunkers and water to make anyone happy. This course has the only approach shot in the NW that petrifies me. The second shot on the par 4 13th hole owns me mentally. A skinny two teared green that runs left to right, miss the green 1' to the right and it drops down 25' and good luck finding your ball. The 11th hole has perhaps one of the best views I have ever seen in the area, you tee off straight toward Puget Sound and about 200 yards from the tee box the hole drops straight down to the green. Standing on the edge gives you a fantastic panoramic view. Course has a grass driving range If you live in the area this is a fun course to play. read more

Nice grass range and a decent track make this a fun play for residents of Mukilteo. Can be a bit on the pricey side, but it's in Mukilteo, so you can expect to pay a little more. Course has a few hills and a couple difficult holes, but it's still a good round if you get the chance to make it out! read more

I rarely write reviews. This place charges twice what most courses around Seattle charge. So I expected more. Boy was I ripped off. It is not more. I am a decent golfer (12 handicap), and I hit many nice shots - never to find my ball again. If you hit in the tall rough, you will never find your ball. It is swampy in spots. If it has been rainy, FORGET IT. I hit a beautiful, perfect second shot down the par 5 18th with a fairway wood thinking my ball would be in the middle of the fairway and close to the green, but the fairway was cut with cliffs and my ball was lost (again) far away in a deep gully. Baloney!! Many holes have greens on ledges with deep gullies in front of them. You can hit a nice shot to the green that misses by 3 feet and find yourself 30 feet below in the rough on the side of a cliff.... There are a few par 3 holes with water right up to the green. Not that this is that bad, but it's just that every hole seems designed to snag your ball. There are many blind shots. You will lose 5 or 6 nice balls unless you want to play junk balls your entire round - and that's if you are a decent golfer. Granted, if you know the course well, you could avoid some problems, but it is still full of traps. And, the hotdogs we ordered on the turn tasted sort of funky. It is a little strange here. My wife and I pay $85 bucks in Hawaii and get true value and pristine links. This is a cow pasture by comparison. If you like all of that and have money to burn, go for it. (I wish I could sue them for the $100 bucks I lost here.) read more

Back nine is special. front 9 is tricked up which is not needed with this type of natural terrain. Greens were perfect, staff was very friendly. Dont get fooled that this course is out in the middle of nowhere. There are people everywhere and there is a good chance the course is packed, especially on the weekends. We play alot of golf courses around the Seattle area and am always surprised at how poorly maintained the Oki golf courses are considering the green fee prices. The Harbour Pointe GC fairways were a mix of dead patches of grass, good sections, as expected, and large sections that were marshy and boggy due to excess water; these conditions were noticed on numerous fairways throughout the entire course. There was also standing water in fairway distance markers and along edges of the rough where it met the cart path. Overall, we were disappointed in the conditions and probably won`t be returning to this course anytime soon. read more

A deceptively difficult course with two distinct nines and some breathtaking Puget Sound views. I'd say it stacks right in the middle in my list of favorite Oki courses. The price is on the higher side, but at least it includes a cart. This course can definitely be played in 4.5 hours or less with the only backups I ever run into being on holes 5, 6, or 7. The front 9 has water in play on what seems like every hole, especially the par 3s. The back 9 has lots of elevation change and is lined with more trees than the front. The signature hole #12 offers fun risk-reward in the sense that you can take a driver to leave yourself with less than 100 in, but on a downward slope. Or, you can lay up at the top of the hill with about 140 yards with a 50 foot drop off. Both shots are challenging to judge! As a single digit handicap I find myself, for whatever reason, going through at least a sleeve of balls on this course every time I play. As this course is mostly cut out of a neighborhood, OB lines many of the fairways on both sides if you tend to spray the ball. This course would earn 5 stars from me if they would improve the sand in their bunkers. I feel like every time I play there, there are tons of nearly golf ball sized rocks lining the sand. I'm not trying to ruin my wedges, even though they are often my enemies! read more

My favorite golf club around this area. The first nine fairways are narrow and challenging enough to play over and over again without getting bored. Hole 11 is a short par 4 with a signature view of Puget Sound. Their lounge, the Pointe, has many choices of beer and wine, with high quality food. My favorite is blacken salmon with coleslaw as side, and the iced cold Diamond Knot IPA. read more

It's a nice course with a few great views of the sound but for the location and for what you pay it disappoints a bit. Most of the holes are filled up with apartments on each side which dampens the ecstatic a bit. A few interesting holes but nothing especially memorable. I would play here again but I'd rather save some money and go to Jackson or West Seattle. Or if I'm going to pay $100 I'd probably try echo falls. read more

The course itself is in pretty good condition; however, a number of places on the cart paths and where you exit from the course onto the cart path close to the greens are in bad need of attention. And they really need to replace or upgrade their golf carts. None of the carts have anything on the rear to protect either your clubs or anything placed in the storage area behind the seats from the rain. We had 4 carts between 8 people and everyone complained about their cart; terrible brakes & bald tires. For $190 per couple, we expected better. read more

I would not recommend this golf course to any golfer because of the course. The staff are wonderful and very helpful, including the Marshall. The biggest issue is that the course is not playable for most golfers - it plays very tight and narrow because the first cut of rough is extremely difficult. It is very easy to lose your ball in this first cut even if you watch the ball roll into it. Several times our group had tee shots or approach shots that settled enough and roll into the first cut where it should have stopped within 2 feet of the fairway or green - and the ball was never found! Consequently the course plays very tight, you have to land and have your ball stop in the fairway or you stand a good chance of losing your ball. Everyone in my group is a single digit and as a group we lost 9 golf balls! This is clearly a course greenskeeper massive fail. Second, the back 9 has several tall pine tress that while not in play around the greens dump lots of debris onto the greens. You have to wipe these away from your intended putting line because they are large enough to easily divert your golf ball. What a pain - it's like walking into a restaurant and every table still has the dirty dishes from the previous diners. It slows play considerably and completely unnecessary. I can understand maybe leaves on the green in the fall (but most courses avoid this in their design), but it's the middle of the summer and the tree debris is everywhere. This is a golf architect massive fail. Save yourself some lost balls, aggravation, and unnecessary frustration and play somewhere else. read more
