They did a fantastic job. Everyone was very friendly. I didn't have an appointment and they still turned my Pinterest picture into a reality.

Excellent French manicure on a full set. Friendly staff, clean and busy salon. Will definitely be back.

This place has gone down hill so much. Today is Thursday at 8:30am. I had a pedicure at 4:30 on Tuesday. These are my toes. I have already cleaned up the blue polish left all around my toenails. Please save your $27 and go elsewhere.

They usually do the manicure during the pedicure so I'm always finished within an hour.

As a true Gen X'er in desperate need of a serious skin detox since the '90s, discovering Haven Room…read moreSpa and Wellness has been a game changer. Back in the day, TikTok didn't guide us on skincare; it was 16 magazine convincing us that a baby oil tan was the ultimate beauty secret. Fast forward to today, and my skin situation isn't exactly stellar. Botox has been a friend, but facials seemed inconvenient amidst the chaos of parenting--until Haven Room Spa opened down the street. The moment you step into this spa, the high-end, relaxing, and modern vibe sweeps you away. Korinna, the owner, is the epitome of walking advertisement with her ridiculously gorgeous skin. I essentially walked in saying, "I want what you get." Elizabeth, the aesthetic magician, gave me a HydraFacial, and it was a sublime. A HydraFacial is a multi-step facial treatment that works wonders. Elizabeth meticulously explained each product, its purpose, and how it would benefit my skin. The results are mind-blowing--my skin is literally glowing. I never knew what "plumped up" meant until now, and my face feels rejuvenated in a way I didn't think possible without a time machine. Seriously, the results of the HydraFacial at Haven Room are more impressive and noticeable than Botox when it comes to looking and feeling younger. We're incredibly fortunate to have such a cool, hip, and high-end spa right in our neighborhood. Thank you, Haven Room, for making skincare a delightful experience!

The staffs/owners are super friendly and accommodating. They were able to provide my requested service (facial) with another staff when the intended staff was sick. In addition, the facial was amazing and would highly recommend to give them a try.

This place offers lash and brows tinting, waxing, cold sculpturing, facials and body treatments! I…read moreliked how Melissa was able to take me and my sister for a last minute appointment. When I saw that she had a, "Love my BFF Couple's Facial" package, I knew I had to try it out with my sister! The waiting area had such a vintage and welcoming feel. It had Audrey Hepburn displayed around. Melissa handed out a clipboard for me to fill out. It's basically yes/no answer asking if I'm allergic to so and so, or if I'm on medical, you know the basics, so she can get to know our skins. After completing the form she let us keep the pen because her business card would end up being thrown away or lost. It was a nice idea that her pens was like a business card with her info on it. She reassure us that her facials products are safe for even sensitive skin like me! There's a two bed set-up and one by one my sister and I go into the bathroom to change into comfy robe and choose what bed we get to relax on. She ties our hair back with a band and plays soft piano music. Melissa told us that we can either chit chat or relax but once she start putting on the face mask. I was already falling asleep. I enjoyed the hot towels being applied to my face the most. To my surprised she was working on my sister and me at the same time! I thought there would be another staff but it was just her. She was constantly washing her hand after the clay mask and switching back and forth. I'm not sure if she washed her hand after applying lotions on my sister and then massaging my face; which is a sanitary issue. Overall: The atmosphere was relaxing! Melissa was nice and very knowledgeable about what she does. She gave amazing facials and booking with her is very easy online. What I didn't like was the, "BFF Package." I felt like I was waiting for a awhile until she got to me and then my sister. She didn't do any exfoliation or blackheads extractions with this package. If she got another staff the experience would be better. The facials lasted an hour for the both of us. Meaning I got 30 minutes worth and so did my sister and we paid $60 each which is pretty expensive if you ask me. I know we can get facials somewhere else for cheaper. I'm sure one on one sessions would be a lot better than her working on two people at the same time. She's worth checking out if you come alone!

I usually only get a gel pedi, but today I wanted to paint my fingers with regular polish (I don't like polish on my nails). My service today was extremely rushed, rough on my nail beds and when asked to not cut my cubicles (because that's what I don't want) they tried to convince me otherwise. I ended up having to come back same day to redo my fingers because of my own fault of chipping, however the demeanor changed when I asked for a quick fix..the manager was rude as if I shouldn't be allowed to get it repainted (regular polish) the person that did it kept leaving me when she finished putting coats on my nails. Once she was done I told her and the manager thank you with a smiling face and they didn't even look my way..Mind you I am not one to complain nor argue. I paid for my services plus a tip. Although I really like this place.. today made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

After starting the basic pedicures that we asked for, they proceeded to recommend a more expensive pedicure. We agreed to that. However, when it came time to paint our nails, they asked if we wanted gel, even though we had already picked out our colors. They did not inform us that it would be $17 per person to get gel. Even though my daughter asked the woman if it would be extra and she said no. We were upset upon leaving because we were charged $51 more than we expected. We did not feel that it was clearly communicated that the gel was an up charge. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us the manager was not there. The people working there also tried to blame it on us that we should have asked. We will not be devoting our time or our money to this place because of our experience.
