I went here for pedicures with my girlfriend and we had a good time! The place is clean and they have a lot of nail color options. The people are FUN! Seriously, the ladies who did our pedicures had us laughing and having a good time. They said the offer other services, such as spray tan and facials. I haven't tried those but thought I'd share in case you are interested. Obvi they do manicures, gel nails and the usual nail stuff. The prices were good compared to other places, though I didn't get as much foot rub as I do other places. Overall it is a decent place to get a pedi and you should also get some smiles and laughs while you are there. I will probably go back! read more

First let me say I have been here off and on since they opened and my pedicures have always been good. I've had a few manicures and those were hit or miss depending on the technician. My real issue is with their gift cards and how they do business. My daughter gives me a gift card for my birthday and Mother's Day every year. Typically I use them in order but evidently I missed one because when I went to pay, the card I gave them had "expired ". I think we all know that gift cards can't really expire. The business still has the money. They just decided that they were going to keep the money and not provide anything for it. Ok so I gave her one of my other gifts cards which was in an amount that covers the pedicure plus tip because my daughter wants to make sure I don't have any expense. Well they told me I can't use the gift card for the tip What!?!?? So I had a $76 pedicure. I haven't met a pedicure yet that's worth that. I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. They ended up with $76 of my money and losing my family's business because we consider their business practices unethical. read more

I get gel French manicures and regular pedicures monthly. I have gotten pedicures when I am out of town and I always seem to get cut during the pedicure, I have never had that experience at Allure ! I've been there several times before and had a good experience, but I was there about a month ago and I'm still not over it. The young woman who did my pedicure was in a hurry, blew through the whole thing, basically painted my toes and then used nail polish remover to clean up my toes. As it grew out there was a sharp ridge of polish above my cuticle and it didn't look good. That's only happened the one time, but I'm still ticked off about it. I'd have rated them higher before this happened. read more

I will not go back after going last week for a shellac manicure. The entire manicure took 20 minutes tops, it felt rushed and like they were only trying to get everyone in and out without any concern for the customer being helped, just those waiting. My cuticles and the skin right below my nails are completely torn and scabbed over because they were so rough cutting the cuticles. To top it all off, the shellac manicure, which lasts two weeks or more at other salons, lasted only from Wednesday to Saturday of the same week until two fingers completely peeled off. Went to another salon to have the rest taken off. Waste of my money and I will not be returning despite it's proximity to my work. read more

Called to get an appointment. Came in 5 minutes before appointment time. After waiting 45 minutes I asked politely how much longer. I was told everyone had an appointment and that it would be at least another 20 minutes. Over an hour wait when you have an appointment isn't acceptable. I would ask no to give me an appointment so I would waste 45 minutes of my time. I have been here before right as it opened. They do a good job. Just wait time is awful. Won't be back read more

They won't do creative designs. The workers are lazy!. They are short staffed so trying to get a pedicure takes hours. If you ask them to do something they don't want to do they catch a attitude. I won't ever come here again . read more

I have been going here for years. I will not go anywhere else to have my nails done. This place is very clean and the staff knows what they are doing. I have had Jade, Ken, Sonny and Christie do my nails and they all did fantastic jobs. I get the shellac on my fingers every two weeks and once a month pedicures. The prices are comparable to other places but the cleanliness and precision work is what keeps me coming back. If you are a regular you get your own tools that they keep there for you and they clean out the tubs and jets between every pedicure!! If only I could have a glass of prosecco with my pedicure it would be perfect....I may have to bring my own in a sippy cup!! read more

I have been going to allure since it opened and it is the ONLY salon I will go to in this area. they are very professional, use top of the line products and it is AMAZINGLY clean !!! from disposable covers on the foot tubs to the autoclave..........and if you are a regular you have your own box ! Well it turned into my ten year old leaving in tears bc the lady who was doing her mani pedi was so short with her and rude that it completely upset her. I can honestly say I won't be spending my money here again. I walked into the salon with medium to high expectations and was thoroughly disappointed. Upon my entrance, I was kindly greeted, I chose my color and waited to be called. I came in to get a full set of acrylics, while getting them done by the youngest artist in there (mid 30's-early 40's) I was spoken to rudely, feeling extremely belittled. On top of that, the woman deemed it necessary to stop my working on my nails to answer texts in a group chat as well as phone calls here and there the entire time adding at least 30 + minutes on to the duration of my appt. As well as this, two days after getting my nails done, I was simply buckling my seatbelt in my car when my nail completely broke off. I called and was spoken to rudely yet again & then was told after a minute of speaking that I could come in to get it fixed for free the next day. When I came in she was on her phone even more than the time before & what could've taken 10 minutes took nearly 40. I do not recommend this location of allure nails. The location on midlothian turnpike seems to be a much better choice. read more

Allure is one of the best nail spas in Richmond. I will never go to another nail salon after being spoiled by Jade and Christy! they are very clean courteous and have the best selection of polish colors they always do a wonderful job and my manicure and pedicure lasts. they pay attention to detail, I am not sure why the other people had problems before perhaps they just aren't happy no matter where they go and always have issues - but take it from somebody who has been to a number of nail salons this is the best! I was never faithful to a nail salon until Allure thank you ladies. read more

I have been getting pedicures for a long time at many different places but I was not a big manicure person until I found this salon. They do such a good job with my hands and I always walk out feeling pretty. The staff is fun and the general clients who come in are fun.
