They greased all the wheel bearings and adjusted all the brakes for less than a thousand dollars. This shop is very professional and honest. If I lived in the Phoenix/Mesa area this would be my go-to shop.

Chris asked me to pull the boat and trailer to the shop so he could inspect the damage. To my surprise he informed me that they do some wonders in trailer repair, and my trailer was repairable. The repair of my trailer saved me about $4,000.00 instead of purchasing a new one. I picked up my trailer yesterday and couldn't believe my eyes. It's like a brand new trailer. The rusted out cross members were replaced with new, the rusted out frame was reinforced with new flat strap, two new fenders, hubs and bearings checked and replaced, four new bunks installed, new wiring and lights that I was continuously working on, and various other things to make my trailer workable. I'm only talking trailer repair in this review but Sun Devil Trailer MFG makes beautiful new trailers from start to finish. Avoid Sun Devil Trailers (SDT)…read more In September 2025, I brought my single‑axle bass boat trailer to SDT to add a second axle. A one‑week job turned into nearly a month, with every delay blamed on "painting issues." I never received proactive updates--only excuses when I called. When I picked it up, the fender was still missing its matching trim color, which they said would arrive in two weeks. It still hasn't as of this review. Over the next few months, I dealt with two blown hubs on the same wheel, rubber stepping pads falling off because super glue was used as adhesive, and repeated trips back for repairs that didn't last. See photo of the first wheel‑bearing blowout. The owner answered his phone but never called with updates, even after missed deadlines. The breaking point was driving home with only three wheels for the second time--something that should never happen once. SDT claimed the axle and hubs were replaced, yet the wheels still looked misaligned. A different trailer repair shop inspected it and found incomplete welds, axles that didn't fit the trailer, uneven tire spacing, and axles that appeared old rather than new. See pictures of the welds. They also found a blown wheel bearing on the other axle, brakes installed on the front axle instead of the rear, and the fiberglass fender's paint cracking because the weight was resting on a single bar instead of being supported evenly. After dealing with all of this, I later spoke with other people and businesses who said they had also heard negative comments about SDT, which only confirmed the pattern. According to the repair shop, I was lucky I hadn't already been in an accident. July 2026, I am now starting over with a different shop.

He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. He was able to get us in a situation where we can keep moving until we can get to an RV dealer for a permanent repair. Kevin communicated with us every step of the way. He is honest and reliable. The quality and timeliness of the work were good, but the company's accountability and customer…read moreservice were disappointing. While my RV was being serviced, the battery disconnect switch was left in the "on" position, which caused the battery to die. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. One employee even apologized and acknowledged that the switch should have been turned off. However, the service advisor made no effort to correct the issue after it was confirmed that the battery would no longer hold a charge. Instead, she offered to sell me a replacement battery and still charge me labor for the installation. She also stated that I was lucky she was not charging me simply to test the battery, because according to her, the company charges for everything -- even basic battery testing. We spent a lot of money on our repairs so it is really disappointing that they could not offer any solutions for their mistake. In the end, it is not right that they made the mistake of leaving the switch on, and I was expected to pay the full cost of a battery and the "labor" to fix it. (For those that are wondering, the batteries health and performance were great when I brought it in). In the end, the experience left me with little confidence in the company's accountability or commitment to customer service.
