If they or Zack tell you it's manufacture original parts they repaired your car YOU need to verify. If your final paperwork says it's OEM original parts that repaired your car YOU need to verify. If they write two sentences in your repair order stating that they used manufacture OEM parts YOU need to verify. Very shady practices and they can't be trusted. Even given an opportunity to fix the issue they won't, but will admit to it. Be careful or best run far from here.
