Wish I could leave less than one star! I had read the previous reviews and was impressed enough to take my Class A to Bell Road RV. I brought it in early Friday morning; spoke with Phil and agreed to do a service and repair the shore cord, clean the tanks and service one of the AC units. The expectation was is would be done before closing Friday. I called near the end of the day; only to be told it wasn't done. No worries, we were supposed to leave on a trip Sunday so another day in service and getting it back Saturday close of business would have been fine. In talking with Phil we agreed to pick it up Monday; and pushed our trip back to Monday afternoon. After calling no less than 8 times from Monday morning till 4:45pm Phil finally answers and immediately goes into a diatribe of technical terms and cost. I had to ask him to back up to "hello" because I didn't understand a word he said. After a moment my wife asked what this was for; he explained a $3000k fix to the rear AC that blows cold air; just not as efficiently as the rear AC. He said the RV was completed and I could pick it up. I asked him specifically about the shore cord being done. He affirmed it was. A few moments later Phil called back and said the shore cord was not finished and it was going to cost $500+ to fix the cord by cutting off three feet and splicing to repair the cord. A bit costly factoring in what needs to be done. And my request for an oil change was disregarded. If I could retrace my steps to Friday morning I would have NOT taken my RV to Bell Road RV. read more

This place is difficult to work with. We took our RV here because some of the lights were not working. They couldn't figure out the problem but didn't communicate with us. When my husband tried calling, no one would answer the phone. If he happened to get someone, they were not the repair person so couldn't tell him anything. No techs are ever there in the weekend and during the week, they are too busy to answer or return calls. The RV was there for almost a month. They said that a rat ate through the wires. We paid $2300 to have it fixed. Picked it up and a week later had no lights again. With a trip planned, we were not comfortable taking it back. This was not the only time we had the RV serviced here but after the last time, I think we will be finding another place. read more

I dropped off my RV on Monday 1/27 after scheduling the appointment 2 weeks earlier. The primary purpose was to have the Tuson Sway System installed. I also asked them to look at one of my happy jack couches which had stopped working. Additionally, I asked about a better quality water pump that was quieter than stock and asked them if they had time to look at the water heater which was only working on propane and not on electric. Spoke directly with the Service Manager when I dropped it off and made sure that he understood that I had a trip planned and that I needed the RV back on Friday, was told no problem . I called Tuesday afternoon since I had not heard anything on the quote to install the Tuson system, no answer so message left. Wednesday morning called and left another message, no response so called again in the afternoon and insisted that I speak to Phil the service manger. Was told by SM that he just completed quote for Tuson system and told me the amount, to which I responded why haven't you installed it already? He said he needed my approval on the price. They were calling for twice the labor 4 hours that the manufacturer recommended, but I instructed him to go ahead and do it. Then I asked about the Happy jack, and was told they were waiting on warranty to approve them to make a shaft for it and if it was approved would have it done by Friday. He went on to tell me that they got the water pump warrantied also because it didn't sound right and he replaced it with a better quality pump like I wanted under warranty. He then recommended I pay the additional money to add a "bladder" system and walked me through the benefits. I told him to add it and I would pay they quoted amount. He also told me that they had figured out what was wrong with the water heater and also fixed it under warranty. All sounded great, and I asked him to be sure they got the Tuson system done for me and worse case I could come back for the Happy Jack if needed and was told no problem and I could check back Thursday to confirm pickup Friday. I called Thursday and left a message at 8AM, no response by noon so called again and asked for Phil, was told by whoever answered the phone that Phil no longer works there. I asked for an update on my RV and the individual seemed flustered and overwhelmed. Was told that The warranty requests were all wrong and needed to be redone and he would call me back as soon as he spoke to warranty. I did not hear back on Thursday. First thing Friday morning I call and left a very candid message demanding a call back, at this point I canceled my trip plans. I get a call back and was told that nothing had been done to my RV other the diagnoses on the water heater and happy jack. I'm pretty angry at this point and instruct them to stop! Put everything back to the way it was when they got it and to call me as soon as it is available for me to pick up. I got a call back at 4PM telling me techs would have everything done and ready for pickup Saturday morning. I show up and the only employees there are 2 parts guys who helped the best they could and were very polite. I asked one to come with my to inspect my RV and ensure that everything worked as it did when I dropped it off. As you can see in the picture the floor was damaged and these idiots left greasy hand prints everywhere! Luckily everything is painted with quality Sherwin Williams satin and could easily be washed (which the slobs could have done themselves if they gave a damn about their. Customers equipment). The floor However, which is pristine otherwise and does not have any other damage, will need to be repaired. And to be fair, the silver lining if there is one, the happy jack is working like it did before it stopped working???? No clue if they repaired it or if it was a simple fix and they were trying to get warranty to pay for something that was not broken? No clue. Paperwork does not list anything being fixed on the happy jack system. I would not take my RV back if they offered to do it for free, and would caution against anyone trusting this company. read more

This was the second time I have had to get my RV serviced at Bell Road RV. I will not go anywhere else. These guys are professional and get the work done on time and within budget. Since I'm a novice to RVing, they have been very helpful in getting me much more fluent on the mechanics of an RV. While they could easily have taken advantage of my naïveté, they did not. They were able to complete my repairs and did not try and make the issues bigger than they really were. I would recommend Bell Road RV to anyone. read more

I had to take my touring coach RV in for (another) macerator replacement due to my own driving error. (Sigh). It was July so things are slower overall with people out of town but I got my RV back quickly with a full check of propane system and leveling system check for damage. This RV shop operates more like a mom and pop shop - and that's a good thing. Might not be the fastest in turn around, but they do good work at a fair price. Our hydraulic system just developed a leak on our Onan generator slide on a Monaco and Phil was able to get a new part for it and get it installed. And everything works perfectly. We've had ceiling fan repairs done, replaced damage TV roof antennas, replaced the compressor for air conditioning years ago and it's always been done to our satisfaction.. read more

I have been a customer for 10 years, but this will be the last time I go there. The last time I was there I told them that my batteries were boiling when plugged into a 110 outlet, but they said all was well and that they tested it. This time I took it back for the same reason and a few other things. They said the batteries were ruined and the cables because it was wired wrong. I never changed any wiring which means it wasn't wired correctly last time, so now I just paid $1400 for 4 batteries and cables(batteries were about a year old), and $615 in labor to install the batteries. None of this would have been needed if it was fixed the first time. Plus $357 to "clean and lube" each slide out with aerosol lube! Seems like the labor rate is about $700/hr, unless I am missing something. I don't mind paying for things I need and I used to be happy going here, but this just doesn't seem fair to me. I paid it so I could take it home, but I will not be back. I left them a great review a few years ago, because I was happy with their work and their people. I try to be fair.​ read more

Installed an exhaust fan in the bedroom. Thinking it was bad . Prior to that we had a carbon monoxide I tried replacing and somehow didn't wire it correctly. I mentioned this when we brought it in. They replaced the fan again saying it was bad. They stated they tested the fan on a 12 volt battery and it was no good. We ask for the defective fan. Got home tested the fan on a 12 volt battery the new fan I installed worked perfectly . After a phone call they did reimbursed us fully. Had another trailer of ours was there prior to this. About two weeks before. Had an issue with no 120 volt outlet not working when boon docking. I'm assuming they tested it to shore power and found a GFI trip. Apparently when we had at Camping World two weeks ago. The inverter switch somehow got turn off. $95.00 for a GFI reset read more

I have taken my RV to Bell Road RV a number of times and have been thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism and excellent service.

I do not know if their service department does good work, as no one answers calls or returns voice mails. I have called 3-4 times with no courtesy of a response over a 2-3 week period. I then tried using the online chat feature, which someone does reply to however with no ability, knowledge, or perhaps customer service skills to answer questions on service re: generators. And no human voice interaction! Parts department is great though! read more

I purchased a plumbing device for my RV and was not able to use and tried to return the unused item and was told by a clerk that it was not possible because of their policy, I left disappointed because I got stuck with something I couldn't use. however, the very next day I got a very courteous call from Phillip apologizing for the mistake and gave an explanation and gave a full refund and offer to help me with my RV issue. Stay away from this place!!! I have been bringing my various trailers to Bell Road RV for 14 years and always had great experiences but this last experience (March 2024) was absolutely horrible. The customer service was dreadful and the work done was atrocious! 1) After ordering parts for a body repair that would take 10 weeks and paying over $2000 deposit, I had to call and call to see if parts were in. Finally in March, Phillip made an appointment for me because I insisted and I scheduled to bring my RV in on a Saturday for Monday service. 2) When I arrived with my RV on Saturday, the parts department said I did not have an appointment and could not leave my RV. This man was incredibly rude and did not have any customer service skills at all! I was very upset because I live in my RV and had made arrangements for myself and my pets. I had to take my RV back home 45 minutes away and wait for Monday to hear from service. 3) I was called on Monday morning and told I could bring my RV back. Of course, I had to take off work to make this happen. 4) I called on Wednesday and was told it should be done by Friday for Saturday pickup. I called Friday morning and was told he is finishing up the paint and it will be ready Saturday. 5) I came in on Saturday and had to pay an additional $900. When I saw the work done, I couldn't believe anything was done. It looked as though they caulked a bit and put in one screw to hold down the trim which popped out about a mile down the road! (I wish I could attach the photo) Maybe an hour's worth of labor! I turned around and left my RV there and asked that someone from service call me on Monday about the horrendous job that was done. 6) I was called Monday and told they would look into it. They called me late afternoon and said they had done more to it and I could come check it out on Tuesday. 7) On Tuesday when I arrived there was new trim, new paint and a patched section of the body. It does look much better but I am still questioning why wasn't this done the first time? I asked for a detail accounting of what was purchased, used and hours worked (labor) and Phillip could not or would not provide this. More terrible customer service. Do not go here for service!!!! And if you do, check your statement and work done thoroughly before leaving! Do not sign your statement before seeing the work that was done! read more

We have been coming for 10 years. We have gradually seen things decline and this week was the ultimate. It was there for 5 days, had an appt and didn't get all fluids changed as asked. When we got home we saw it had be damaged on the drivers side about 8 feet up so I missed it when I walked around it prior to leaving. You can clearly see they backed into something white. DO NOT USE this place, something is going on, they are always short people. A few months ago they claimed we needed a $1,000 repair to fix why our generator wasn't starting. We put fuel additive in our tank, filled up with gas and it started right up. We hadn't used it in about 5 weeks and it had gummed up the fuel in the generator line. That was all and they were going to charge us $1,000 for something didn't need to be done. I would have left no stars but not an option. read more

These guys are the lowest form of scum. I went to get some spare parts for my RV. Bought a propane monitor that didn't work. The warrantee says "90 days return for manufactures defect". We made an appointment three weeks in advance to get our RV serviced here for brakes specifically and they were aware of this when we made the appointment AND when I called to confirm the appointment two days ago. We showed up on time to our 8AM appointment to not be greeted or asked why we were there. After getting the attention of the guy at the desk and telling him we have an appointment to service our brakes they tell us "the guys who do the brakes aren't here" and offer no information of when they would be able to service the brakes or any way of helping us. We then asked what the plan was for our appointment today and the manager PHIL stepped in and asked with an attitude "why we even need our brakes done". After we explained to him why we needed them inspected he repeated "well the guys aren't here". We asked him what we're supposed to do since we have been relying on this appointment for weeks and we're on the road traveling and the manager PHIL responded he could "rip them out himself and charge us over a thousand bucks". Obviously after this interaction and being treated like children we chose to take our business elsewhere. This business is not only unreliable but also extremely unprofessional. Cannot emphasize enough how rude and unhelpful Phil the service manager was. read more

I'll make this short and simple. Phil, the service manager, was very professional from the beginning. My motorhome had a couple of major issues. He brought Jerry over and he explained to me in simple terms what needed to be done to correct the problems. They gave me an estimate and I felt it was very fair and knew Jerry would was very capable of correcting the problems. They ran into a few unknown problems but stuck very close to their estimate and did a great job repairing my motorhome well below the other estimate I received for LDLP.
