Round 2 of the Italians requesting to go to the most random places in Nashville! The Italians were in town and rang me up to see if I wanted to get lunch. Of course I agreed I love those romantic hussies. They immediately told me to meet them at Hard Rock, which I was extremely confused by. But it was what they were so excited for, so off we went. They had a lot to park in and parking validation for an hour and a half which was lovely. We were seated under Bubba's care. We all got burgers. I got the spicy one, but wrapped it in lettuce, and my fries extra extra extra crispy. Dude it was fire. The burger was juicy and well balanced, the fries perfectly crisped to my exacting standards. Bubba was absolutely delightful, bantering with the Italians and ensuring we had everything we needed- even the extra mayo for their fries which deeply troubled me. To me fries is a ketchup or nothing deal. But I suppose the Italians have their own way of honoring such sacred carbs? Honestly I'd come back here. Service was great food was great bubba is great. I don't remember the last time that I went to hard rock to eat (either in Newport Beach years and years ago or Vegas) but i thought it was better. The ambiance rocks (literally) with good music pumping through the restaurant and the memorabilia is my favorite part. The sandwich was ok. Kind of salty and why wasn't the provolone melted? The overall taste was good, but it wasn't 4 or 5 star. It was more like McDonald's chicken sandwich... but double patty. Maybe it needed marinara or something else. The fries were good, but just good. If nothing else is open, I'd go here again, but with the gluttony of amazing food spots in Nashville, I would skip this one. Gave us a parking ticket while we were inside for 15 minutes. We were parked at a 90 minute free parking for Hard Rock Cafe. We brought the ticket inside and asked about it and they said they didn't know anything about it or how the parking works. The drinks weren't good at all, tasted watered down! And pretty expensive at that! Paid $14 for a margarita when it was $10 mega marg day, but we didn't know until after we ordered when a different table told us about it! I recently moved from California to Tennessee and spent last Sunday doing the tourist trap crawl on Broadway. I haven't been to a Hard Rock location since Vegas and remembered their drinks are pretty good so I made my way to this bar. The layout of the bar is interesting. There's two separate buildings. One is all gift shop and the other is the bar. The bar is two-stories. Top floor has a long bar with a patio. Ground floor has a smaller bar and the dining room. I pulled up to the bar and bellied up in front of Bubba and Paige. Both were fantastic. Bubba was a riot behind the bar and whipped up a delicious Bahama Mama for me and when I asked for a michelada (one of the many things I miss from California), he was able to concoct something pretty close to the real deal. Although there weren't many of us at the bar, they kept us entertained and were very personable. I also got to check out a drag show for a bit upstairs. No cover charge, to my surprise. Lots of great talent up there and honestly, a lot more fun than I had anticipated. I didn't get to try any of the food but the burgers I saw on the menu looked great. I'll have to come back and try them out. If you go, make sure you check the bar to see if Bubba and Paige are working. read more

While visiting Nashville for a wrestling tournament the family and I stopped in for dinner here. This is only the second Hard Rock Cafe I have ever visited. The first was in St. Louis and it has since shut down. If you want a family friendly place to go enjoy dinner while on Broadway, then this is the spot. We went in around 10pm and we were seated immediately. The waitress was very good and took great care of us! She offered several suggestions and the ones we chose were spot on. My son got the wings with a side of fries. They had a nice kick to them, but not too hot. My wife got the Spicy Diablo Burger and fries, and I got the Classic Nachos and added grilled chicken. We as a family ended up sharing all the meals with each other because it was that good! You can also go around and look at all of the cool memorabilia that's hanging throughout the establishment. This is the sucky place. There is no service. No attitude. The ambience is poor. The bartender does not show up, does not pay attention. It is really a bad experience. The bar is not clean either. I had a horrible experience with a manager at this location and contacted corporate regarding it. Not only did they solve the issue but it was done in a swift manner. I can truly say that HardRock Corporate cares about their customers and their brand. It took a while for someone to take our orders but the bartender came to provide her service. She was really sweet and attentive even though she had a bar full of people. My food was good and everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. They had a live performer which was nice. Stopped in for lunch, starving after a morning bus tour of the city. We were seated right away and the restaurant was only mildly busy. Our server took a while to greet us and bring our drinks. We ordered our food and it took forever to get it. Literally waited like 45 minutes for a steak salad and chicken sandwich and fries. The server knew she took a long time because as she set our food down, she said, "I'm sure you guys are starving by now." No other explanation, no apology. My chicken sandwich was good, but luke warm at best. I'm guessing it had been sitting there for a while after it was done. Despite that, the aoli on the sandwich was delicious. The fries were standard. I did not like the flavor of the steak on my boyfriend's steak salad, but he enjoyed it and thought it was good. The server tried to redeem herself by bringing us complimentary to-go sodas when she brought our check. Despite being incredibly slow, she was pleasant overall. The ambiance was nice and I liked the music, but it was a tad too loud so we had to shout to each other in order to hear. We didn't have much conversation while we waited because of how loud it was. Came through Nashville headed east on vacation instead of beating the streets to try out a celebrity owned eatery or bar I looked up Hard Rock on the Open Door app and discovered I could make a reservation. So after making our reservation it was easy to pull into the parking lot to have my vehicle valet instead of trying to find a spot to park. Valet cost about $15 got a great spot up front they do accept cards for payment. We were early for our reservation but there was enough seating available that we were sat right away. Our waitress was awesome offered up her favorite drinks and foods of choice. I love it when wait staff are so knowledgeable about their menus. Super Lex was her name ‼ btw Food and drinks were good. I had the twisted Mac and cheese with chicken it does have a bit of heat to it but it's not to terrible. Cocktails all three were great the best was the Very Merry Cocktail. There is a gift section in the restaurant but there's a stand alone brick and mortar Hard Rock store just outside the restaurant in the same location. Lots more to choose from and this is where you'd show your receipt to pick up clean fresh souvenir glasses if you "purchased" one at the restaurant. Also sometimes the store runs specials so definitely head over there after you eat. So glad we stopped in to catch a bite to eat before heading to our final destination. read more

Absolutely the worst place on the face of the earth to spend Thanksgiving with the fam. Opted for the T'day buffet to keep in tune with the holiday theme...but the food was sub par... HRC should stick with its traditional menu. After dinner was complete and the tab landed on the table, discovered there was an astronomical UNADVERTISED 58% service fee added to the total bill... AND the gratuity was NOT included as part of the bill. This said... kudos to the service staff. The team was attentive and on top of their game. Though I've been a loyal HRC customer over the decades, I won't eat at another HrC again due this poor business stunt. read more

While I know HRC's are tourist traps, we were in town for a soccer tournament and my son begged to go try the Messi burger. We arrived around 5:30 and were immediately seated. Server came to take drinks then came back and said another server is taking over and left. 10 mins..no server...15 mins no server...20 mins...I ask a passing server to send us someone or let us leave and pay our parking fee!! Her eye roll made it known she was not happy ( note that for tip deduction) . Comes back another 15-20 min later with nacho appetizer. Not impressed. Nothing is hot. Place meal order. Comes out in appropriate amount of time, allowing us to finish appetizer. This I appreciate!! Order was: Messi burgers, Messi chicken sandwich and meatloaf special with green beans and mashed potatoes. NOTHING WAS HOT!!!!! Luke warm at best. The boys enjoyed their Messi burger. No complaints other than not very hot. Chicken sandwich was like warm, cheese was just 2 cold slices placed on it- not even melted and chicken wasn't hot enough to melt on own. Ate half of it and was done- not very good at all. Meatloaf special was DISGUSTING!!! Absolutely horrible. Warm. Not a single item had any seasoning to it. Meatloaf and sauce was literally something out of a school cafeteria- no flavor- cardboard like and just pathetic. Green beans and mashed potatoes were equally bland, no taste and lukewarm. Waitress was inattentive- walked past in a hurry saying " how is it all"...... but didn't stop to hear an answer and just kept going. Don't worry- her tip absolutely reflected this poor service. This was by far the worst meal we had while visiting. This is the worst meal we have had at any HRC. Nashville location should be ashamed and fire their chef from Saturday night ( 1/13/24) immediately. I would give zero stars if I could.
