If you're looking for an elevated yet trendy dining experience in the heart of downtown Nashville, this is the place to be. I visited with a group of six and highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The restaurant spans two stories, featuring live music on the first floor and an impressive wine display that immediately catches your eye and sets the tone for the evening. I also recommend taking advantage of the valet service -- they validate parking, which saves both time and the hassle (and expense) of downtown parking. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming. Our server truly went above and beyond -- answering every question and guiding us toward excellent choices. I wish I could remember his name -- it was something like Jason or Joshua -- but I do remember he mentioned he's from Texas! His service made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was superb from start to finish. The presentation was beautiful, the flavors were outstanding, and the portions were just right. The salmon was my personal favorite -- perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious -- and the margarita was equally enjoyable. This was a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back.

We had reservations at 6:00. We got seated right away. Kyle was our waiter. He started off strong, but then got busy with the other tables. All of the dishes were very good, except for the asparagus, which my husband said was a little bit too salty. The bread that was served before our appetizers was amazing! It had some kind of salted butter with it, and it was simply decadent. My salmon was cooked to perfection and so was my husband's steak. The scallops were my favorite dish. They had live music while we were there. It was a bit crowded because there were several concerts going on in the city at the same time.

I was just in the mood for a nice dinner after work in Nashville and just randomly walked into the restaurant. I sat at the bar and there were maybe 5-6 other patrons and they had live music. The service here is always top notch and that's probably the case at a restaurant of this caliber, no matter which city you go to. I ordered a gin cocktail and a sashimi appetizer. They brought out bread service which was very good. However my sashimi was not good and I only took one bite out of it because it tasted very fishy. For my main I had a beautiful Seabass in a light Japanese style brought and a side of their crab fried rice. These dishes were absolutely amazing. I ended with an espresso martini and overall it was a great dinner. I'm not sure what happened to that sashimi, but at some point I'll try it again. The two ladies who worked at the bar were amazing and without being intrusive to dining experience, it was top-notch service.

Eddie Vs continues to have a classy ambience, almost full service, but the seafood has fallen off. We enjoyed the Blue Point Oysters, clean, light and with plenty of sauces. The salmon was not doe to order. The crab stuffing on the Crab stuffed Shrimp was gritty. The Lobster Mashed Potatoes were runny. To their credit, everything was made right. The wine List is excellent and diverse. Reservations are highly recommended.

Okie steak , delicious Mac and cheese and thanks for the bread. I think the service is the best thing here. Steak is Okie at best. I make better at home. The side dishes are the main players here.

Yes, Eddie V's is a chain & gives off corporate/tourist dining vibes. However, this location is nice & the food is delicious. It's great for a nice dinner, but I love it for happy hour. I don't think a lot of people consider it a happy hour spot, but it's worth a try. There's affordable street parking depending on when you go, and their valet parking is relatively reasonable. Love: calamari (crispy with sweet & spicy sauce); service (kind & thorough) Like: lobster bites (great flavor)

The meal was great. We had a party of 5 and everyone's meal was excellent. My Sea Bass was excellent our sides Brussel sprouts were great and we shared those. The lobster mashed potatoes were next level. But the service? Wow! Courtney? There are no words to describe how great she was. Casual banter, joking with us. She was amazing. The food was excellent and our service couldn't have been better. Thank you Courtney!

I celebrated my birthday with a group of nine over Labor Day weekend, and it was incredible. Our server, Kasey, was phenomenal! Even though he was attending to three or four other large parties, he took excellent care of me and my guests. He was incredibly attentive, made great recommendations, and--most impressively--remembered and pronounced my name correctly every time. We indulged in oysters (my first time!), crab cakes, parmesan-crusted sole, bone-in ribeye, crab fried rice, scallops, filet mignon, ahi tuna, lamb chops, and more. Everything was delicious--no complaints from anyone. Since I'm allergic to chocolate and bananas, I skipped their usual birthday dessert, Bananas Foster. Instead, I was treated to a delicious crème brûlée. I'm not sure of the total bill, as each couple received their own check. I definitely recommend this spot and plan to visit the Dallas location soon!

Eddie V's never disappoints. This was my first visit to the Nashville location but it was fantastic. Great atmosphere and the service was top notch. One of the best happy hours at a steak house so get there early if you can. I had the ribeye which was cooked perfect and you can't leave without trying the crab fried rice...delicious. Enjoy!!!

OMG!! Best dinner I had in Nashville. First off, the hospitality we got was first class! When we sat down we were greeted with a glass of champagne by our server Brian. He took our orders. We started off with the bread and butter. Delicious! I love a good loaf of bread paired with tasty butter. Dinner was delicious! Brian went above and beyond by taking care of us with dessert. Wow. We were so impressed. It was a dessert combo platter. Never have I had or seen a banana go up in flames. Our first taste and experience with a banana foster! And to conclude the night, he brought over roses to our table. Class act!!! Thank you so much Brian for the wonderful dinner and experience! We will definitely be back next time in Nashville!

Bravo!! Sitting on the crazy wild atmosphere of Broadway, there is this lovely and serene restaurant. It was such a change once you walk through the doors. Our server was so kind and helpful. She was so sweet and charming. We took our time and our server did too. Everything we ordered was perfection. My friends and I shared everything and we were all more than pleased. The live music fit perfectly with the restaurant atmosphere. The female singers loved my friend purse so that chatted about it before we left. At first I was unsure about dining at a restaurant that has many locations but could not have been more happy with our choice.

Fine dining in Nashville at its highest. My team and I were here on business travel and wish we came here more hungry. Yet the apps and drinks were enough to enjoy the classy ambience and very tone down live music. The wait staff was just as classy, professional, and with a nice sense of humor. If you have budget or want to celebrate a night of trip with high standards, this is the place for you. Cheers and bon appétit.

    What is the dress code?

In all the Eddie V's I've been into, everyone seems to be business casual. I've worn shorts and collar shirt no issues, one of my friends was in jeans and a t-shirt with no issues in Scottsdale location. Most people will be typically business casual

Should we reserve a table to dine in the bar to listen/watch live music?

Either get there when they first open or make a reservation fir sure. Fills up fast!

Is there valet parking? Is it complimentary?

There is valet parking available. It's not complimentary.

We went in the afternoon so it was pretty quiet still, but the bar tenders were friendly and helpful. And although I'm not a huge tequila fan, I was impressed with my drink. We walked in around 5:00 PM, and there were very few people in the bar. We had a party of six, so we sat down at a table and waited. After sitting there for a while without anyone coming over, I finally went to the bar. Shortly after that, a waitress came to our table, so I went back and we placed our order. Then came another long wait, we waited about 20 minutes just to get our drinks, even though the bar was nearly empty. On the bright side, the drinks were great. I ordered an El Carajillo, and it was really good! The horchata crème in it was SOOOO good and definitely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the service issues continued. When the waitress brought the check for me to sign, I realized she had not returned my credit card. I had to track her down to get it back, and while doing so, I ran into another customer who had experienced the exact same thing. They have great drinks and normally provide a good experience, so hopefully this was just an off night. But on this particular Friday evening, with the bar barely occupied, the service definitely missed the mark.
