After a long flying, I met with family and enjoyed city walk before having a nice sit down meal. I'd never been to hard rock Orlando and I was so hungry and craving a steak. So steak it was! The hard rock was busy but we didn't wait long for a table. I choose a big Dos XX to ease me into dinner. Not long after I choose the medium sirloin with mashed potato's and green beans. Food arrived not long after and it was cooked to my asking. Good suggestion from my server on the marbling and less fat. Steak was delish mashed potatoes were good too. green beans coulda been steamed a lil more. Over all meal was good and a fun Friday night.

The food and the service was so good. I especially loved their shop and scenery. Ronny is the goat making him manager and I'll come back and drop a band. Thanks to Ronny I had a really great time and he made my experience something I won't her forever.

This venue has phenomenal close seating to some big name acts with the added bonus of being inside the universal property. If you stay at a universal property, you don't have to worry about parking or having a few drinks during the show and you don't have to show up hours early to ensure you can park in a parking garage. Security checking bags did it efficiently and quickly. I was prepared to wait in long lines when I saw there was only one bar when you walked in the door, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were served and didn't have to wait in line. The bartender could probably use a little help. One of them had an attitude to anyone who asked them a question. The only thing that I could say negative about the venue was that the seats are connected to each other and in this post Covid age I don't want to sit on top of my neighbor who I don't know. We reset third row and my ears weren't vibrating after the show from the speakers being way too loud. The acoustics were great and the show was phenomenal. We would definitely come back.

LOVED this venue. It made the Maria's concert feel super intimate and lighting and quality of sound was insane. Definitely best concert I've ever been to. All of the workers tried their best to keep everything organized and everybody safe.

April 10 came to Hard Rock Live to see Angela Johnson sitting in the front row being partially mobility disabled was so grateful to have a security guard named Don he was so accommodating my foot was hurting keeping it down so as soon as everyone was seated, he got a chair for me to keep my foot up and he stayed and made sure that everybody got to their seat safely and that I was not in a way yet I was able to enjoy the show cause I could keep my foot up he's very very nice person and we are so lucky to have him on our side of the sold out show thank you so much Don. He deserves recognition and appreciation as well.

I always dread going to Hard Rock to see a show because (1) traffic can be hell especially during the work week; (2) it cost $30 to park here before 6pm; (3) the long lines at the security checkpoint; (4) fighting the crowd to get through City Walk to the venue; (4) drink prices are pricy; (5) The REAL General Admission (GA) might be blocked off from the front of the stage all the way back to the bar depending on the event; and (6) the restroom situation sucks at times. Don't get me wrong, Hard Rock has a lot to offer and being the rocker that I am, I love seeing live music; yet, every time we buy tickets, I die inside just a little. I refuse to pay $30 to park here if I bought tickets to see a show at the Hard Rock. Alternatively, I could spend a small fortune at the Hard Rock Café to have my parking validated, but I would rather get my moneys worth somewhere else on Kirkman and arrive at 6pm. Once parked, you must clear Universals security checkpoint then navigate through the thousands of guests at City Walk to the Hard Rock. This process can take anywhere from 10-30 minutes depending on lines and your athletic ability. Checking-in at Hard Rock is usually quick and painless; yet there is another brief security checkpoint when entering the venue. If you managed to beat the crowds to the show, secure your spot (if you have a crew with you), use the restroom (if needed), and order a drink otherwise you will spend a lot of time trying do one of these three things once the venue fills up. Do yourself and everyone else a favor by bringing CASH to buy drinks. The bartenders are the bomb and they pour stiff drinks for the price ($18 Whiskey Ginger); however, they can only go as fast as a credit system/customer allows. Also, keep your cup and bring it to the Hard Rock next time around to receive a discount on drinks ($2). The new thing that big venues like Hard Rock seem to be doing is blocking off the entire GA area with chairs and making it VIP, this is really pissing me off. I've seen plenty of shows here with GA tickets where I can get all the way up to the stage, now, I never know what I am going to get. Our most recent visit here was to see Cheap Trick. I was so excited, I haven't seen them in 20 years. I knew I would walk out with plenty of Rick Nielsen picks for my collection but NO, the entire floor was blocked off for VIP and we were stuck in the bar area all night. When the show was done, security wouldn't even let run a quick check for miscellaneous picks, when I tried, security herded us out of the venue; ridiculous! As you can probably tell, I'm not crazy about Hard Rock, but they do host some amazing bands, comedians, and other live entertainment. If you have never been here before I highly recommend going just be prepared for the issues brought to light by reviews like this one, so you can plan ahead and have a great time.

Saw Paul Oakenfold and The Crystal Method last night. Ticket was $32. "service charges" were $13.95 but that didn't include the additional $32 they charged for parking. I think I'll be selling my Peter Frampton ticket. I think I've seen my last concert here.

The venue is great they have a huge space for standing and have a balcony. I love that it's so open. In the back they have a bar. My only issue is that it's really hot once people are inside. The drinks are good but expensive. Pregame before you go. And bring a neck fan.

As far as live venue's go, this one delivers for a medium size show. I've seen it set up for comedy and music. I prefer the layout when it's set up with seats on the floor, but for a general admission (GA) show, it can suck as there's no where to sit. I literally stood in the same spot for 4 hours at the last show (it was a good spot for us and I didn't want to lose it). That's metal for ya... can't have chairs! I wonder why.... One thing to note is it's not very deep, so even if your in the back, you're not too far from the stage. It's pretty wide so if you're off to the side, you may not have the best view, but it's not a bad view either. There's upstairs balcony seating too, but I haven't had the privilege of partaking in that perk. The logistics of getting here absolutely suck, but that's not the venue's fault. It is what it is. You do have to park in the same places all those people going to Universal park, so that can be a drag. If you're going to show, it's usually in the evening so lines aren't terrible (at least during the week). Although it has its faults, it serves the area well and if there's a band or comic or magician or juggler or psychic or pianist or plate spinner or dog act or cooking demo or ballet dancer or acrobat or sewing demonstration, I'll suck it up, pay $27 to park, walk 500 miles and eat at Cowfish beforehand.

After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

In my opinion, the best bite of the plate is always the jerk chicken. A close second was the chicken chorizo slider, which was also bursting with flavor. And don't even get me started on the dessert! There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.

My fiance got the Crab and Shrimp Bruschetta to share ( lump crab and shrimp with sweet chili aioli on crispy ciabatta). Wow, these were so delicious and creamy, not to mention the generous portion of crab and shrimp topping. This can get messy if you don't pay attention. I had ordered the Seafood Gnocchi (pillowy asiago gnocchi with shrimp, calamari, and P.E.I. mussels in a calabrian chili tomato garlic sauce) and he got the Blackened Sea Bass ( barramundi with coconut rice, broccolini, mango salsa, and spicy mango purée ). A manager had delivered these to our table and was very excited to come back later to see what we thought about these dishes as they were fairly new. I loved my gnocchi! the sauce was not too spicy but brought the right amount of heat and kick to the dish. The seafood was fresh but cheese inside the gnocchi was the star. So good! I never thought asiago could be so dang tasty. He loved his sea bass. I tasted a little bit of it and it was cooked perfectly, seasoned, flaky, and light. I had a really good dinner here and I'll think twice about I-Drive restaurants.

Solid! We came by during happy hour for drinks and apps and it was good! We sat at the bar which…read morewas nice. While we were indoors, we faced the outside bar area, so we had a mix of indoors and outdoors. The bartender was friendly and we had a good laugh with her over the grackle birds that think they are patrons. She was helpful with drink recommendations and the apps. For apps, we went with oysters and truffle fries. Everything was really good. This is a great place to stop if you are in the area. It's in a plaza that has a number of other establishments and parking is in a garage close by; easy walking distance.
