This shop has a relatively wide selection of Kratom which is rare to see in a smoke / vape shop. Their "glassware" selection is incredible and they provide a wide selection of CBD products in addition to traditional tobacco products such as cigarette tobacco by the bag & hookah supplies along with cigars. Prices are highly competitive for the area and they have a multitude of juices in their clearance bins with prices low. What really won the five star rating was the customer service and service capabilities of the shop. Two staff members able to handle dual transactions is a huge benefit so as to eliminate waiting in line. In addition the personnel were extremely nice and helpful in locating the products I needed in their massive inventory. My only single downside: I'd have picked a different radio station to play in store. But that's just me nit picking. Overall a great shop. read more

I went in earlier today to hard rock for the first time. (4-7-2022).They have the absolute best prices around and online for quality kratom. A kilo of multiple kinds of different strains are only $90! You can buy smaller quantities if you do not want that much. The staff is extremely friendly also! The store is very clean and in a great location. Free parking instead paying along Milwaukee Avenue. I highly recommend this store to everybody interested in their products. read more

Really nice guys and they have what my husband has been hunting the city for. We used to drive to Skokie only because of taxes and it was the place my husband and I first bought our mods from when we started seriously vaping. Over the years stock and service forced us to start our search again! I guess they weren't opened yet because we googled a place pretty close and honestly got ripped off. It was weird because it was unexpected that the owner would do that to new customers spending a good amount of money and hearing we're looking for a new place. This place popped up on my next search and was not too far from the price we paid in Skokie you always gotta get hit by the city taxes but this place is much much closer. Nice stock from what we've seen and they have what we're looking for. Parking can get crazy but we've lived in this area for almost 17 years so we're used to it but it can get thunder dome-ish. We always get greeted and treated very kindly and are very happy to have found our new spot! read more

Hard Rock Smoke & Vape is the best place in the city to get your vaping and/or smoking needs! Not only do they have quality products, they have a huge variety and very awesome prices! They also have awesome holiday sales! Most places in Chicago charge ridiculous prices for Juul pods. Here, they sell two packs for $30! Ive been coming here since August 2018, and I have never had a problem with their service! Customer service is always friendly and transparent about their business. This place will extra charge you after you have left. I spent 100 and they still charged me an extra 33 after I left by using my debit card and adding a tip. This man is a crook. He is irrate because I offered to show the extra charge that isn't real and he yelled at me after confirming all I spent was 100. This place will steal your money after you leave. Be careful Ladies, Ozzy is a creeper. For some reason he works there 24/7. I was friendly with him and over time gave him my # as a business contact because he seemed friendly but he thought I secretly wanted a relationship. I told him repeatedly that I do not want anything to do with him and now I can't go in here without being sexually harassed by him and he keeps sending me texts. I have told him to stop texting me, and that I'm not interested and He said, I took away his choice(power) to date(do) whoever (whatever) he wants. I spoke with my neighbor who is also an attractive woman and she said she too had to stop going there for her merchandise because of him. read more

Buyer beware. This place sells faulty equipment, and if you try to come back and resolve the problem, they insinuate that you're trying to scam them by bringing back something you did not buy there.
