My husband and I have been shopping at Whole Leaf for at least 8 years. They have the best selection in the entire city. We moved out of portage park a few years ago and still travel out of our way to come here. All our glass pieces are from here. Their customer service is always top notch, fair prices, and they always do little things to make you feel appreciated as a customer. Something as little as giving you a free lighter with your purchase is awesome and so appreciated. When one of our new pieces cracked from heat (not the shops fault at all), they gave us a discount on a new piece which is so appreciated. They also give good suggestions on products after getting to know you better. We purchased glass cleaner there from their recommendation and it works amazingly. Last time they suggested a grinder for us (not even looking for one) and it's hands down the best grinder we've ever owned. Whole leaf will always get our business!! I have purchased a total of 4 different e-cig devices from this place. The first one looked like a cigarette, and its works great, but holds a very small amount of liquid. The next three were all the same variety.... KangerTech EVOD. Turns out, that part of the tool "burns out" and when I brought the old one it, the guy working there said "those break a lot" - so then he gave me a great deal on another one. I said fine. When my wife thought she broke another one, we replaced it again from this shop. So when we brought it home it wasn't working... brand new, just 5 minutes old. So I went to youtube to learn a bit about them. Guess what? While this shop sells them for $35 a piece, you see you can get them online half that... well you get two tools, and 3 back up coils... which do burn out. Other parts that come with it don't come with the tools they sell. So end of the day, you may not know it but you are being charged more than 50% above what it costs... and he knows you burned just the coil, but he sells you a whole new device anyway. Bad ethics, bad business. I will never be back here, and I won't be surprised when they are jailed for selling *things* they shouldn't. read more

I bought smoke V8 kit from them and since then I have been 3 times to know little more about my Kit, and every time I went there they have change or fix my Kit and reward me with free coil and on top of it they have filled my device with juice. I tend to shop around different vape shops but this one always has delicious vape juices on stock. Their cinnaroo e-liquid was delicious and went back for more but they were out if stock. Been coming here for years off and on. Prices are kind of jacked but since I live a few blocks away it's convenient. Thought the boss was a cool guy but found out today it was all a charade. Bought a atmos kiln ceramic attachment back in 2015. I kept it clean but didn't follow the rules of keeping the temp to 10-15 and it stopped working, $40 bucks gone. So last week I came in and bought a new one for $35. Just last night when I fired my last hit the thing stopped working. Come to find out in a closer inspection that the donut had cracked, boyyy was I pissed because not only was it new but I kept the thing on 14-15 watts. So I came in today assuming my buddy would replace it no charge since I'm a cool, nice guy but he wasn't in so I had dude working there call him. He told him he would do $25 since it was used already, I told him 20 and he said ok but the fact that he didn't want to replace it gave me a messed up feeling in my stomach cuz all along I thought this dude was cool but come to find out he's just another money hungry person. I hate making reviews like this because it makes it seem like I'm the asshole but right is right. Everyone steer clear of this place. You can find the same products online for almost half the price. Or if you got a ride try out The Smoke Shop guys on Dempster. Oh and also don't buy the kiln atmos for concentrates but rather the rebuildable version unit that comes with the battery which is 30 bucks more but well worth it or online you can buy the kiln ra ceramic atomizer by itself for the same price as the regular one, they have it at aromavapes.com. Wish these assholes would have told me about the RA version before I went and bought a new piece of crap non rebuildable. read more

This is the best smoke shop I've been in by far in the city of Chicago. They get the latest pens, vapes, oils, great detox supplies that make your urine test negative on any urine test, AND THE PIPES.........mint. I can testify to that. The employees are great. I went in there the 1st to buy papers; I stood 30min in there, but by choice. Had a good time socializing with the workers there. Cool thing about them too, if you become a regular, they really care of you. They gave me a great deal on some items I bought, still was $5 short. It's ok if other shops are out of stock and you have the money to spend on what you need. Seems they want to sell products (of course any business does or they wouldn't be there) but they don't have much concern about your vaping experience.
