I'm never really sure how fast food places get such bad ratings it's fast food not James Beard eateries. Staff was helpful, food was hot and fresh and service was quick. Folks in front of us didn't speak English very good as they were visitors from Europe and the staff tried their best. read more

We were looking for breakfast off the highway, should have kept driving. Guy at the counter walked by us 3 times then came back with a lack luster can I take your order. I ordered the chicken biscuit and asked if there were any sauces, he said no. Chicken was burnt. Hash browns were flat. I really don't know why we stopped here. We went through the drive-thru. The lady that took our order was super friendly .... so that earned an A+ for customer service. The food was fresh, piping hot, & tasted absolutely yummy! If this place had bad service before now, they've made some improvements and we did not experience it. Our wait time was super quick for a wonderful, hot meal. Let me also add that this was AFTER making an attempt at the BK drive-thru where NOBODY was taking orders after 10 minutes of not moving in their lanes & the McD's drive-thru was backed up all the way out into the highway. Ok for starters, i went in today to try the monster roast beef sandwich i saw an advertisement for. Upon entering the establishment, i noticed i was making funny squishy noises and sticking to the floor. It felt as if the place hasn't been properly cleaned since the covid-19 pandemic started. Every one of the employees were wearing gloves but no masks which made me a little concerned but i really wanted to try the sandwich because i am a roast beef fan and adding bacon had to be good. I was wrong. After paying for my food, huge mistake, i noticed so many off putting flags that should have made me run (like another customer did after seeing this). 1. The assumed manager on duty wearing a pair of gloves, pulling up her pants in front of customers and not changing the gloves afterwards. 2. The assumed manager took an order out to a vehicle, touching the door leaving and returning without changing the gloves. 3. The assumed manager standing in front of the fry area grabbed the front of her pants in the crotch area and pulling at them. Still did not change her gloves. 4. The assumed manager touching her face with gloves on and never changed them afterwards. People, i can't even make this up! I bet if they pulled and viewed the cameras, they too would be appalled by her actions. I'm glad she didn't touch my food or i would have rejected it. Let's continue to the young male cashier. He must have just started today because every order he put in, he messed up something on it. To top it off, when i looked at my receipt, as my identifier (table tent) it said fat guy. He is lucky i didn't walk in there, drag him outside, and beat some intelligence into him. I won't go back for any reason. I am done with Hardee's and i will not recommend it to anyone of the other daily drivers in the area. UPDATE: The store manager called me and offered to take my name and phone number and give me a free meal next time i was in the area so i accepted. UPDATE 2: Went in today 6/1 to redeem the free meal however when i got there i was told by the girl behind the counter there was no meal waiting for me. They don't see my name anywhere. Goes to show how bad the place is. Needless to say I'm done with Hardee's in general. Explains why this location has such low ratings! read more

I had to write this, the other day my husband, myself and granddaughter went to your establishment. We ate in, we all ordered chicken tenders (3) meals. Each and every one of the chicken tenders were burnt beyond edible. They didn't care!!!! TODAY I said let's try Hardee's again maybe they were having a bad day, we'll give you another shot. WELL! My granddaughter and I went in there were no cars in the drive through when we went in. Both registers said closed. No one said anything to us for approximately 3-5 minutes!!!! The woman helping the drive through yelled over to us I'll be with you in a minute. While we were standing at the counter the GM came up front didn't even smile at us spoke to the only woman in the place working and turned around and went in the back. Air conditioning is out of service. Employee stated it's been out for several months. Unacceptable for a business to neglect its Air Conditioning, not only for customers, but to allow the employees to suffer through NW FL heat instead of addressing and correcting the issue immediately. Morale of the staff was definitely low, there wasn't a clean table in the dining area, the drain on the soda machine was backed up, it's evident that Management here is ineffective. read more

Worst experience at a restaurant. Bathrooms had no toilet paper, and after we told them. Was still not replaced. Got a bacon angus burger, lettuce was black and the bacon was barely cooked. Chicken tenders not done. And saw two other come in from going through drive thru with wrong orders. read more

Do not eat here!!! I stopped in drive thru on my way hone from church tonight. Ordered an all star $5 and thank goodness I got the one with 2 sandwiches bc the burger tasted like cat food. I had to take the whole box inside bc my fries (which were not in a package just thrown in the box freely over my burgers) were so old they were cold and hard. The burgers weren't very warm. I'm from CA so I grew up eating at Carl's Jr. I thought Hardee's and Carl's Jr. were the same but either my tastes have changed or they are not. This has to be the worst Hardee's in all of the southeast. The restaurant is a pigsty. And by that I mean the restrooms were filthy, the ketchup dispenser had bugs in it, and it had to be at least 80 degrees in that place. Gross is an understatement. Once they finally gave my grandson his milkshake, I told them to just keep the rest of the order. Please either close this place down, or fire everyone there and start over. read more

We went there at 7pm on May 24 and waited 14 minutes while the person took and filled drive thru orders She stood with her back to us while she was waiting for the food to be cooked for the drive thru orders instead of taking our order while they were cooking the other orders. We watched the person behind the counter drop a french fry container, pick it up and fill it with fries and put them in the bag for the drive thru order . Finally we decided to go to Burget King instead and told the manager what had happened. He didn't seem too upset that we never got waited on. Stopped here on our way home from PCB to grab something quick to eat in the car.............BIG MISTAKE! I gave my son cash to pay for my food. He ordered my food along with his family's order, gave the cashier the cash and wanted to pay for the balance with a card. This completely locked the system up, wouldn't let them swipe the card, nothing. The cashier was very nice and apologetic but had no clue what to do. She got the shift manager, who was clearly aggravated with the cashier AND the situation in general, because she had no clue what to do either. We asked if they could just void the transaction and return my cash to me, but was told that wasn't an option. She said she would have to go "too far into the system to do that"! What???? The store mgr. was off and it was clear that they did not want to have to call her. We were asked if we could just pay cash for the remaining info balance and we said no. The shift mgr. finally called the store mgr. and ended up doing what we had suggested 15 minutes earlier. Voided the transaction, returned my cash and started over. Our big mistake was not taking the cash and going somewhere else. The shift mgr had an attitude, the bathrooms were filthy, and I should've read the reviews on Yelp before we even went in! This place doesn't even deserve one star. read more
