On the evening of June 14th, 2023 at approximately 5:32:33 pm, we ordered food from the Hardee's Drive through for a total of $22.81. (Ticket number 1501293) When arriving at the window we provided a $50 bill and were told by both the windoow attendant and "manager" that there was not enough change in the drawer (change in this case would be $27.19) to break the $50 bill. We provided a card to be run in the interim. However, after being given food the drive through attendant told us "don't come back", slamming the window in our faces before a response could be given properly or the request discussed. The claim of not enough money to break the $50 was obviously a lie as no decent establishment has less than $30 in thier drawer for change at a given time, especially before a dinner rush. Furthermore, this was terrible customer service and professionalism. We were both courteous (until the unprofessional dismissal) and provided alternate payment. Stoped in around 2pm w the family for a quick bite to eat. No other customers in the dining area or in the drive thru . The fries must've been made hours ago , cold not fresh. The Angus burger was over cooked , dry , choked it down ... the toppings were amazing though ( fresh tomato , onion , good bacon) There was a time Hardee's had a really good burger. Don't stop! Onion rings tasted like they'd been fried with fish and they were cold. So much ketsup & mustard on my burger that it was all over the outside of the bun too. Husband's western burger had a lot of BBQ sauce on it too. Fries were also very cold. Absolutely awful!!! read more

Well first thing don't water down the catsup!! Your food is cold, 1 onion ring stuck to the bottom of the tray on the $5.00 meal. They were obviously having problems for the pile of towels at the base of the drink area, and understaffed by corporate so a serious safety issue with wet floors. Stopped for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It's exactly how I expect a Hardee's to be. The dining area was clean, bathrooms were clean. The gravy was a little cold.... but the hash rounds were fresh & hot! Could it be better? Of course! My croissant was smooshed but it all tastes the same. Didn't have anything off of the red burrito menu but looked good. Good variety of soft drinks as well. Nice little gas station across the parking lot that features a car & truck wash. read more

Got an order to go. Bought the sliders they look good, bought a bacon burger again looks great, bought the SO CALLED Spicy chicken sandwich with. looks gross. Rubbery and the (Lettie) they put on it was 3 strands no tomato no nothing just an extremely smashed rubbery bland and nasty sandwich. So disappointed. I have never written a review on Yelp before, nor do I intend to write another one again. But my experience at this Hardee's was so awful that I am compelled to write this one. First and foremost, it's pathetic that an infrequent fast food diner as myself knows the menu better than the employees. But, yes, that just happened. No pseudo ranch sauce, please, it's nasty and impossible to remove. Just save it for the next person. The worker promised that there was no such sauce, insisted that ranch sauce was not in the recipe. However, my meal was smothered in ranch sauce. Great. We are too far down the highway to return. My late and much needed dinner is a couple napkins, a medium Mellow Yellow, 6 packets of picante sauce and 1/4 cup of refried beans. Thanks Bowling Green Hardee's--well worth my $6. read more
